Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of profitability, asset growth, operating leverage, and firm size of capital structure partially on food and beverages company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Independent variables used in this study are profitability, asset growth, operating leverage and firm size, while the dependent variable in this study is capital structure. Populations used in this study are food and beverages companies listed on IDX 2010 - 2012 where the total population is used by 18 companies. The sampling technique used was purvosive sampling technique in which the number of observations obtained this study was 54 (18x3). Test used in this study is the classical assumption (normality, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and multicollinearity) and hypothesis test (t test and determination). Of the results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that the independent variables asset growth and operating leverage which has a significant influence on capital structure, while the independent variable profitability and firm size does not affect the capital structure.Keywords : profitability, asset growth, operating leverage, firm size, capital structure, food and beverages companies

Abstract

This study aims to determine parents' sensitivity in dealing with children's interactions with indicators of attention, care, control, and supervision. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. This research is located in Neighborhood I, Mangun Jaya Village, Kayuagung District. The subjects of this study amounted to five people, namely parents of children who play gambling. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that parents did not have sensitivity in controlling concerns, where parents gave freedom to children to play outside the home. Parents did not have sensitivity in supervising children playing, and parents did not see or know what children were doing when playing or playing outside. Parents have sensitivity in the form of attention to children playing, and parents have sensitivity in parental care for children's education. For this reason, it is recommended that parents increase awareness of sensitivity always to give attention, care, control and supervision of children playing, especially in controlling and supervising children when playing.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Digital Marketing untuk memahami dan dapat diterapkan dalam berbisnis melalui pelatihan digital marketing. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang banyak melakukan inovasi melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Infomasi. Permasalahan yang sering timbul salah satunya adalah penyalahgunaan fasilitas ini. Untuk itu diperlukan sosialisasi  terpadu pada siswa-siswa SMK Negeri 5 Samarinda. Kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Pembimbing dan para mahasiswa. Peserta sosialisasi dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan pada sosialisasi adalah presentasi materi dan tanya jawab dengan model tatap muka di kelas. Materi sosialisasi adalah Digital Marketing yaitu salah satu inovasi teknologi yang disukai sebagai bentuk inovasi yang dapat ditiru siswa agar pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi tepat, berguna dan memiliki nilai ekonomis. Hasil yang terlihat adalah ketertarikan siswa-siswa pada saat melihat contoh aplikasi berbasis internet serta berbagai platform media sosial dan antusisme siswa-siswi yang terlihat di sesi tanya jawab dimana banyak pertanyaan yang mengarah kepada keingintahuan siswa-siswi.
