Abstract

Village economy refers to economic activities that take place in rural areas, which are often dominated by agriculture, livestock and micro, small and medium enterprises. This includes the production and trade of goods and services that meet the needs of local communities as well as the potential for sustainable economic development in the region. Village economic development from the perspective of Pentahelix refers to involving five main parties or groups in the development process, namely; Government, Academics, Business, Community groups, and media. This approach aims to develop the economy in the village area. Each party has an important role; The government provides supportive policies and budgets, academics provide knowledge and innovation, businesses create jobs and investments, community groups fight for the interests and participation of the community, and the media in disseminating information and building public awareness. Through collaboration between these five parties, it is hoped that inclusive and sustainable village economic growth will be realized in order to create the welfare of the village community

Abstract

Non-permanent residence administration is a very important aspect to ensure that every individual living in an area, even temporarily, is still registered and well served. The form of this research is descriptive research with data collection methods using three types of techniques, namely observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. This research was conducted to find out what the quality of public services in Sanur Village is, what are the obstacles in non-permanent population administration services in Sanur Village, and what efforts are being made to overcome obstacles in Non-permanent Population Administration services in Sanur Village. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that non-permanent population administration services in Sanur Village have variations in terms of reliability and responsiveness. Furthermore, the main obstacles in non-permanent population administration services in Sanur Village include limited number of employees, technical problems such as unstable internet connections, and inconsistencies in service implementation. The local Village Government's efforts to overcome these obstacles are by carrying out continuous innovation and employee training to increase the reliability and responsiveness of services. It is recommended that the use of online media and communication applications be maximized to speed up the administration process and increase service accessibility. In addition, collecting community feedback and regular evaluation of employee performance must be further improved.

Abstract

The attraction of Penikit Waterfall is unique, which is known as a hot and cold waterfall. However, the development of Penikit Waterfall tourism has not sufficiently affected the economy of the local community. The lack of visitors and the lack of information in the wider community about the place is one of the weaknesses of this tourist attraction. In addition, the infrastructure at this tourist attraction is still lacking. For this reason, it is necessary to hold a PKM for the development of Penikit Waterfalls and Hot Springs in Belok Sidan Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. The target partner in this PKM is the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Wana Giri, totaling 33 people. The PKM activities carried out are, repairing toilets (structural work and finishing work), installing clean water for toilets, parking lot cleaning, hardening and cementing hot water pools, making WEB, training on using WEB and simple bookkeeping. The results of the PKM program on the Penikit Waterfall and Hot Springs help increase the economic potential that supports development in the Penikit area in particular, namely: there are business opportunities, there is an increase in income, and there is labor absorption.

Abstract

The aquaculture sector has an important role for the development of a country. Aquaculture not only plays an important role in economic growth, but also in the food security of a region. Aquaculture is important because this sector produces products or commodities that are not only of high economic value but also functionally useful. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to provide fish farming assistance with the Yumina Bumina system to increase community productivity. Service activities begin with collecting information through interviews with related parties regarding strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and constraints in catfish farming, then proceed with counseling to Pokdakan Mina Jaya about benefits and sustainability and their impact on partner production and marketing levels. the resulting catfish. This community service activity was carried out for 2 months. The partner in this service activity is the Mina Jaya Catfish Cultivation Group located in Banjar Laplap Kauh, Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar with 17 members. The result of this community service is that partners can apply the Yumina-Bumina technology system. The implications of this activity are business opportunities, increased income, and employment.

Abstract

The study aims to reveal the influence of technology, innovation and collaboration on the sustainability of bamboo woven craft businesses in Singaraja, Bali Province. The research method is designed based on a verification approach to strategic management of MSMEs, namely the hypothesis that has been formulated will be verified based on subjective business conditions and business continuity. The variables in this study include: technology, innovation and collaboration in bamboo woven craft businesses as exogenous variables, and business continuity as an endogenous variable. The population of the study was all bamboo woven craft business actors in Sidetapa Village, Tigawarsa Village and Banyuseri Village in the Singaraja area, while the sample size was determined as many as 100 respondents. The research instrument used a structured questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique. The analysis method used to test the research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The findings of the study stated that the technology and collaboration variables had a positive and significant effect on the business sustainability variable, but the innovation variable did not show a significant effect on the sustainability of bamboo woven craft businesses in Singaraja.

Abstract

Tourism is a development sector that can support economic equality. MSMEs play a crucial role in supporting sustainable tourism in Bangli Regency, Bali Province, as they provide tourism needs. The purpose of this research is to:to formulate a strategy for developing MSMEs in Bangli Regency by identifying strengths, vulnerabilities, opportunities and threats (SWOT).This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach to describe phenomena relevant to the issue under study. Interviews were used as the data collection method, while descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis were used for analysis.Research findings include: 1) The development of craft MSMEs has strengths in the form of uniqueness based on local culture, support from nature and tradition, as well as government support and raw materials, as well as opportunities in the form of tourism trends, policy support, digital technology, and collaboration. However, there are weaknesses in design innovation, market access, utilization of digital technology, and managerial capacity, as well as threats in the form of competition, counterfeit products, and dependence on tourists; 2) Craft MSMEs are in a strategic position to strengthen competitiveness through capacity building and product innovation programs, digital marketing, strengthening partnerships, access to financing, local product campaigns, and strengthening distribution infrastructure.
