Abstract

This research is motivated by gender conflict and the problematict of the life of a woman named Hiroko who comes from a poor family who is always bullied and harassed when pitted fate of her dignity as a housemaid in the city. The focus of this research in the form of the question is " how gender conflicts novel Nh My name is Hiroko works. Dini, which includes the forms of gender conflict, gender conflict causes, and consequences of gender conflict ? ". The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the forms of gender conflict, gender conflict causes and consequences of gender conflict.                                                                                This research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data in this study are the elements (such as text) that supports gender conflict. Data source is the novel My Name Hiroko works Nh. Dini. Stages of the research done by: (1) to read the novel, (2) identify the text (notes) (3) inventory data used in the study ), (4) Classifying data related to gender conflict. Data analysis of this study showed that female characters (Hiroko) gender conflict; (1) marginalization (economic impoverishment ), (2) Subordinated ( position does not matter ), (3) stereotypes ( negative marking),  (4) violence (5) workload. causes of gender conflict is caused by several factors, namely economic factors, educational factors, social factors, and cultural factors. gender conflict is a result of physical and psychological violence against the main female characters.                                                                   Suggestions in this study is expected to researchers further to explore other conflicts of the novel My name is Hiroko works Nh. Dini, is expected to readers, especially students to continue to read works of literature, teachers are expected to Indonesian literature also presents the lessons more interesting.

Abstract

The research was distributed by inner conflict and about the labyrinth of the life of a character named Asroel who was often confronted with environments that are less supportive of his efforts. Formulation of the problem of the research is "How does the main character in the novel the inner conflicts of traditional Thatch work MD. Aminuddin reviewed aspects of the id, ego and super ego "? The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the inner conflict protagonist of the novel the song of reeds by MD. Aminuddin reviewed aspects of the id, ego and super ego by using the theory of Sigmund Freud propounded.This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive method. The Data in this study are the elements (of text) that supports the inner conflict in the novel Song of reeds By MD. Aminuddin. The data source is a novel Song of reeds by MD. Aminuddin. This research is carried out by stages: (1) read and understand novel Song of reeds by MD. Aminuddin, (2) identify and classify data inner conflict in the novels main character, (3) determining the inner conflict of the main character aspects of the id, ego and super ego, interpret the data (4), (5) prove and formulate conclusions.The analysis of research data shows that the main character (Asroel) experiencing inner conflict; (1) aspects of id make Asroel sad because his farewell with Roekmini and his son. Then Asroel Stienjie Netherlands girl loves totok, (2) the ego aspect makes the Asroel into a hard figure in maintaining the opinion that impact on himself. Asroel can not be balancing aspects of the id, ego and super ego makes it erred in taking decisions, (3) aspects of super ego finally made Asroel aware of his wrong doing that maintains his ego all along to make the Asroel stuck into a variety of difficult situations. Suggestions in this study is expected to be for the reader not concerned with ego, and balancing between id, ego and super ego.

Abstract

The novel is a story that takes some union issues that are raised as sadness , joy , treachery , honesty , and other life problems . Social conflict is conflict that occurs as a result of human social contact with other people . Conflict can be found in all walks of life.The method used in this research is descriptive method . Descriptive method decomposes the data means in the form of words or pictures, not in the form of figures . The aim is to create a description , picture systematic , factual , and accurate statement of the facts, attributes and relationships anatar investigated phenomenon , so saw the quality or the quality of the object of scrutinyOutcomes Research ( 1 ) Social Conflict shape divided in two : (a ) Individual Conflict With Family Circle ( b ) Conflict Individuals With Social Circle . ( 2 ) Cause Social Conflict or matter giving rise to social conflicts . that the cause of social conflict can occur from a variety of factors namely economic factors , particularly poverty and cultural background differences . ( 3 ) Impact of Social Conflict is the result of social conflicts arising .Based on the results of research on social conflict in the novel Land Tabu Anindita work . S Thayf , it can be concluded that Mabel , Mace , and Leksi as protagonist experiencing social conflict that is individuals with conflicts within a family. While individual conflicts within society experienced by Mabel figures only.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows. First, describe the learning outcome of students in writing poetry using media track. Second, describe the learning outcome of students in writing poetry without using a media track. Third, comparison of student learning outcomes described in writing poetry with songs and learning to use the media without the media track. Based on the analysis of data and discussion concluded the following. This research is quantitative research with experimental methods. File were obtained through a single type of test, the test performance. Performance tests are used to collect data using the ability to write poetry with songs and media without media track. File is the ability to write poetry using media without media song and compared by using the formula S-gab and continued with the study hypothesis.Based on the analysis file and discussion be conclude as follow. First, the ability to write poetry class VII student at Junior High School 35 Padang using tracks that are in the media more than enough qualifications (74.4) is in the range (66-75). Second, the ability to write poetry without using media song students are qualified enough in (60.9) is in the range (56-65). Third, there are significant differences in learning outcomes in learning to write poetry using media without media song and t-test results on the level of 95% (α = 0.05), tcalculated = 3.57 ttable = 1.670 thus H1 is accepted. Effectiveness means that there is the ability to write poetry using the media track. Student learning outcomes in writing poetry with more effective use of the song.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh antara konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (2) pengaruh antara kelelahan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (3) pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (4) pengaruh antara konflik peran terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (5) pengaruh antara kelelahan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (6) pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (7) pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang. Metode analisis data dengan path analysis (analisis jalur). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konflik peran berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai ; (2) kelelahan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai ; (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; (4) konflik peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai ; (5) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai ; (6) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai .Kata kunci : Konflik Peran, Kelelahan Emosional, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional.

Abstract

Non-governmental group enterprises amounting to 152 business actors under the Medan Pemko building, and still need to increase the competitiveness of product quality caused by SMES have not had a high commitment in improving the business that must compete with the product A kind and low commitment business people to business in the building from scratch by not replacing the original product that they managed to have the competitiveness of the target company BDC. Which is the direction of this study to know the competitiveness of SME products with the method of survey and direct observation of SMES in the city of Medan consist of 21 districts and what factors cause the ability to compete low SME actors in the city of Medan By linking to SMB capability variables and commitment to its business. Analysis of the techniques used by using some linear regression analysis result test results obtained. Ability to influence but if the SME's commitment is improved, it will make the competitiveness of SMES competing with other similar businesses can increase.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at RSU Royal Prima Marelan. The population of this study was 240 and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in 71 respondents. The method in this research is a quantitative technique. The data collection techniques used were surveys and questionnaires. For data analysis techniques in this research, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, T tests, F tests and coefficient of determination (R2) tests were used using SPSS Windows version 21.0. Based on the research results, it shows that the results of the t test for the Leadership Style variable (X1) do not have a partially significant effect on employee performance with a Sig value. 0.121 > 0.05, the Work Environment variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Sig. 0.010 < 0.05, and the Work Discipline variable (X3) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that Leadership Style, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at RSU Royal Prima Marelan with a sig value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas terhadap kinerja anggota Polres Simalungun. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Polres Simalungun. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Polres Simalungun. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 435 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan slovin yaitu 81 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji-t) dan uji simultan (uji-F). Analisis data dalam penelitian dengan kuantitatif. Secara parsial loyalitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan loyalitas dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota Polres Simalungun.
