Abstract

One of the molding injection Komatsu 80T in the PT Yogya Presisi Teknikatama Industry has a problem on its performance. The performance of this injecton molding can be calculated by Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE). OEE is a factor which can be found by multiplication of Availability Ratio, Performance Efficiency and Rate of Quality. The values of OEE then be compared to the standart values of JIPM (The Japan Institute of Plan Maintenance) which JIPM defined a minimal standard value of OEE is 85%. If the result of OEE calculation less than 85%,what causes it be analysed by the Six Big Losses Analysis. The Result of analysis showed the sequence as Reduced Speed Loss, Setup and Adjusmnet loss, and Rework Loss. Then by Fishbone diagram, it can be known the causes of the decreasing OEE values, so the management can do the repairment.

Abstract

A rapid, non-destructive and reagent-free infrared spectroscopy combined with Partial Least Square (PLS) has been developed for the dexamethasone quantification in joint-pain killer traditional herbal medicine (THM). The main aim of this study is to select the best wavenumbers that are capable of providing the high coefficient of determination (R2), low values of Root Mean Square Error of Calibration (RMSEC), Root Mean Square Error of Cross Validation (RMSECV)  and predictive residual error sum of squares (PRESS). Finally, wavenumbers 3646, 3642, 2461, 2453, 2432, 2406, 2229, 2209, 2197, 2097, 2092, 2064, 2059, 2047, 2026, 2009, 1969, and 1513 cm-1 were selected for the prediction of dexamethasone in the joint-pain killer traditional herbal medicine. The correlation between the actual values of dexamethasone determined in joint-pain killer traditional herbal medicine using infrared spectroscopy combined with PLS revealed the R2 values of 0.9988. The RMSEC values obtained 0,009455. The PRESS and RMSECV value obtained as the results of cross-validation model selection for dexamethasone in joint-pain killer traditional herbal medicine were 0,0022721.00 and 0,02902, respectively. The high value of R2 and low value of RMSEC, RMSECV and PRESS indicated that this method had high accuracy and precision in a validated condition for the dexamethasone quantification in the joint-pain killer traditional herbal medicine. These results indicated that infrared spectroscopy combined with PLS can be an alternative method for the dexamethasone determination in joint-pain killer traditional herbal medicine.his part contains English version of the abstract. Abstract

Phenylbutazone is one of common adulterated drug in herbal remedies. According to legal regulations in indonesia, it is prohibited to adulterate those ingredients in herbal remedies. So, it is an urgent need to develop rapid, and reliable method for detection and determination adulterants in herbal medicine. This study aims for the detection and determination of Phenylbutazone in herbal remedies using ATR-FTIR spectroscopic combined with chemometrics. Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression (SMLR) was used identify the relationship between concentrations and wave numbers. All samples (Unadulterated and adulterated) were classified and discriminated respectively to their added contents with perfect accuracy and precision. The results suggest that existence of the active substance could be successfully determined at the levels in the range of 0.01 to 85 mg in totally 100 mg of herbal remedies with RMSECV 0.016054643 and R2 0.9984 respectively by using ATR-FTIR technique combined with chemometrics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan laboratorium virtual sebagai media pembelajaran praktikum analisis farmasi di Universitas Islam Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuesioner. Laboratorium Virtual membantu mahasiswa memahami proses praktikum. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai akhir dan respon kinerja dosen. Hasil belum bisa dibandingkan karena perbedaan kondisi dan metode penilaian dengan praktikum luring. Saran Pengembangan – Penyempurnaan aplikasi laboratorium virtual agar mencakup semua CPMK. Implikasi Praktis – Mahasiswa merasa nyaman ketika menggunakan aplikasi laboratorium virtual.
