Abstract

Prioritas pembangunan nasional sebagaimana yang dituangkan dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang (RPJP) Nasional Tahun 2005-2025 (UU No. 17 Tahun 2007) antara lain adalah dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang berakhlak mulia, bermoral, beretika, berbudaya, dan beradab berdasarkan falsafah pancasila. Salah satu upaya untuk merealisasikannya adalah dengan cara memperkuat jati diri dan karakter bangsa melalui pendidikan.Pendidikan karakter menjadi kunci terpenting kebangkitan Bangsa Indonesia dari keterpurukan untuk menyongsong datangnya peradaban baru. Krisis multidimensi yang menjadi persoalan bangsa. Hal ini terjadi karena bangsa ini tidak percaya diri dalam membangun dan mengkonsep untuk kemajuan bangsa. Menjadi bangsa yang berdiri di atas kaki sendiri, akan mengembalikan kedaulatan, menjagi bangsa yang berbudaya dan bermartabat. Pendidikan yang didesign bukan lagi pendidikan yang meniru Negara lain. Konsep pendidikan dibuat berdasarkan karakter masyarakat dengan mengedepankan norma, nilai, dan budaya yang berkembang.

Abstract

Arah kiblat sholat pada masjid dan musholla di Desa Blendung Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang berbeda, ada yang lurus menyesuaikan arah bangunan dan arah lantai keramik, ada juga yang menyerong ke arah kanan. Perbedaan arah kiblat ini yang menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian, dengan fokus pada arah bangunan masjid dan musholla serta arah shoff kiblat pada masjid dan musholla. Penelitian lapangan ini bersumber pada data utama dari hasil uji akurasi arah kiblat masjid dan musholla, informasi dari pengurus masjid dan musholla serta orang-orang yang mengetahui sejarah masjid dan musholla. Pengolahan data dilkukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Uji akurasi arah kiblat menggunakan metode pengukuran dengan kompas kiblat RHI dan aplikasi Google Earth. Azimuth Kiblat wilayah Desa Blendung berada pada koordinat 293,5o (Kompas Kiblat RHI) atau titik koordinat 294,67o (Google Earth). Dari analisa data yang dilakukan menunjukkan tidak semua bangunan masjid dan musholla sejajar mengarah kiblat. Berdasarkan data dan hasil analisa dua masjid dan sembilan musholla yang ada di Desa Blendung, enam bangunan masjid dan musholla sejajar dengah garis lurus arah kiblat, tiga bangunan menunjukkan tingkat kesejajaran yang presisi, sementara tiga lainnya berada pada angka satu derajat. lima bangunan lainnya melenceng dari arah kiblat dalam kisaran 17o-26o. Arah bangunan masjid Islahul Hayat tingkat kemelencengannya paling tinggi (26o) dibandingkan arah bangunan lainnya. Dari segi shof kiblat, kedua masjid yang ada sudah mengarah kiblat.  Enam musholla sudah mengarah kiblat dikisaran 0o-2o, dan tiga musholla melenceng pada kisaran yang bervariasi, Musholla Al-Arofah -7o, Musholla al-Ihsan +7o dan Musholla Nurul Ihsan + 18o. Arah bangunan dan shof kiblat yang sejajar dengan kiblat adalah Masjid Jami’ Al-Azhar, Musholla Al-Ikhlas, Musholla Tsamrotul Bahri dan Musholla At-Taqwa.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum tidak hanya melibatkan orang yang terkait langsung dengan dunia pendidikan saja, namun di dalamnya melibatkan banyak pihak, seperti politikus, pengusaha, orangtua peserta didik, serta unsur-unsur masyarakat lainnya. Prinsip-prinsip yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan pengembangan kurikulum pada dasarnya merupakan kaidah-kaidah atau hukum yang akan menjiwai suatu kurikulum. Strategi pembelajaran pada pendidikan sekolah harus diberi fondasi terlebih dahulu dengan internalisasi sosiologi kritis, inovasi, kreativitas, dan mentalitas. Selain itu, juga mengubah strategi pembelajaran yang selama ini berdasarkan pada konsep reproductive view of learning menjadi constructive view of learning. Stagnasi kurikulum pendidikan sekolah diawali dari replikasi dan adopsi kurikulum yang tidak sesuai karakter siswa. Adanya pemasungan kreativitas pada kurikulum tersebut mengakibatkan terhambatnya daya inovasi, inspirasi, dan imajinasi sekaligus menumpulkan intuisi dalam pengembangan pendidikan sekolah. Nilai mentalitas, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, kasih, dan sayang masih belum nampak di dalam kurikulum pendidikan sekolah. Model pengembangan kurikulum yang berbasis pada sosiologi kritis, kreativitas, dan mentalitas harus didukung dengan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif atau berbeda dengan strategi-strategi sebelumnya. Kebebasan berkreasi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan menjadikan kunci lahirnya kreator yang mampu memenuhi semua kebutuhan masyarakat dan tuntunan zaman.

Abstract

Indonesian government procurement regulations have undergone some changes towards improvements in procurement governance from 2003 to 2018. However, the facts of 177 corruption cases in procurement [1] showed an increasing trend from 2004 to 2017. This study aimed to prove the likelihood level of risk of fraud government procurement and exemplify a list of government procurement fraud risk ratings. Qualitative research method is used with survey technique via google form to 52 respondents consisting of procurement group, auditor and procurement trainer or risk management trainer. Prospectively, respondents rated likelihood on 66 risk of procurement fraud. The results showed that there are 5 risks have a "frequent" likelihood, there are 54 risks have "occasionally" likelihood, and 7 risks have "almost never" likehood. These results have implications for government agencies to develop proper response or management of procurement fraud risk in accordance with their likelihood.

Abstract

Companies need substantial capital to maintain the companies’ existence and they often choose capital market as a medium to increase the capital, but companies often experience underpricing when they do initial public offering. Underpricing phenomenon occurs when there is a positive difference between the closing price in the secondary market on the first day and the IPO price. This study aims to determine the effect of financial information (leverage, EPS, and ROA) and board size on the level of underpricing in companies that did Initial Public Offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2015. The samples used in this study were 86 companies who did initial public offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2015 and experienced underpricing. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that EPS has a positive significant effect on underpricing, ROA has a negative significant effect on underpricing, while leverage, board size, and firm size have insignificant effect on underpricing.

Abstract

Nowadays, the competition on sport shoes is getting more competitive. Each company design sport shoes with the best quality. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of brand image, product design, and product quality influencing on purchasing decision of Nike’s sport shoes and also explain which variable has the biggest influence on the purchasing decision of Nike’s consumer.This research takes 100 respondents using Accidental Sampling technique as sample. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. There are three stages before conducting multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability testing and classical assumption testing. After all stages of multiple linear regression is done, the writer conducted goodness of fit test: individual parameter significance test (t test), simultant significance test (f test), and determination coefficient test (R2 test).The result of Regression analysis showed that the variable of brand image, product design, and product quality had positive influences to the purchasing decision with an equation Y = 0,276  X1 + 0,238 X2  + 0,405 X3. The most influential variable was product quality in the amount of 0,405, followed by brand image in the amount of 0,276, and the least influential variable was product design in the amount of 0,238. T test result showed that brand image, product design, and product quality individually had a significant influence on purchase decision. This equation model had F value of 29,546 with a significant level of 0.0000. The analysis used determination coefficient or R2 test showed that 46.4% purchasing decision could be summarized by brand image, product design, and product quality and 53.6% purchasing decision could be summarized by other variables which had been explained by another factor.

Abstract

The research was conducted as a decline in sales at Grand Panorama Resto Semarang for several month, so we have to know what factors that influence the purchase decision. This study aims to determine the effect of quality of product, price, quality of service and location on purchase decision on Grand Panorama Resto Semarang and which ones have the most impactThe research data was collected from 100 consumers Grand Panorama Resto Semarang. Samplingin this study using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis . Before multiple regression analysis also do validity and reliability testing and classical assumption testing. And after that also do the hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The data have met, test the validity of realibility ,and the assumption of the classical tillable so as to produce the regression equation is as follows : Y = 0,431 X1 + 0,079 X2 + 0,274 X3 + 0,255 X4Regression analysis showed variable of quality of product, price, quality of service, and location have a positive influence to the purchase decision. The most influential variable was a quality of product 0,431  followed by quality of service 0,274, location 0,255, and price 0,079. The analysis result using t test showed that quality of product ,quality of service , and location individually have a significant influence  on purchasing decisions except price not influence on purchasing decision.  The equation model had F value of 104,152 with a significance level of  0,000. The analysis result using coeffficient of determination was discovering about 80,6% variable of purchasing decision can be summarized by the variant of variable quality of product, price, quality of service, and location, whilst 19,4% summarized by other variable which unexplained in this research.

Abstract

The capital market unite the company and investors. In determining which companies to be selected, investors carry out several analyzes, including analyze the price and frequency stock trading in the past to estimate the frequency in the future. Frequency trading is influenced by several factors, including the number of shares traded, the fundamental factors, the disclosure of information, and stock prices. Meanwhile, technology (internet) develop very fast and influenced the form of financial statements via the internet or the website called Internet Financial Reporting (IFR), while for non-financial information , companies use websites to reduce asymmetry information about the company. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of traded shares, IFR, the level of website disclosure, and the closing stock price toward the frequency of company’s shares trading.The data used in this study is a cross section data. This study uses the 94 companies that included in the  KOMPAS100  index period from February to July 2015, have a website and apply IFR. Linear regression is used to determine the effect of the number of traded shares, IFR, the level of website disclosure, and the stock price toward the frequency of company’s shares trading.The results of this study indicate that according to the F test, the number of outstanding shares, IFR, the level of disclosure website, and stock prices affect the frequency trading (sig. 0.000), while according to the t test, partially only the number of shares outstanding and the stock price a positive and significant effect (with sig. 0.000), while IFR (sig. 0.732) and the level of information disclosure website (sig 0.805) did not significantly affect the company's shares trading frequency. Meanwhile, according to determination test, the number of outstanding shares, IFR, the level of information disclosure website and the closing share price affect the frequency of the company's shares trading amounted to 54.9%.

Abstract

This Research aimed to see if Merger and Acquisition has an Impact to Financial Performance and Abnormal Return of Companies has listed on Indonesian Stock Exchanged (IDX). Financial Performance is measured by some ratios : Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Abnormal Retun(AR) and Cumulative Abnormal Return (CAR).Population of this research include of companies which conducted Merger and Acquitision activity in the period 2011 and listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and announce merger and acquisition in the period 2011,and data analyzed by non statistic parametric. To answer the hypotesis using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Manova.Analysis of the data used wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Manova. Empirical Test of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test show that there are parcial significantion on CR,TATO,DER,ROI and EPS before and after merger and acquisition but for Manova there are no significant for all that ratios. Abnormal Return and Cummulative Abnormal Return show that there are no difference of ratio before and after merger and acquisition.

Abstract

This research purposed to find out the influence of promotion, the quality of product and after sales against interest buy yamaha motorcycle and analyzing the most dominant factor in influencing consumer interest in purchasing yamaha motorcycle used student of diponegoro university in semarang.This research used samples totaled 100 people taken from consumers who buy and use yamaha in the faculty of economics and business Diponegoro University of semarang obtained by used technique purposive sampling. Then kinds of analysese against the data obtained quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis covering test validity test reliabilitas, test classic assumtions, test multikolinearitas, test heterokedastisitas, test normality, multiple regression analysis, F test , t test, a coefficient of determination. The data have met, test the validity of reliabilitas, and the assumption of the classical tillable so as to produce the regression equation is as follows:Y  =   0,264 X1 + 0,320 X2 + 0,333 X3Individually order from each of the most influential variable service after sales with the regression coefficient of 0,333 and variable the quality of the product with the regression coefficient of 0,320. While variables its influence the lowest is promotion with the regression coefficient of 0,264. The model equation having value fastene count rp59.22 47.436 and extent of signification 0,000 and extent of signification smaller than ( 0.05 ). It shows that the independent variable promotion, quality of the product  and aafter sales has influence significantly to interest in buying.
