Abstract

This article describe the personal quality of language and literer education lecture of indonesian and region as a inovator agent at writing learning. There are some indicators of a qualified lecturers in the field of language education and literature of Indonesia and the region. The indicators are highly motivated, hard working and tenacious, creative thinking, the courage to accept the risk, keen in seeing and understanding the problems, capable to implement various learning models correspond to the learning objectives, and develop media set up and use.
