Abstract

Increased sales of Dewi Sri (a brand of Balinese Rice Wine Product) at PT Hatten Bali based on Segmenting Targeting and Positioning Strategies in Bali The era of globalization results in increased business competition thus causing fluctuations in sales of products of Balinese rice wine of Dewi Sri that already experienced by PT Hatten Bali. The strategies that should be reinforced in the face of intense competition, the company should apply the strategies of segmenting, targeting and positioning. The study aimed to identify and categorize groups of buyers based on their characteristics, to select one segment of the potential market to enter, and to establish and to communicate the main benefits that differentiate the company's products with other products in the market. The research applies quantitative descriptive method by approaches of cluster analysis, crosstab, Multi Dimensional Scaling, and Correspondence Analysis which used primary data of 135 respondents. The research showed that the potential segment as target market of Balinese rice wine products of Dewi Sri which will be produced by PT Hatten Bali was the segment 1 by the segment percentage size of 63,0% compared to segment 2 (14,8%) and segment 3 (22,2%). Balinese rice wine product positioning has the advantage on product diversification and promotion attributes that differentiate it from its competitors (Eagle, Gwan Gwan Hoo, and Rice Bird) based on consumer perceptions. Therefore, PT Hatten Bali needs to create a unique product feature that is expected to increase sales of Balinese rice wine products of Dewi Sri.

Abstract

Analysis of Customer Satisfaction on Franchise Products of Cap Poci Teain the Sub-District of Southern Denpasar of Denpasar CityCompetition is common and cannot be avoided, not least in the franchise tea of cappoci. Employers of franchise tea of cap poci must continue to innovate or to improvethe shortcomings so that consumers do not run into other products. Consumerbehavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction. This study aimed todetermine the level of customer satisfaction on the franchise tea of cap poci and whatactions should be conducted based on matrix of Importance-Performance. Thelocation of research was in South Denpasar Sub-District as having the greatestpotential consumers. The total sample of 30 respondents and sampling wasconducted by accidental sampling. The data collection includes quantitative data andqualitative data derived from primary and secondary data. Data collection methodsused were interviews and literature studies. Methods of data analysis usingdescriptive analysis, Importance-Performance Analysis and Custumer satisficationIndex. Based on the research results, the value or rate of CSI calculation was69.34%. The CSI Value of the franchise iced tea products of tea cap poci meets thecriteria of satisfied. But still need increased performance. Based on the Importance-Performance Matrix, the product attributes that need to be improved are: hygiene,price, and taste attributes.

Abstract

AbstractDistribution the Effectiveness of Raskin in TabananThe study was aimed to determine mechanisms to distribution Raskin, problems to distribution Raskin, and effekiviness to distribution Raskin by used descrptive method and indicators of six appropriated (right on target, right on price, right on time, right on quality, and right on administration). Samples were 73 houshold that receive most benefit of Raskin in Belimbing Village representative of the Baturiti Districts and Nyitdah Village representative of the Kediri that is beneficiaries Raskin most numerous in Tabanan. The results of the field study showed that the process implementation of Raskin program has been running well within the guidelines already assigned distribution  Raskin, to the right target indicators total percentage of  70.4% so it can be  categorized effective. for right indicator the amount total percentage of 80.5% that can be categorized effective. For right indicator the price total percentage of 93.2% that can be very categorized effective. For timely indicator of the total percentage of 78.6% that can be categorized effective. For precise indicator the quality total percentage of 83.6% that can be categorized very effective. For precise indicator the administration total percentage of 86.6% so it can be said to be very effective. process distribution Raskin to the RTS-PM seen from the  indicator sixth already according to the objectives of the government.  but not close the possibility of a slight problem in terms of target, quantity, price, time, quality and administration.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Improved Analysis of Value Added Cocoa Fermentation In Business Units productive (UUP) TunjungSari The purposeof this study was to determine the cocoa fermentation process, the determination of the value-added processing and obstacles encountered in increasing the added value of cocoa fermentation in productive Business Unit (UUP) Tunjung Sari. The study was conducted in January 2012, located at the Banjar Cangkup, Pesagi Village, District Penebel, Tabanan regency. Location selected (purposive). Data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. Selecting respondents (purposive) based on the duties and responsibilities ofeach.The analysis method used isdescriptive analysis method. This studyis descriptive qualitative. The primary data obtained fromdirect observationan dinterviews, and secondary data obtained from the study of literature. Based on the survey results revealed that the cocoa fermentation process include:(1)the procurement of raw materials, (2)bean sorting, (3)fermentation, (4)drying, (5)packing and (6)of storage.The results showed that the fermentation of raw material purchase cocoain 2011 amounting to Rp1,207,205,000, while sales of Rp 2,062,775,000. The added value obtained from the fermentation of cocoa processing Rp 2628.3/kg with a margin of 28.79%. From the above results should be productive Business Unit(UUP) SariTunjung more attention to quality, taking into account theamount of processing. Keyword : analysis, value added, cocoa fermentation

Abstract

ABSTRACT Financial Analysis of Cattle Production in the Cooperative Integrated Agribusiness in Subak Guama Tabanan Regency The prospects of entrepreneur in  Bali every year  is very bright since there is an increase demand for beef Bali. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of Bali cattle managed by cooperatives Subak Guama financially and to identify the constraints faced in implementing  cattle fattening. The choice of location in this study using purposive sampling method on feedlot Balinese. Once all the required data collected, then analyzed using investment criteria are: NPV, Net B / C Ratio, IRR and sensitivity analysis. The study found that NPV = 13.115.654,93; B/C Ratio = 1,10; IRR = 2.667.924,53 and Sensitivity Analysis found that  NPV = 7.815.750,31; BC Ratio = 1,05; IRR = 1.355.283,00 if the total cost increase. NPV = -22.677.658,61; BC Ratio = 0,77; IRR = -6.128.301,89 if the gross benefit decrease. The problem faced economic problem and social problem. With the establishment of  the Cooperatives there is  a positive impact for the community Batannyuh village, such as  the number of people who become employees of the Cooperative, and avoiding farmers from debt bondage system, which allows farmers to sell their crops to the Cooperatives, there by increasing farmers' income. Efforts can be made ??by  the cooperatives to increase livestock production by seeking manufacturing cows themselves that the cost of purchasing the seeds can be saved. In addition, to increase the income of farmers, the farmer should grow their own forage,so that production costs could be minimized. Keywords : financial, production, agribusiness

Abstract

ABSTRACT Main Activity Of Farming Of Fragrant Screw Pine (Pandanus amaryllifolius roxb) At Subak Tegenungan, Kemenuh Village, Sukawati Subdistrict of  Gianyar Regency Indonesia is a tropical country, because geographically Indonesia traversed by the equator. The geographical position of Indonesia is very supportive the community to conduct agricultural activities. As the largest second contributor to GDP in Bali. Agricultural sector is still done mostly in Subak Tegenungan. The member of Tegenungan Subak from year to year there are convert its land to plant fragrant screw pine. This study aims to find out farm income of the fragrant screw pine, the value of R / C ratio of fragrant screw pine and constraints faced by the farmers. The results showed that farm income of fragrant screw pine equal to Rp 249,656,415.44 per hectare per year. The value of R / C ratio of fragrant screw pine is 5,35 constraints faced by farmers of fragrant screw pine that are in input of urea fertilizer because urea fertililzer subsidized for paddy so that farmers of fragrant screw pine is hard to get it. Abstract

Abstract Financial Aspects of the Development of Asparagus (Asparagus officionalis) in PelagaVillagePetangSub-District, Badung Regency Pelaga Sub-District Badung Regency is the only asparagus farm development in Bali. This asparagus development program was initiated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs through OVOP (One Village One Product). Badung Regency Government in cooperation with the Government of ICDF assist in providing product facilities in the form of seeds. This study focused on the financial feasibility of the development of farming asparagus in PelagaVillage based on agro-climatic conditions and constraints faced by farmers in its development. The results showed that from the financial aspects, the farming was feasible to be developed because the Net B / C ratio of Rp 2,21 Net Present Value had positive value of Rp 268.482.779, Internal Rate of Return of 35,87% and the Payback period was 3,7 years. The constraints faced by farmers in the development of the technical aspects of the asparagus farm that is the problem of pests and diseases that attack in the rainy season, from the economic aspect is lack of funds for the production process, and constraints of the social aspect is namely vegetable asparagus tends to only be consumed by the upper middle class society because price is relatively expensive. Abstract

The aims of study are to carry out the potential of Belimbing Village which is seen from four aspects those are Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat, and also to know the strategy of development of rural tourism in Belimbing Village. This study based on quantitative and qualitative method. Quantitative data was directly from observations and interviews with the questionnaires  besides, the supporting data was from library resource. Based on analysis result, Internal factors (a) strength : beautiful and conservation of nature are the most significant influence on the development of rural tourism in Belimbing Village, (b) Weakness : Belimbing village is not ready to receive the tourists, since the lack quality of the environmental cleanliness. External Factors (a) opportunity : the most important factor of opportunity is the value of the people who always maintain and preserve traditional cultural, (b) Threat : the most important threat is the threat of competition with others regions in the development of rural tourism. Based on SWOT analysis obtained the development strategy such as follows; (a) S-O strategy is the development of rural tourism in order to maintain the attraction and promotion in Belimbing village. (b) W-O Strategy is to improve the facilities and infrastructure, (c) S-T strategy is outreach to the local people, in order to increase security and defense, (d) W-T strategy is the strategy of administration and management of Belimbing village as well as language training and tour guiding to the local people. Therefore, the priority that can be done in developing rural tourism and to maintain its attraction by providing tourism packages or tracking map and also to order the local are properly.   Keyword : potential, SWOT analysis, tourism village

Abstract

Quality Control of Luwak Coffee at CV Sari Alam PegununganCompany in Kabupaten BangliQuality is a dynamic condition related to products, services, people, processes, andenvironments that meet or exceed expectations. Quality control is the measurementof the performance of the product, compared with the standards and specificationsof the product, and perform corrective action if any irregularities. This researchaims to determine the processing of luwak coffee, implementation of qualitycontrol, and optimization of the total cost of the quality control in CV Sari AlamPegunungan Bangli. The location of this research is selected by purposivesampling. Data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, the dataobtained and analyzed. The results showed that the processing is done through eightstages and implement quality control. CV Sari Alam Pegunungan conducts qualitycontrol from raw material to final product. The comparison of the total quality costoptimum (TQC *) to a total quality cost actual (TQC) shows that the costs incurredby the quality of the company is efficient / optimal. It can be seen from thedifference between the calculation of the extent of damage and the total cost for thequality of the company by the optimum relatively small and well-tolerated, with thedifference between the total cost for the quality (TQC) Rp. 65 081 and thedifference in the level of damage civet coffee by 26 Kgs. As for the values of theproportion of the damage occurred in the company's products are still withintolerable limits map control / control. This shows that the quality controlundertaken by CV Sari Alam Pegunungan has been running well.

Abstract

Abstract Commodity Rice Partnership between P4S Sri Wijaya with Batusangian Subak, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency Rice farmers get uncertainty in the sale of production, so the partnership is one solution to get a certainty price. The purpose of research are to determine the partnerships management process that undertaken by Subak Batusangian farmers, knowing the benefits to farmers in terms of both technical and economic, and knowing the constraints faced by farmers P4S Sri Wijaya and Subak Batusangian in partnership. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that, partnerships management process undertaken by the farmer goes well. Application of partnership between P4S Sri Wijaya with Subak Batusangian is beneficial for both parties that partner. Based on the analysis of the level of profits earned by the farmers partners R / C is greater than 1, namely with a value of 2.33. The problem that finding on P4S Sriwijaya is difficulty of finding labor at harvest time and the price of rice are unstable for every period. While the constraints faced by farmers in the partnership that is the problem of delay in the companies providing fertilizer for farmers and harvest delays in production. Farmer partnerships with companies should be continued because there are give benefit. The companies should further improve services to farmers, copanies and farmers must be open to each other as well as establishing a good relationship so that in the future more profitable.
