Abstract

Nabeez water or dates infused water is the Prophet Muhammad’s favourite drinks. Flavonoids, phenols, alkaloids, and beta D-glucan in dates have anticancer and antitumor activity. This study aims to prepare and characterise the active component of nabeez water made with ajwa dates, applied in BRM (Brown Rice Milk) products. BRM is an innovative plant-based beverage made with brown rice and nabeez water from ajwa dates as a halal beverage for immune booster in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The methods to analysis the products are the preparation of nabeez water, the pasteurisation method for halal drinks with the LTLT (Low-Temperature Long Time) method, toxicity testing, pyrochemical testing, functional group analysis using FTIR instrument, milk dye degradation analysis and stability test. The results showed phenolic, flavonoids, catechol tannins, saponins, alkaloids, Mayer's test, and Wagner's test in halal drinks but not shown the tannin of gallate, anthraquinone, steroid test, and triterpenoid test. The toxicity test using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method of the LC50 value showed the Concentration 50 (LC50) value is 721.56 ppm. Analysis of functional groups using FTIR showed absorption of functional groups such as OH (hydroxide), C=O, C=C, C=CH, and Ar-H.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini didasarkan pada terbatasnya sumber belajar mandiri peserta didik yang berhubungan dengan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul larutan penyangga berorientasi inkuiri terbimbing dan chemo-entrepreneurship (CEP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 12 peserta didik SMA Negeri 13 Semarang yang ditentukan berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Hasil dari pengembangan ini berupa modul pembelajaran yang memiliki karakteristik disusun sesuai sintaks inkuiri terbimbing yang didalamnya diorientasikan CEP. Hasil uji kualitas modul yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli materi dan ahli media yang menyatakan sangat valid dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 85,33%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah modul larutan penyangga berorientasi inkuiri terbimbing dan chemo-entrepreneurship (CEP) yang dikembangkan memiliki kategori sangat layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

[Analysis of Student Ability in the Development of Chemistry Lesson Plan Through a Scientific Approach] Sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran, guru harus terlebih dahulu mempersiapkan dan merencanakan perangkat pembelajaran yang salah satunya adalah RPP, dimana mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia Uin Walisongo Semarang sebagai calon guru harus mampu menyusun perangkat pembelajaran sebagai bekal nantinya ketika memasuki dunia kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pendekatan saintifik dalam tahapan kegiatan pembelajaran penyusunan RPP mata pelajaran kimia oleh mahasiswa yang mengambil matakuliah Perencanaan Pembelajaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia Uin Walisongo Semarang semester 5 yang mengambil matakuliah Perencanaan Pembelajaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni 25 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket analisis pendekatan saintifik penyusunan RPP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa dari 25 sampel menunjukkan kemampuan pada tahap mengamati yakni 83%, menanya 80%, mengumpulkan informasi 75%, mengasosiasikan/mengolah informasi 76% dan mengkomunikasikan 81 %.
