Transportation model will transform some m sources to n goals. To choose transportation tools, it is necessary to develop a software in order to get optimum solution. Heuristic methode, Generate and Test is used to gain transportation tools with minimum cost. This program will be developed in Visual Basic. Result of Generate and Test methode is optimum combination of transportation tools get from comparing every combination with other combination.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is the company's social responsibility and obligations to employees for the guarantee of industrial assets. The problem of quantity of new students from the year since its inception in 2002 until now in the Industrial Engineering Study Program is increasingly worrying. Identification of the root causes has been widely discussed by managers and management officials, but the reality is increasingly critical. Many methods have been carried out through various road promotion efforts but the results are still not significant. What is the root of the problem here?The proposed strategy model examines the problem from upstream to downstream with consideration of IFE and EFE, and is analyzed by SWOT from the perspective of SCM and SCI. Where the root of the problem is peeled off from the subjective perspective of the researcher based on the mapping of the Fish Bone Diagram.The expectation of this strategy model for increasing the quantity of Unisbank Industrial Engineering students in Semarang, even though it is still in the design phase of the strategy model.

This research aims to measure the quality of academic service to the level of student satisfaction. Students ' complaints are based on the brain-strorming in small discussions of each generation. This research was conducted on the Faculty of Engineering Progam Industrial Engineering Study of Stikubank University of Semarang. This Research uses quantitative approaches. The population in this study is a student of the Faculty of Engineering Progam Industrial Engineering Study of Stikubank Semarang University. In this study because the population was relatively limited, the entire population in this study was made into samples (census samples), so the samples in this study amounted to 69 people. It is based on the theory expressed by (Arikunto, 1993), "if the subject of research is less than 100 people then it is better taken overall. Data collection techniques using questionnaires have tested their validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of this research is with the help of simple linear regression. The results showed that 40 valid statements and 6 sub-variables of reliable service quality. The level of influence on the student satisfaction level of each sub variable from the highest on the system Information sub variables with a constant value of 1,138, the second on the assurance sub-variable with a constant value of 1,111, the third on the Sub Tangibles variable with a constant value of 1,075, the fourth one in the empathy sub-variable with a constant value of-1,027, the fifth one on the responsiveness sub variable with a constant value of-1,067, and the lowest one on the reliability sub-variable with a constant value- 1,195. One of the mainstay businesses for farmers engaged in animal husbandry is raising chickens and ducks. Every year statistical data records that the community's need for chicken meat continues to increase. Indirectly this will have a positive impact on farmers, especially chicken farmers. Chicken farmers will try to increase the chicken breeding business, which aims to prevent the decline in broilers and laying hens. In this research, an automatic egg incubator has been made by implementing an artificial heating equalization method. The egg incubator is made to pay attention to the ideal temperature conditions for incubating chicken eggs, namely 35.3 0C - 40.5 0C, with humidity in the machine ranging from 60%-70%. This machine has a capacity for 100 eggs. This egg incubator is a modification of a previously made tool which is equipped with a fan as air circulation. And you don't need a roller to turn or turn the eggs because the eggs have gotten an even heat.

Design and development of semi-automatic coffee bean roasting machines based on field conditions at Babah Kaca SMEs and Omah Gayeng SMEs, Salatiga. Basically the condition of the equipment used in Glasses UKM and Omah Gayeng UKM is not ergonomic. The method used is an anthropometric and ergonomic approach and uses work posture analysis using the RULA (rapidupper limb assessment) method. Anthropometric data used in this design are elbow height in a sitting position, forward arm span, and popliteal height. The data that has been obtained is then processed and the process of testing data uniformity, testing data adequacy, and determining percentiles is carried out. In this study the results of the design of a semi-automatic coffee roasting machine that has been adjusted and leveled at the dimensions of the body. Analysis of the work posture included in the RULA method. RULA method measurement is performed again when using roasted coffee machines, has a score of 3 which means it has a small risk level, a tool that is needed by workers in the process of roasting coffee beans and has the desired level of maturity.

There are issues related to the performance of employees was about a decrease in employee performance, indiscipline employees of PT. Utamacore Albisia Kendal, in addition, the occupational safety and health that was applied is not good, which results in high work accidents and high number of employees who are sick due to work. The decline in employee performance will certainly have a bad impact on the company. This study aims to determine whether occupational health and safety affect the performance of employees at PT Utamacore Alba sia Kendal. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research. The population in this study were employees totaling 100 employees. Sampling using random sampling technique as many as 50 employees. The collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of occupational health and safety have a significant effect on employee performance. Today, the use of wood raw materials is starting to increase dramatically, making wood supplies begin to decrease. To overcome this problem, an artificial board was made in the form of MDF (medium density fiberboard), blockboard, particleboard, and plywood (multiplex). The problem of waste in the furniture industry generally disrupts the space in the production space and the effort that is currently being made is simply by selling the waste directly. Trustic Interior initiated the use of furniture waste as raw material for derivative products, where the raw materials used were waste of plywood and High Pressure Laminate (HPL). The utilization of furniture waste made from plywood and HPL as raw material in Trustic Interior is done by classifying it in various categories of shapes and sizes in the form of dimensions of thickness, width and length. Waste that has almost the same dimensions is grouped together. Then the raw materials are processed into various derivative products such as fung- cube, children's puzzles, skateboards, and other creative toys. One of the derivative products in interior design from waste of plywood and HPL as raw materials is end table. End Table is one of the derivative products that uses small plywood and HPL waste with dimensions of 450 x 450 x 610 mm. With added value as a derivative product made from waste raw material, the end table generates revenues of Rp. 8.352,000 (3 products) - Rp. 12,840,000 (5 products).

PT. AIC uses a manual system in engine maintenance management. This makes it difficult to access in measuring the rate of damage, for acceleration information in maintenance management. This problem requires an identification to provide an effective machine maintenance management information system. The MTBF value will be able to detect machine damage, especially the piccanol gamma loom machine. The MTBF value can see the damage to the machine by looking at the condition of the machine, the data history of machine damage, the number of machine failures that occurred in a certain period. The MTBF value of the machine can control the reliability and know the life of the machine. Action maintenance can be done before the machine is damaged. After calculating the MTBF value of the piccanol gamma loom machine, it is still relatively small so the machine is still often damaged.
