Abstract

Telecommunication technology is currently developing so fast, along with the need for people to communicate. 4G LTE network technology has many positive impacts on service users in communication access. Every provider user wants to have good network quality when used in exchanging information and communications. This study discusses the analysis of the quality of the 4G LTE network in the Purwokerto area by taking a drive test data. Analysis of the drive test is carried out using Map Info software to determine the signal condition in accordance with the range provider and the calculation of the percentage each month with 4G parameters, namely RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) and SINR (Signal to Interference Noise Ratio). The result of this analysis is a comparison of network quality in December 2019 based on the RSRP and SINR parameter values. In December, the RSRP value that met the standard ≥ = -95 dBm reached a percentage of 77.23% and in March it reached a percentage of 81.86%. For the SINR value in December 2019 which met the standard ≥ = 12 dB, it reached a percentage of 36.82% and in March it reached a percentage of 46.08%. Keywords: Network Analysis, LTE, Genex Probe, RSRP, SINR  ABSTRAK  Teknologi telekomunikasi saat ini berkembang begitu cepat, seiring dengan kebutuhan orang dalam berkomunikasi. Teknologi jaringan 4G LTE memberikan banyak dampak positif bagi pengguna layanan dalam akses komunikasi. Setiap pengguna provider pasti berkeinginan untuk memiliki kualitas jaringan yang baik saat digunakan dalam bertukar informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Analisa kualitas jaringan 4G LTE di daerah Purwokerto dengan pengambilan data drive test. Analisa drive test dilakukan menggunakan software Map Info untuk mengetahui kondisi sinyal yang sesuai dengan range provider dan perhitungan persentase setiap bulannya dengan parameter 4G yaitu RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) dan SINR (Signal to Interference Noise Ratio). Hasil dari analisa ini adalah perbandingan kualitas jaringan pada bulan Desember 2019 berdasarkan nilai parameter RSRP dan SINR. Untuk bulan Desember nilai RSRP yang memenuhi standar ≥=-95 dBm mencapai persentase 77.23% dan bulan Maret mencapai persentase 81.86%. Untuk nilai SINR bulan Desember 2019 yang memenuhi standar ≥=12 dB mencapai persentase 36.82% dan bulan Maret mencapai persentase 46.08%.

Abstract

This study analyzes the optimization of frequency coverage in the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) implemented at the Coastal Radio Station (SROP) of PT Panorama Graha Teknologi. As Indonesia is a maritime country with high dependence on sea transportation, reliable navigation and communication systems are crucial to ensure safety. However, operationalization of GMDSS still faces limitations such as partial system integration, inadequate equipment, and lack of operator skills. The research method included direct observation and system testing at PT Panorama Graha Teknologi. Results show that the use of repeater devices significantly improves VHF frequency coverage, reduces blank spots, and enhances communication clarity between ships and coastal radio stations. The study concludes that repeater implementation provides an effective solution for optimizing GMDSS coverage, thus supporting maritime safety and communication reliability.

Abstract

An increase in daily household waste volume to 771 kg in Tejorejo Village has disrupted irrigation functions and triggered flooding. This community service program aims to strengthen waste management and the local economy through the implementation of IoT-based Polystyrene Crusher technology. The methodology involved technical training, green economy management mentoring, and direct implementation of IoT-integrated recycling technology. Results demonstrated a significant increase in partner capacity in waste sorting (45%), equipment management (50%), and green marketing literacy (45%). The technology successfully shifted the business model from raw plastic sales to value-added processing, resulting in an initial gross income increase of 2.7%. The integration of IoT allows for precise monitoring of production efficiency while strengthening the resilience of community-based circular economies. This initiative proves that modernizing appropriate technology effectively mitigates environmental risks while creating sustainable economic opportunities at the rural level.

Abstract

The process of determining the levels of drug raw materials using the titration method in pharmaceutical laboratories is generally still carried out manually, potentially causing inaccuracy in determining the titration endpoint. This study aims to design and implement an automatic drug titration control and identification system using an Internet of Things (IoT)-based RGB color sensor. The system is controlled by a built-in ATmega 2560 WiFi microcontroller integrated with a dosing pump as an actuator for adding titrant and a DC motor as a solution stirrer. The RGB sensor is used to detect color changes in the solution until it reaches orange as an indicator of the titration endpoint. The results of the titration process, in the form of process time and titrant volume, are sent in real-time via WhatsApp notifications. Tests were conducted on several drug raw materials, namely stearic acid, boric acid, and citric acid. The test results showed that the system was able to work as designed with titration results close to the manual method, with the highest accuracy level reaching 98.7%. This system is expected to improve the efficiency and consistency of the titration process in pharmaceutical laboratories.
