Abstract

Perubahan yang terjadi pada orang lanjut usia (lansia) mengarah pada  kemunduran kesehatan fisik dan psikis. Status gizi lansia dipengaruhi oleh pola konsumsi energi dan protein, status kesehatan, pengetahuan, ekonomi dan lingkungan.Data dari UPT Kesmas Blahbatuh II tahun 2013 jumlah penduduk lansia di wilayah kerja UPT Kesmas Blahbatuh II sebanyak 2438 jiwa.Sebanyak 50% lansia beraktivitas di bawah terik matahari.Informasi rata-rata kunjungan  lansia berumur 60 tahun ke atas ke posyandu lansia pada bulan Juli hingga Oktober 2013 sekitar 651 jiwa lansia (26.7%). Lansia yang datang tersebut tidak dilakukan pengukuran antropometri sehingga tidak diketahui status gizinya.Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi lansia dan hubungan antara asupan enegi, asupan protein dan aktivitas fisik terhadap status gizi lansia di wilayah kerja UPT KESMAS Blahbatuh II.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah lansia yang berumur ? 60 tahun di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Blahbatuh II. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan teknik stratified samplingdan besar sampel adalah 80 orang. Analisis data dilakukan secara analitik observasional.Hasil penelitian terdapat 61.2% subjek berisiko mengalami malnutrisi, 20.0% subjek dengan status gizi baik dan 18.8% mengalami malnutrisi. Korelasi antara presentase angka kecukupan energi dengan besar MNA sangat signifikan (p=0.000) dengan arah korelasi positif (r=0.394). Korelasi antara presentase angka kecukupan protein dengan besar MNA sangat signifikan (p=0.002). dengan arah korelasi positif (r=0.347) sedangkan korelasi antara besar aktivitas fisik dengan besar MNA tidak signifikan (p=0.291).

Abstract

This study aims to find out how job opportunities for female graduates of vocational schools to be accepted as employees in hotels. Research data were collected through questionnaires using Google forms using probability sampling techniques and interviews with the Tremblay method for selected Human Resources (HR) Departments. Sample analysis shows that 45% of SMK graduates are accepted as day laborers; 28.30% are contract employees; 18.30% are permanent employees. Especially for Vocational female graduates 27.22% have an opportunities to work in housekeeping, 21.30% in the front office, 21.30% in food and beverage production, 24.86% in food and beverage service and other departments both as technicians and administration as much as 5.40%. Specifically for the admin position, graduates must have hotel operations administration skills, but vocational graduates are still lacking in mastering the system. This article argues that hotels open themselves to accept vocational school graduates including women, and to be able to become permanent employees, graduates must have adequate skills. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of the kumara innovation program in improving the quality of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Klungkung Regency and (2) what factors inhibit the effectiveness of the implementation of the kumara innovation program in improving the quality of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Klungkung Regency Civil Registration. This research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Researchers used source triangulation to check the validity of research data. Data analysis in this study uses three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the Kumara innovation program has been effective in terms of service quality, and this innovation program has proven to be very helpful in making it easier for the community to get a child's identity card, this The innovation program has advantages in terms of the speed of the process of receiving a child's identity card. The results of this kumara innovation program have not been maximized in quantity, and the target of this kumara innovation program has not been achieved optimally, this is evidenced by the low percentage of ownership of identity cards for children who participate in the kumara innovation program services. (2) The factors that hinder the effectiveness of the implementation of the kumara innovation program at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Klungkung Regency based on the results of the study are the lack of socialization, low public awareness, and budget constraints.

Abstract

Determination of Automatic Retirement Online is a staffing service process in the form of electronic retirement determination by utilizing an employment service application system with few documents/paper or no documents/paper. This Automatic Pension Determination is a form of BKN commitment to the implementation of ASN staffing services that are integrated between the central government and local governments by cutting the flow of staffing services. The goal is to help the pension service process become faster, transparent and timely. However, the data on pensions for employees of the Provincial Government of Bali from 2018 to 2022 shows some ASN retirement certificates can not issued on time. This reseach determining effectiveness at online automatic retirement determination program for the ASN retirement process, especially at provincial governments of Bali. Qualitative descriptive research with inductive approachment is used. Data collection was carried out by interviewing a number of informants involved in online automatic retirement determination. Results showing implementation of online automatic pension determinations in the Bali provincial government has not been effective.

Abstract

One important step to increase taxpayer compliance with land and building taxes is to pay attention to the factors that influence it, namely information technology, service quality and taxpayer awareness. Based on this, the problem that can be formulated in this research is whether information technology, service quality and taxpayer awareness influence Taxpayer Compliance PBB-P2 UPTD North Kuta Badung Regency.Data collection in this research was carried out by means of documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires with 100 taxpayers. The collected questionnaires were then analyzed using the Structure Equation Model (SEM) Amos version 22. Based on the calculation results, it was concluded that information technology had a positive and significant influence on PBB-P2 UPTD North Kuta Badung Regency. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on PBB-P2 UPTD North Kuta Badung Regency. Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant influence on PBB-P2 UPTD North Kuta Badung Regency.

Abstract

Village economy refers to economic activities that take place in rural areas, which are often dominated by agriculture, livestock and micro, small and medium enterprises. This includes the production and trade of goods and services that meet the needs of local communities as well as the potential for sustainable economic development in the region. Village economic development from the perspective of Pentahelix refers to involving five main parties or groups in the development process, namely; Government, Academics, Business, Community groups, and media. This approach aims to develop the economy in the village area. Each party has an important role; The government provides supportive policies and budgets, academics provide knowledge and innovation, businesses create jobs and investments, community groups fight for the interests and participation of the community, and the media in disseminating information and building public awareness. Through collaboration between these five parties, it is hoped that inclusive and sustainable village economic growth will be realized in order to create the welfare of the village community

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki banyak ragam. Terdapat beberapa sektor penting yang berada di Indonesia seperti Sektor pertanian, pendidikan, pembagunaan, objek wisata, dan lainnya. Bali sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata utama dunia menawarkan ragam jenis dan tempat wisata. Salah satunya Wisata “Alas Pala” Sangeh. Wisata ini merupakan salah satu tempat yang menyediakan objek wisata berupa pemandangan alam yang indah yang merupakan salah satu habitat kera atu monyet yang ada di Bali. Disisi lain sampah merupakan suatu masalah yang membutuhkan penanganan yang benar dan sungguh- sungguh untuk menjaga kelestarian wisata “Alas Pala” Sangeh. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat selaku pengunjung untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pemilahan sampah yang dibuang di tempat wisata “Alas Pala” Sangeh. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dan pengelola tempat wisata serta pemberian tempat sampah yang tepat di lokasi ini serta kegiatan bersih-bersih . Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat dan pengelola menjadi paham tentang pemilahan sehingga lingkungan “Alas Pala” Sangeh” tetap terjaga dengan baik.

Abstract

Environmental management is a crucial component of achieving sustainable development, particularly in rural areas with the potential for environmental pollution due to livestock activities and household waste. One of the Provinsi Bali Government's efforts is through the implementation of Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Bali Nomor 1 Tahun 2017 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. However, in practice, various problems remain in Desa Jagapati, such as the direct discharge of livestock waste into rivers, the lack of waste treatment facilities, and low public awareness of environmental cleanliness. This study aims to determine why the implementation of environmental management policies in Desa Jagapati has not been effective and to identify strategies to improve them. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of environmental management policies in Desa Jagapati has not been effective due to low public awareness, weak coordination, and minimal waste management. The main obstacles are a lack of outreach, limited resources, low commitment from implementers, and unclear standard operating procedures (SOP). Improvement strategies include education, the formation of environmental awareness groups, training, the provision of facilities, and a gradual and participatory work structure.

Abstract

Various variables, both external and internal, can directly or indirectly hinder the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Therefore, it is necessary to implement integrated risk management in every decision making, preparation and implementation of programs and activities. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of risk management policies, factors that hinder policy implementation, and solutions to overcome inhibiting factors in the implementation of risk management policies at X Hospital, Denpasar City, Bali Province. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that the implementation of risk management policies at X  Hospital, Denpasar City, which included; (1) Communication: communication media is still conventional, while the delivery of one-way information from superiors to subordinates is still long (2) Resources: there is no clear budget line item that mentions risk management (3) Disposition: risk management has not become a culture that requires high commitment (4) Bureaucratic Structure: already in accordance with hospital work procedures. In addition, this study also found risk management implementation strategies, namely; (1) modernization of communication media and continuous socialization of risk management (2) special budget planning for risk management (3) maximizing rewards and punishments for all parties (4) Periodically review the risk management framework based on risk reports and progress of plans and policy implementation. This research is hoped to provide information and input for stakeholders in the region on the implementation of risk management policies.

Abstract

The Passenger Analysis Unit (PAU) at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, plays a strategic role in analyzing international passenger data to support effective immigration control at the main gateway for foreign nationals and Indonesian citizens to enter Indonesia. The PAU is tasked with proactively profiling and risk assessments before passengers arrive through the Advance Passenger Information System (APIS), enabling early detection of potential violations or security risks such as criminal records or overstays. In addition to its immigration intelligence function, the PAU also ensures smooth public services by optimizing fast, accurate, and humane immigration administration processes, and integrating the use of technology for operational efficiency. Despite facing technical obstacles, inter-agency coordination, and public awareness that still needs to be improved, the PAU's existence is key to maintaining national security while improving the quality of public services at Ngurah Rai Airport, as one of the busiest and best airports in Asia. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, because the main focus of the research is directed at the Passenger Analysis Unit (PAU) as a work unit operating at the Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. This case study was chosen because it allows researchers to gain a deeper understanding of the immigration public service phenomenon implemented by the PAU in a concrete and specific context.
