Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the sugar-marketing strategy used by the company to increase its income; to analyze the marketing mix factors (product, price, promotion and distribution network) which may have an influence on the sale of sugar of the company and to determine the most influential factors of marketing mix that affect the sale of sugar of the company. The study was carried out in PT. Nusantara Plantation XIV (Persero). The population are 40 direct buyer customers of the company consisting of 27 wholesalers and 13 retailers. thesamples are selected by saturated sampling method (census). The data are analyzed using SWOT and multiple linear regression analyses. The study indicates that the new strategy usable by the company to increase its revenue is an aggressive strategy by which the companyutilizes its internal strength to make use of the great opportunity. The marketing mix variables, product, price, promotion and distribution network, simultaneously have a significant influence on the sugar sale to increase the revenue of the company and the most dominant influence of the marketing mix variables on the sale of sugar are price, product, distribution network and respective promotions Keywords: marketing mix, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

In the realm of an increasingly complex global economy, local governments grapple with multifaceted challenges and opportunities in resource and financial management. This study delves into the pivotal aspects of human resource quality (HRQ) and budget quality and their profound influence on local financial performance within the context of Buton Selatan Regency. The investigation unveils that HRQ significantly bolsters financial performance, offering a cornerstone for adept resource management and growth. Similarly, the study underscores the potency of budget quality in steering local financial performance, emphasizing the significance of well-structured budgets aligned with developmental priorities. Moreover, the Local Government Management Information System (LG-MIS) emerges as a vital intermediary, mediating the relationship between HRQ, budget quality, and financial performance. While the direct impacts of HRQ and budget quality stand out, the LG-MIS reinforces these associations, facilitating transparent, efficient, and data-driven financial management. Collectively, these findings illuminate pathways for local governments to enhance their financial standing, emphasizing the interplay between HRQ, budget quality, and the pivotal role of LG-MIS in achieving sustainable financial performance.

Abstract

Garuda Indonesia is currently included in the 24 airlines in the world for the category four stars (four stars airlines). For the initial steps of priority Garuda Indonesia is reorganized operations and management of Garuda flights to be on time with excellent service quality. As part of the service improvement program, Garuda charted 28 service touch points, ranging from pre to post-journey journeys for passenger comfort. The 28 touch points will be analyzed in this study. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the dimensions of quality services to the satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia airline passenger route Makassar - Jakarta, as well as analyze the quality dimension of the Garuda service to give satisfaction to passengers Garuda route Makassar - Jakarta. Analytical methods used are Level Conformity and Cartesian Diagrams. The results showed that: 1) Garuda service quality dimensions have not been able to give satisfaction to the passenger routes Garuda Indonesia Makassar - Jakarta, 2) Among the five Garuda service quality dimensions, the tangible dimension that has the greatest fitness levels of passenger satisfaction levels Garuda route Makassar - Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the description of work discipline, leadership style, training and employee performance at Baghdad Hospital. This research model uses a qualitative descriptive research type through a literature review study approach using several sources selected based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. researcher. The results of the analysis show the overall performance of employees, and the impact received by the company is the result of employee performance in accordance with the wishes and conditions of the company. The influence of leadership style and discipline on employee performance is based on the points used by the company as parameters to achieve company targets, namely quality, quantity, time savings and cost efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Oreo biscuit products through brand awareness and its effect on marketing performance at pt. Mondelez Indonesia in Makassar. The population in this study is all PT Mondelez Indonesia outlets in Makassar which amounted to 1209 outlets. While the sample taken in this study used Slovin. This is because the population size is known and normally distributed. Data collection techniques were used by distributing questionnaires and data analysis in this study using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study show that factors such as product, price, place, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on brand awareness and marketing performance at PT. Mondelez Indonesia in Makassar. However, brand awareness is not always able to mediate the influence of product, price, place and promotion on marketing performance. Nevertheless, brand awareness still has an important role in influencing marketing performance directly

Abstract

Every business and company has objectives that must be accomplished. In order to attain these goals, it is essential for all components of the organization to collaborate effectively, with human resources (HR) serving as one of the instrumental tools employed by the company. This study seeks to examine the potential impact of workload and emotional intelligence on the performance of Air Traffic Controllers, with commitment serving as an intervening variable. This study employs a quantitative approach to examine the causal link between variables and evaluate the notion of their interconnections. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and the collected data was processed using the SmartPLS 4 program. The data analysis indicates that the workload and work commitment of ATC at Perum LPPNPI MATSC Branch have a substantial impact on its performance. Additionally, emotional intelligence also affects ATC performance, although to a lesser extent compared to workload and work commitment. According to the data collected, Commitment is the most influential variable in determining performance. The path coefficient is 0.77, with a p-value of 0.000, and a 95% confidence interval ranging from 0.553 to 0.928. The f-square value is significantly high, measuring 0.735. This variable exerts a significant impact on performance

Abstract

This studies goals to determine and examine how a lot affect the fine of carrier to the level of pride felt through customers who use the services of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branches Of Makassar box. The version used in this research are the technique of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature look at the use of a Linkert scale and method of determination of the pattern used turned into 93 samples. The technique of evaluation were used more than one linear regression techniques. The results showed that the fine of carrier which includes Realibility (X1), Responsiveness (X2), warranty (X3), Emphaty (X4), and Tangible (X5) collectively have a fine affect. Wherein the regression equation Y = 2,621 + 0,105 X1 + 0,182 X2 + 0,145 X3 +0,110 X4 + 0,373 X5 . In addition, the F test located that service fine has a large effect on customer pride with a importance level of 0.000 or 0%. but, primarily based on partial test (t), all variables have a large effect on customer pride with a large level for Realibility of 0,042 or 4.2%; warranty of 0,003 or 0,3%; Tangible of 0,000 or 0%; Emphaty 0,040 or 4.0% and Responsiveness of 0,017 or 1.7%.

Abstract

Israel did not hesitate to destroy all places of worship, people’s homes, and even hospitals where people receive health care due to random air strikes on citizens in the Gaza Strip. It is also known that the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, which is the largest hospital complex in the Gaza Strip, was targeted, in addition to the Indonesian Hospital. In this research, we want to clarify the extent of the impact of this aggression on the motivation of workers in the Indonesian hospital and on the work environment concerning the hospital’s performance in receiving patients and those injured as a result of these brutal raids. A quantitative descriptive-analytical research design was used, which attempts to describe the nature and characteristics of the data or variables being examined. The research findings provide valuable insights into the factors influencing employee performance, with a focus on work motivation and work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Job Placement which has an indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation and to analyze Compensation which has an indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation at the at the First-class SFR Monitoring Hall Office Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. The sample was 30 respondents. The respondents are permanent employees who work within the First-class SFR Monitoring Hall Office Makassar. Data collection was carried out through surveys using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and path analysis with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The research results show that work placement and compensation have a direct influence on employee performance through work motivation. at the First-class SFR Monitoring Hall Office Makassar, and there is an indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation at the Makassar Class I SFR Monitoring Office. This shows that when work placement and high compensation are followed by high work motivation, employee performance will increase and vice versa.
