Abstract

Professional zakat is an obligation as Muslims to fulfill it. The intensity of the Muslim community is strongly influenced by the level of education, one's faith, knowledge and the level of welfare of a person paying professional zakat. Based on this phenomenon, efforts to increase the participation of the Muslim community need to implement strategies and policies related to the provision of more efficient zakat payment facilities and openness in its management. Various efforts have been made sometimes experiencing obstacles related to the limited resources of professional zakat services that are not yet optimal and to accommodate the Muslim community to pay professional zakat payments. Thus, application and service quality are needed that can influence the decision of civil servants to pay professional zakat. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of participation and the factors that influence the decision to pay professional zakat. Furthermore, the data in this study were obtained from a survey of civil servants in Jambi City. The research analysis tool uses Smart PLS. This research is expected to be a basic reference for the government in formulating policies related to the optimization of professional zakat. The results showed that the determinant factors of the variables studied, the level of religiosity, utilitarian, altruism, motivation, knowledge affect the decision to pay professional zakat for state civil servants in Jambi City. Adjusted R-square value of 0.797. This means that the variables of religiosity, utilitarian, altruism, motivation, knowledge affect decisions in professional zakat by 79,7%, while the remaining 20,3% are influenced by other variables outside the model studied.

Abstract

Islamic economic theory emerged due to the theory of demand for goods and services. The demand for goods and services arises as a result of the wants and needs of real consumers and potential consumers. Herbal products, when associated with the Covid 19 issue, are currently a global conversation, so sales of these herbal products have experienced a significant increase compared to previous years. the Covid 19 pandemic disaster occurred. Due to the development of this herbal product sales trend, the brand equity of good quality products can affect consumer buying interest. Halal Awareness in halal-certified herbal products is a major construct that can help improve product brand reputation in intensively promoting consumer purchase intention models for halal brands. Consumer trust and behavior to buy herbal products is the key to the company's success in getting loyal consumers. An interesting question in this study is that the variables of brand equity and consumer behavior can mediate the relationship between halal awareness and religiosity variables. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between consumer behavior, brand equity and halal awareness and religiosity. The research design is descriptive quantitative with a sample survey method. The research respondents were the people of Jambi City with a total sample of 200 people, but the number of samples collected was 210 people. The analysis tool uses PLS. From the results of this study, it is known that there is a positive relationship between consumer behavior, brand equity and halal awareness as a mediating variable. The study also shows that there is a positive relationship between consumer behavior and brand equity and there is a direct and significant positive relationship with brand equity. It is hoped that the results of this study will contribute empirically to thoughts related to consumer behavior, halal awareness, religiosity to brand equity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah dan teknologi e-banking terhadap keputusan masyarakat menggunakan produk-produk bank syariah pada guru SMP dan SMA IT Ash-Shiddiqi Batang Hari. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. untuk menguji dan menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 61 orang guru digunakan alat uji SPSS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh karena populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini relatif kecil. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah dan teknologi e-banking secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan masyarakat menggunakan produk bank syariah. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 64.3% variasi keputusan masyarakat menggunakan produk bank syariah dapat dijelaskan oleh literasi keuangan syariah dan teknologi e-banking.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Penerapan Program Wajib Sertifikasi Halal Di Umk Dikecamatan Rimbo Bujang,Untuk Mengetahui Kendala Pelaku Umk Di Kecamatan Rimbo Bujang Belum Memiliki Sertifikasi Halal dan Untuk mengetahui Penerapan Sertifikasi Halal Berdasarkan Perspektif Pemasaran Islam Di Kecamatan Rimbo Bujang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif.Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program sertifikasi halal dari pemerintah sudah disalurkan ke pelak usaha dengan diadakan nya kegiatan WHO 2024 dengan diundangnya 3000 desa pelaku dengan tujuan dilakukannya sosialisasi tentang wajib halal.para pelaku usaha mikro kecil (UMK) di Kecamatan Rimbo Bujang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal disebkan oleh beberapa kendala yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan akan pentingnya sertifikasi halal, belum mengetahui bagaimana alur pendaftaran sertifikasi halal dan terkendala untuk melakukan sertifikasi halal disebabkan oleh faktor biaya dalam prosesnya.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah dan inklusi keuangan syariah terhadap kemandirian ekonomi perempuan pelaku UMKM di Kota Jambi. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah perempuan pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan layanan keuangan syariah, dengan sampel 96 responden ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Lemeshow dan rekomendasi PLS-SEM. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil evaluasi Outer Model menunjukkan seluruh indikator valid dan reliabel. Inner Model memperlihatkan literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t = 5,201; p = 0,000), demikian pula inklusi keuangan syariah (t = 4,264; p = 0,000). Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat terhadap kemandirian ekonomi perempuan dengan R² = 0,872 dan Adjusted R² = 0,869, artinya 87,2% variasi kemandirian ekonomi dapat dijelaskan oleh literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah. Nilai predictive relevance (Q²) > 0 menunjukkan kemampuan prediktif model baik. Kesimpulannya, penguatan literasi dan perluasan inklusi keuangan syariah terbukti efektif mendorong kemandirian ekonomi perempuan pelaku UMKM di Kota Jambi. Kata Kunci: Inklusi Keuangan Syariah, Kemandirian Ekonomi Perempuan, Literasi Keuangan Syariah, PLS-SEM, UMKM Kota Jambi.   Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion on the economic independence of female MSME entrepreneurs in Jambi City. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The population consists of female MSME entrepreneurs using Islamic financial services, with a sample of 96 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula and PLS-SEM recommendations. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. Outer Model evaluation indicated that all indicators were valid and reliable. The Inner Model results show that Islamic financial literacy has a positive and significant effect (t = 5.201; p = 0.000), as does Islamic financial inclusion (t = 4.264; p = 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables strongly influence female economic independence, with R² = 0.872 and Adjusted R² = 0.869, meaning 87.2% of the variation in economic independence is explained by financial literacy and inclusion. Predictive relevance (Q²) > 0 indicates good predictive capability. In conclusion, strengthening Islamic financial literacy supported by broader financial inclusion is an effective strategy to enhance the economic independence of female MSME entrepreneurs in Jambi City. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh cashless payment dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi Z di Kota Jambi. Perubahan kecenderungan perilaku belanja dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi pendukung transaksi keuangan, membawa pengaruh nyata dalam mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku pelanggan di tengah era transaksi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 97 responden yang merupakan generasi Z di Kota Jambi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial cashless payment (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku perilaku konsumtif generasi Z dan Literasi keuangan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku perilaku konsumtif generasi Z. Secara simultan pengaruh cashless payment dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku perilaku konsumtif generasi Z di Kota Jambi.  Kata kunci: Cashless Payment, Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Konsumtif dan Generasi Z.   Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of cashless payment and financial literacy on the consumer behavior of generation Z in Jambi City. Changes in shopping behavior trends and the rapid development of technology supporting financial transactions have a real influence in influencing changes in customer behavior in the digital transaction era. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents who are generation Z in Jambi City. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that partially cashless payment (X1) has no significant effect on the consumer behavior of generation Z and financial literacy (X2) has a significant effect on the consumer behavior of generation Z. Simultaneously, the influence of cashless payment and financial literacy has an effect on the consumer behavior of generation Z in Jambi City.  Keyword: Cashless Payment, Financial Literacy, Consument Behavior and Generation Z.
