Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa sekolah dasar kelas V pada materi luas layang- layang dan trapesium melalui model pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT). Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen, dan tipe desain non - equivalent control grup desain. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas V SD Pagedangan, Tangerang. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan soal pretest dan posttest yang dibuat sesuai dengan kemampu an indikator kemampuan representasi matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat peningkatan terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis siswa kelas V SD Pagedangan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai postest dari kelas eksperimen dengan si g = 0.25 > 0.05 yang mengakibatkan H0 diterima. Kata kunci: Number Head Together (NHT), Kemampuan Representasi Matematis, Luas Trapesium dan Layang-Layang

Abstract

The discussion around BRIDA is a topic that is being discussed along with the transformation of the Research and Development Agency (BPP) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, in accordance with the provisions of Article 65 paragraph (1) of Presidential Regulation Number 78 of 2021. The article asserts that the work unit responsible for research, development, and application of science and technology within the ministry/agency will be transferred to the responsibility of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study method through literature review that refers to field data in relation to the research title. Data sources were obtained from information publications on various related websites. The programmes, targets and achievements of the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Medan City during the period 2020 to 2022 showed a positive trend, with percentages above 50% and points that reached a satisfactory level of success. Evaluation of the annual work programme was conducted at the end of each activity in a fiscal year and at the end of the fiscal year, providing an overall picture of performance and achievements.

Abstract

Law Number 11 of 2019 concerning the National System of Science and Technology places the role and obligations of regional governments in conducting research, inventions, innovations, and utilizing their results in the form of intellectual property in developing their regions to improve the competitiveness of the region and enhance the welfare of its people. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Medan City. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach using literature study methods through library research. The results of this study explain that the Regional Badan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah (BRIDA) is a new entity, a unit under the Regional Government. BRIDA plays an important role in supporting the government's support functions to support research-based regional programs. This role becomes very important as the main driver of development acceleration at the regional level. Research and innovation in the region can be organized by private research institutions, businesses, universities, communities; and/or foreign institutions that have obtained permission in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. The presence of BRIDA is expected to act as a lever for economic growth, an organizer, and a collaborator to solve research-based problems.
