Abstract

This study examines the relationship of four dimensions in career development those are increased career goals, professional ability, promotion speed and increased remuneration, toward an affective commitment, and a turnover intention. The sample is employees of PT. Aksara Solopos in the amount of 100 respondents. A survey method was used in this study to be data collection method and it was done by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis and the results show that the dimensions of career development.The method of data collection in this study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The test results show that the dimensions of career development (increased career goals, professional ability, promotion speed and increased remuneration) influence increased career goals, professional ability, promotion speed and increased remuneration, furthermore that affective commitment negatively influence turnover intention.

Abstract

Banana hump is rarely used as an ingredient in foods like chips. Currently, the marketing of banana hump chips is ineffective and constrained. Banana hump processing into chips and digital-based marketing of banana hump chips are used in PKKM MBKM entrepreneurial operations. Activities related to PKKM MBKM are conducted for three months. Banana hump chips are made by slicing the hump, soaking it in whiting, grinding the seasoning ingredients, forming the seasoning dough, frying, draining the oil, and packaging. The Gofood and Shopee programs are used for online marketing of banana hump chips.

Abstract

This study uses the Cognitive Evaluation Theory which aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study involved 229 educational staff spread across several cities in Indonesia using the convenience sampling method. The results in this study show that inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment are able to provide a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior so that psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Jaringan Perempuan Usaha Kecil (Jarpuk) Mekar Sari Kabupaten Karanganyar berdiri sejak tahun 2004 yang lalu. Anggota maupun pengurus Jarpuk Mekar Sari mayoritas adalah ibu rumah tangga dan telah berusia lebih dari 40 tahun. Sehingga usaha yang dimiliki dan dijalankan para anggotanya relatif sudah berlangsung lama dan masih tradisonal dalam segala aspeknya. Meskipun usahanya sudah berjalan lama, mayoritas para anggota belum memahami arti penting sebuah Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). NIB adalah identitas pelaku usaha dalam rangka pelaksaanaan kegiatan berusaha sesuai bidang usahanya. Permasalahan lain adalah para anggota Jarpuk juga mayoritas belum menyusun laporan keuangan usaha, karena mereka menganggap menyusun laporan keuangan adalah hal yang merepotkan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan legalitas dan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Siapik. Untuk melihat efektivitas dari pelatihan ini, maka diperlukan pemeriksaan untuk memastikan ketersediaan NIB dan laporan keuangan versi aplikasi Siapik dari anggota inti Jarpuk.

Abstract

The title of this research is about Liquidity Analysis, Solvability, Activity to Measure Financial Performance of PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar with the objectives and benefits to describe, analyze, measure financial ratios to financial performance at PT. Telkom Mamuju. This study uses both primary and secondary data based on the company's financial statements PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar from 2019 to 2022 and tests were carried out on financial ratios including liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios to measure how much financial performance the company PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar.As for the results obtained in this study the Financial Performance of PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar Based on the results of calculating the liquid ratio analysis, it can be said that Telkom went bankrupt because the company experienced difficulties in paying short -term debt, the Financial Performance of PT. Based on the solvency ratio analysis, Telkom is quite good which continues to grow every year. The reason is the fees obtained from the company's small loans, the Financial Performance of PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar uses a fairly healthy performance analysis where it grows every year. This is maintained so that the use of company assets is more efficient and profitable every year. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency, Activity, Financial Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT One form of application that can be used as a digital marketing medium is imooji. The imooji digital application was not yet known to market traders and was only discovered when the PKM team arrived. This community service activity aimed to increase participants' knowledge in understanding the concept of digital marketing using the imooji application, namely contents containing photos of merchandise found at market stalls. The participants in the activity were 8 traders and shop owners. The method of implementing activities was through the application of digital marketing, creating content for the imooji application. This is done because kiosk traders do not understand digital technology. Next, the team provided a brief explanation regarding the use of imooji which can be shared via social media such as WA, FB, and IG. The results of the implementation of the community service activities showed that not all participants are technologically literate and understand how to use imooji via cellphone because half of the participants are elderly, namely over 55 years, thus made it difficult to understand the imooji digital work process. Creating imooji content by providing a link containing a catalog of goods sold at market stalls can be easily shared with various participant social networks. This activity is expected to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the digital era.
