Abstract

This study aims to describe and design a language morphology Suku Anak Dalam (BSAD) into a textbook. Research conducted at the Batanghari Bungku Jambi. This study used a qualitative approach. The research subject BSAD speakers. Data collection techniques using literature techniques, record, note. Data were analyzed using a unified and agih. Data validation is done by extending and triangulation. The results showed language Suku Anak Dalam own; (1) morpheme, namely; free morpheme and morpheme, (2) the morphological form of pengimbuhan and looping, (3) the form of prefixes morfofenemis mәN- and pәN-. (4) class in the form of words; verbs, adjectives and nouns. Based on the results of the study of language Suku Anak Dalam above it can be designed textbook morphology language Suku Anak Dalam consisting of: (1) the preface, (2) content, (3) the torso is composed of chapters, subchapters, as well as instructional objectives , (4) references, (5) a glossary, and (6) Index. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah pantun Melayu Jambi sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran membaca dengan strategi DRTA. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan metode kepustakaan serta teknik wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa SMPN 17 Muara Sabak Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Jambi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan cara menyandingkan  dengan teori yang relevan dan kemudian  analisis dan  dilanjutkan dengan penarikan simpulan berdasarkan pada tema-tema yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Hasil uji praktisi (guru) menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) dalam pembelajaran membaca pantun Melayu Jambi yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat layak (rerata skor 3,80). Hasil uji sasaran (siswa) menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi DRTA yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat layak (rerata 3.83).  Pembahasan uji praktisi, dan uji sasaran menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dikembangkan termasuk ke dalam kategori layak atau baik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsi dan mengidentifikasi  pantun Melayu Jambi, Indonesia  sebagai buku ajar  membaca. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jambi,  Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik  pengamatan dan  wawancara.   Analisis data menggunakan langkah-langkah yang disarankan oleh Milles dan Huberman, yaitu  (1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, (3) penyajian data dan,  (4) penarikan simpulan.  Analisis dilanjutkan dengan penarikan simpulan berdasarkan pada tema-tema yang menjadi fokus eksplorasi. Pemeriksaan validitas data dilakukan dengan memperpanjang waktu penelitian dan triangulasi. Hasil uji ahli menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori layak (rerata skor 3.80). Saran ahli terhadap buku ajar adalah  perbaikan penggunaan ejaan, istilah dan kata-kata serta  kegrafikaan. Hasil uji praktisi (guru) menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat layak   (rerata skor 3,86). Saran dari praktisi (guru) adalah perbaikan penggunaan ejaan dan istilah-istilah baru.  Hasil uji pengguna (siswa) menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat layak (rerata 3.89).  Saran dari pengguna adalah penggantian kata sulit dan kejelasan pemberian tugas. Pembahasan hasil uji ahli, uji praktisi, dan uji pengguna menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dikembangkan termasuk ke dalam kategori layak atau baik. KATA KUNCI:   Pengembangan, Buku ajar, Pantun Abstract This study aims to describe and identify the Jambi Malay pantun, Indonesia as a textbook for reading. This research was conducted in Jambi, Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers and junior high school students. Data collection using observation and interview techniques. Data analysis used the steps suggested by Milles and Huberman, namely (1) data collection, 2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and, (4) drawing conclusions. The analysis is continued with drawing conclusions based on the themes that are the focus of exploration. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by extending the research time and triangulation. The expert test results showed that the textbook developed was in the feasible category (mean score 3.80). Expert advice on textbooks is to improve the use of spelling, terms and words and graphics. The results of the practitioner (teacher) test show that the textbook developed is in the very feasible category (mean score 3.86). The practitioner's (teacher) suggestion is to improve the use of spelling and new terms. The results of the user test (students) showed that the textbook developed was in the very feasible category (mean 3.89). Suggestions from users include substituting difficult words and clarity of assignment. Discussion of the results of expert tests, practitioner tests, and user tests shows that the textbook developed is in the proper or good category. KEY WORDS:   Development, Textbook, Rhymes

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah tindak tutur ilokusi guru dan peserta didik pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk dan fungsi yang mengikat tindak tutur ilokusi guru dan peserta didik baik tindak tutur ilokusi asertif, direktif, ekspresif, komisif, maupun deklaratif pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Manfaat teoretis mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan tentang tindak tutur ilokusi dalam pembelajaran. Manfaat praktisnya adalah memperkaya wawasan dalam tindak tutur guru dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan situasi percakapan di dalam kelas pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Data penelitian percakapan guru dan peserta didik  pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia y. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan catatan lapangan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis pragmatik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua fungsi tindak ilokusi asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif ditemukan pada saat pembelajaran di kelas. Tindak ilokusi yang mengikat pada tuturan guru dan peserta didik adalah tindak tutur ilokusi direktif. Hendaknya sivitas akademik mulai dari guru dan tenaga kependidikan mampu menggunakan tindak tutur ilokusi direktif dengan tepat dalam aktivitas di lingkungan sekolah/ madrasah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi berkomunikasi secara lisan demi mewujudkan kecintaan terhadap bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

In the context of cultural wisdom, it is no longer seen as hereditary heritage but cultural wisdom is the strength of the creative industry based on cultural wisdom. Students of the language and literature study program who have writing and literary skills are able to study and write cultural wisdom. With the ability to study and write local wisdom allows students as; entrepreneurship, creator, humanist, writer based on the strategy of cultural wisdom values. The research focus is the study and writing of Jambi Malay cultural wisdom with a literary journalism approach. Literary journalism is a feature-oriented creative writing skill based on facts in the field. To achieve this, the study and discussion refers to the practice of improving learning; Research and development; Classroom Action Research, and Project-Based Learning. The results of research on student abilities; write the title of 'good' level, write the intro at 'good' level, the type of intro written; storytelling, descriptive, and questions, writing the atmosphere of the story as a result of observation at the 'medium' level, writing the dialogue of the results of the investigation and reporting at the 'medium' level, (5) closing the story containing the message at the 'good' level, the type of message written; view of life, sincerity, and a call to action. Overall the ability to write knowledge of Malay culture is based on the 'good' range. Based on this the suggestions put forward; feature as a creative essay, very easy to develop by students as novice writers, so that they are interested in composing the potentials of local wisdom; data features on the basis of the results of field research through the process of observation, interviews, investigations and reporting. Based on the suggestions put forward, the literary journalism approach can be developed well in learning creative writing.Keyword: cultural wisdom, literary journalism

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the religious values contained in the novel Kembara Rindu by  Habiburahman El Shirazy. A novel with the theme of the virtues of studying, which is combined with the complexity of  the daily struggles of a student of knowledge. This research is classified as descriptive research with a qualitative  approach as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people  and observable behavior. The research instrument used was the researcher himself. The validity of the data is in the  form of intrarater validity, namely by reading and reviewing the research subject repeatedly to obtain consistent and  interater data, namely checking by discussing the results of observations with colleagues who have conducted  research on moral values in literary works. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the form of religious  values contained in the novel Kembara Rindu. Includes the value of worship, the value of the spirit of jihad, morals  and discipline, trust and sincerity

Abstract

A typical traditional society uses a unique way of communication. In the context of buying and selling situations, between buyers and sellers often use vague, ambiguous and mysterious utterances. The purpose of this study is to identify the various directive speech acts and the functions of speech acts in the trading process set in traditional markets. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research with the aim of obtaining an objective description of the speech of traders and buyers in the trading process. The listening method, which is equipped with note-taking techniques and recording techniques, is used to collect research data. For the data analysis method, distribution and equivalent methods were used to answer each research variable. The types of directive speech acts found include directive requests, directive orders, directive questions, directives of advice, and directives of giving permission. The most dominant types of directive speech acts that appear are directive speech acts of asking questions and giving permission. The functions of speech acts that occur in the trading process at Aur Duri Market, Jambi City, include communicating factual information, disclosing intellectual information, expressing emotional attitudes, and influencing.
