Abstract

Pekerja anak adalah anak yang yang terlibat pada pekerjaan ringan maupun pekerjaan yang membahayakan secara mental, fisik, sosial dan moral serta dapat menyakiti mereka. Penelitian bertujuan untuk diketahuinya hubungan kecemasan dan depresi pada pekerja anak. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasi. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 67 pekerja anak di Bogor. Kuesioner menggunakan kuesioner Taylors Manifest Anxiety Scale (TMAS), dan Children Depression Inventory (CDI). Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pekerja anak yang mengalami kecemasan sebanyak 72% dan depresi sebanyak 50,7 %. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kecemasan dengan depresi pada pekerja anak (p value = 0.008). Data ini menunjukkan bahwa tingginya angka kecemasan dan depresi pada pekerja anak. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pelayanan kesehatan dapat berperan aktif dalam mengatasi kecemasan dan depresi pada pekerja anak. Kata Kunci : pekerja anak, kecemasan, depresi ABSTRACT The relationship between anxiety and depression in child labor. Child labor is a child who is involved in light work or work that is mentally, physically, socially and morally dangerous and can hurt them. The study aimed to find out the relationship between anxiety and depression in child labor in the City of Bogor. The research design is descriptive correlation. How to take samples with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 67 respondents are child labours in Bogor. The questionnaire used the Taylors Manifest Anxiety Scale (TMAS) questionnaire, and the Children Depression Inventory (CDI). Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square. The results of this study shown that child laborers who experienced anxiety 72%, and depressed 50.7%. There is a significant relationship between anxiety and depression in child labor (p value = 0.008). These data indicate that high rates of anxiety and depression in child labor. From the results of this study it is expected that health services can play an active role in overcoming anxiety and depression in child labor. Keywords: child labor, anxiety, depression

Abstract

Hypertension is a major problem in public health both in developed and developing countries. Emotional reactions due to hypertension are grieving, fear/anxiety, anger, depression and guilt. Anxiety is an unpleasant emotional by fear and tense and unwanted physical symptoms. Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) teaches clients to approach fear and anxiety more fundamentally, deeper, and in different ways Objective to knowing the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy on anxiety in hypertensive patients. Quasi-experimental design with a control group"with ACT interventions. The data obtained from 124 hypertensive patients who were divided into intervention and control groups. It analyzed by using Independent t-test and T-Paired tests. Research found there are differences in anxiety before and after intervention Acceptance and commitment therapy. Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19  memberikan dampak terhadap  pendidikan karena penutupan sekolah  sehingga perubahan dalam  pembelajaran  langsung ke pembelajaran online. Pembelajaran online menyebabkan stres dan burnout  pada anak maupun orang tua sebagai guru ketika anak belajar dirumah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres  dengan burnout orang tua akibat pembelajaran online di masa pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 orangtua yang memiliki anak sekolah dasar.  Kriteria inklusi adalah orangtua (ibu)  yang memiliki anak usia SD kelas I - III, menggunakan perangkat digital selama pembelajaran online dan bersedia menjadi responden.  Instrumen yang  digunakan adalah Perceived Stres Scale (PSS) dan Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) .Hasil uji validitas  PSS dan CBI menunjukkan semua pertanyaan valid dan hasil uji reliabilitas instrument PSS menunjukan reliabilitast kuat dan instrumen CBI menunjukkan reliabilitas moderat.   Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan burnout orang tua akibat pembelajaran online (p- value= 0,002). Kesimpulan Pembelajaran online di masa pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan meningkatnya tingkat stres dan burnout orang tua.
