Abstract

This research is motivated by gender conflict and the problematict of the life of a woman named Hiroko who comes from a poor family who is always bullied and harassed when pitted fate of her dignity as a housemaid in the city. The focus of this research in the form of the question is " how gender conflicts novel Nh My name is Hiroko works. Dini, which includes the forms of gender conflict, gender conflict causes, and consequences of gender conflict ? ". The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the forms of gender conflict, gender conflict causes and consequences of gender conflict.                                                                                This research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data in this study are the elements (such as text) that supports gender conflict. Data source is the novel My Name Hiroko works Nh. Dini. Stages of the research done by: (1) to read the novel, (2) identify the text (notes) (3) inventory data used in the study ), (4) Classifying data related to gender conflict. Data analysis of this study showed that female characters (Hiroko) gender conflict; (1) marginalization (economic impoverishment ), (2) Subordinated ( position does not matter ), (3) stereotypes ( negative marking),  (4) violence (5) workload. causes of gender conflict is caused by several factors, namely economic factors, educational factors, social factors, and cultural factors. gender conflict is a result of physical and psychological violence against the main female characters.                                                                   Suggestions in this study is expected to researchers further to explore other conflicts of the novel My name is Hiroko works Nh. Dini, is expected to readers, especially students to continue to read works of literature, teachers are expected to Indonesian literature also presents the lessons more interesting.

Abstract

Kompetisi Bisnis Mahasiswa Indonesia (KBMI) yang diadakan oleh Kementrian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi sedang mengembangakan mahasiswa yang mempunyai wirausaha. Program ini diadakan tahun 2017 yang memberikan dampak positif pada mahasiswa dengan memberikan bantuan dana untuk mendorong wirausaha yang mereka lakukan. Tahun 2018 mahasiswi Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak mempunyai usaha dengan nama Miss BitterBallen yang turut serta dalam program KBMI untuk mendapatkan bantuan modal sebagai sarana pengembangan usaha, namun apakah usaha ini layak untuk dapat dijalankan dan mendapatkan dana bantuan tersebut. BitterBallen adalah makanan yang berasal dari negeri kincir angin Belanda yang telah di modifikasi dan inovasi untuk menyesuaikan selera lidah masyarakat Indonesia, berbahan dasar tepung terigu dan kentang, wortel, daun bawang, diisi dengan bebarapa jenis varian kemudian dibaluri dengan telur dan tepung roti selanjutnya digoreng. Berdasarkan aspek keuangan dengan pendekatan ROR, BRP, NPV dan PI usaha Miss Bittterballen ini layak dijalankan (go) dan berhasil mendapatkan bantuan dana dari Kemenristekdikti sebesar Rp .20.000.000,00 Indonesian Students Business Competition (KBMI) held by Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education is currently encouraging students to own entrepreneurship business. This program was initiated by 2017 in order to contribute positive impacts in promoting students’ business through fund assistance. A student of Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak, with the business known as Miss Bitterballen participated in Indonesian Students Business Competition (KBMI) to obtain fund as a business development facility and to ascertain its business visibility. BitterBallen is a popular deep-fried bar snack from Netherlands. This BitterBallen has been modified with innovation to meet Indonesian taste. It is typically made by flour and potato, mixed with carrot and parsley and filled with kind of variant then battered in a breadcrumb and deeply fried. Based on the financial aspect with ROR, BRP, NPV, and PI approach, Miss BitterBallen has a business visibility and been successful obtaining fund from Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Rp. 20 Million

Abstract

The development of agricultural diversification of natural resources as product of creative economy can be the catalyst of economic development. As one of the largest commodities of Dusun Wonodadi Desa Arang Limbung Kabupaten Kubu Raya, cassava is solely sold and distributed as raw commodity. People have low awareness to improve the value of raw material due to less exposure of the creative ideas of producing creative economy product. Concerning this matter, entrepreneurship training in terms of producing creative economy product is essential in order to give added value to cassava. As a result, the society was facilitated to produce ‘kripik manggleng’ as the creative product made from cassava. It is expected that this empowering program can encourage the creative activity of the society in order to boost the spirit of entrepreneurial which can improve the level of their economy.
