Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the many health problems experienced by teenagers and experiencing a significant increase in terms of numbers each year is Overweight and Obesity. Overweight and obesity conditions can be handled by increasingphysical activity in the form of running high intensity interval training and Jump rope exercise. The research wasrandomized pre and post control group design with sample of 15-18 year old teenagers amounted to 20 people anddivided into two groups namely group running high intensity interval training and Jump rope exercise. Samples that metinclusion and exclusion criteria were randomized and then measured fat percentage using Bioelectrical ImpendanceAnalysis (BIA). After 3 days of training a week for 4 weeks the sample is measured again for the data analysis. Theresult using Paired sample T-test to analyze that the group running high intensity interval training had p = 0,001 (p<0,05) and jump rope exercise had p = 0,003 (p <0,05) which mean in each group There was a significant decrease infat percentage during and before training. Then the two groups were tested using Independent sample T-test with p p =0,771 (p> 0,05), meaning there was no significant difference of effectivity in both groups. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of word of mouth and product innovation on the buying interest of Tetra Coffee Palembang consumers. This research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique in this study uses the probability sampling method with a simple random sampling approach. Determination of the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula obtained the minimum number of samples needed in this study was 96 respondents. Data analysis using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is that word of mouth (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y) at Tetra Coffee Palembang. Product innovation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y) at Tetra Coffee Palembang. Word of mouth (X1) and product innovation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y) at Tetra Coffee Palembang. Based on the results of the variables X1 and X2 together there is a Y in RSquare of 0.870, this means that the influence of the variables word of mouth (X1) and product innovation (X2) together on and buying interest (Y) is 87%. The remaining 13% was influenced by variables other than the variables studied.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri ritel di Indonesia semakin pesat seiring dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat. Semakin baik kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan membawa dampak kepuasan dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Toko Banda Baru Palembang secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen Toko Banda Baru Palembang. Sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow diperoleh jumlah 96 responden. Skala pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert. Teknik Sampling menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Besarnya pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan 40,2% dan sisanya 59,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Banda Baru Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengaruh brand ambassador dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat pembelian konsumen di Bening’s Clinic kota Palembang. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 380 dan sampel sebanyak 195 responden. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara parsial brand ambassador memiliki pengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap minat pembelian. Secara parsial kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap minat pembelian. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan bersama-sama brand ambassador dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian konsumen bening’s clinic Palembang.
