Abstract

Informasi tentang pendugaan potensi dan tingkat pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan mutlak diperlukan dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya perikanan berkelanjutan di Kabupeten Bangka Tengah. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi lestari, upaya optimum dan tingkat pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan.  Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai dengan Desember 2018. Data primer diambil menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan mengambil jumlah responden sebanyak 98 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data sekunder diambil dari Dinas Perikanan Bangka Tengah dan Dinas Kelautan Perikanan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan model surplus produksi dengan metode Schaefer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai MSY ikan pelagis kecil  sebesar 6.798,2 ton/tahun,  pelagis  besar (5.682,34 ton/tahun) dan  dan demersal (7.296,288 ton/tahun). Nila upaya penangkapan ikan pelagis kecil sebesar 135.738  trip/tahun, pelagis besar (141.895 trip/tahun), demersal (49.720)  trip/tahun. Rata- rata tingkat pemanfaatan tahun 2012-2016, ikan pelagis kecil sebesar 89,561 %, ikan pelagis besar sebesar 63,469 % dan ikan demersal sebesar 102,417%. Data tersebut menunjukan berarti tingkat pemanfaatan sumberdaya sudah pada titik optimal. Information on estimating the potential and level of utilization of fish resources is absolutely necessary in the management of sustainable fisheries resources in Central Bangka Regency. This study aims to analyze the sustainable potential, optimum effort and level of utilization of fish resources. The study was conducted in August to December 2018. Primary data were taken using a questionnaire method with 98 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula. Secondary data were taken from the Central Bangka Fisheries Service and the Bangka Belitung Islands Province Fisheries Marine Service. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative analysis through a surplus production model approach with the Schaefer method. The results showed the MSY value of small pelagic fish of 6,798.2 tons / year, large pelagic fish (5,682.34 tons / year) and demersal (7,296,288 tons / year). The value of small pelagic fishing effort is 135,738 trip / year, large pelagic (141,895 trip / year), demersal (49,720) trip / year. The average level of utilization in 2012-2016, small pelagic fish was 89.561%, large pelagic fish was 63.469% and demersal fish was 102.417%. The data shows the level of utilization of small and demersal pelagic fish is at an optimal point, while large pelagic fish are still below the optimal point.

Abstract

Cumi-Cumi merupakan prodak unggulan di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Tingginya permintaan didalam maupun diluar negeri membuat berbagai pihak melakukan eksploitasi sumberdaya ini dengan cukup tinggi. Tingginya tingkat pemanfaatan untuk pemenuhan pasar tentunya  harus memiliki batasan untuk menjaga sumberdaya agar tetap lestari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji potensi dan tingkat pemanfaatan cumi-cumi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dengan model MSY dan MEY, serta menganalisis strategi pengelolaan sumberdaya perikanan cumi-cumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2020 - Desember 2020 di seluruh kabupaten/kota di provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini baik MSY maupun MEY mengacu pada model schaefer dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara survei langsung dengan melakukan wawancara kepada responden di seluruh kabupaten/kota di provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penentuan jumlah responden di seluruh kabupaten/kota menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu pada tahun 2012-2019 sumberdaya perikanan cumi-cumi belum mencapai overfishing baik secara biological overfishing ataupun economic overfishing,  dimana nilai MSY berkisar 8.773 ton/tahun dan upaya optimum sebesar 56.452 trip/tahun. Nilai CMEY mencapai 8.720 ton/tahun dengan nilai EMEY 56.063 trip/tahun dengan estimasi keuntungan mencapai Rp 601.498.692.506 per tahun. Titik COAE mencapai 2.516 ton/tahun dan EOAE sebesar 104.127 trip/tahun. Strategi berupa rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukkan adalah penyediaan sarana prasarana secara merata, pengembangan UMKM yang kreatif dan inovatif serta meningkatkan minat promosi pasar pada sektor perikanan cumi-cumi, pengaturan upaya dan musim penangkapan cumi-cumi, penerapan Perda RZWP3K secara optimal, pengaturan kebijakan harga cumi-cumi berdasarkan ukuran, dan update teknologi perikanan sehingga dapat membantu kegiatan usaha perikanan, serta menjaga ekosistem laut 0 – 2 mil.Kata Kunci : Bioekonomi, Cumi-Cumi, Strategi, Bangka Belitung

Abstract

Administratively Bedukang coastal waters get into the District of Riau Silip Bangka. There is a tin mining activities and farms in the region that directly or indirectly provide significant pressure on water quality in the region. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the quality of coastal waters Bedukang and assess the degree of pollution in coastal waters Bedukang using Pollution Index (IP). Methods of data collection was done at 4 stations by purposive sampling. Insitu measurement parameters are parameters of temperature, pH, and salinity and measurement parameters are parameters exsitu TSS, TDS, BOD, Metals Pb and Total Coliform. Analysis of water quality data using Pollution Index (IP). The results show the value of IP, namely at the first station, the station 3 and the station 4, including lightly polluted category with the value of each value of 2.819, 1.025 and 1.022. At station 2 including good water quality category with the pollution index value of 0.919.There are 3 point lightly polluted so it needs special attention from the local government in the utilization of resources in the region.

Abstract

The business of lift net is categorized as pelagic fish catcher. The attempted capture with lift net tool is a potential business with continuous catch and has a high selling price. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of fishing efforts by using a at Kurau Village Fish Landing Base in Bangka Tengah Regency. This research was conducted in November 2019, in PPI au Central Bangka Regency Province of Bangka Belitung. This research uses survey methods. Quantitative analysis method used is to examine aspects of business feasibility through financial aspect approach using investment eligibility criteria including, Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). NPV of 11 fishermen is allnaya positive, B/C ratio > 1, PP (Payback Period) is all below 3 years, ROI 125,87 %, and the average IRR value is 70 % greater than the interest value, which means all business capture activities can be feasible continued.

Abstract

According to the suitability of water conditions for tiger grouper aquaculture, there are several water quality factors such as temperature, pH, salinity, water depth, current speed, water brightness, and dissolved oxygen. The purpose of this study was to analyze the value of the physical-chemical parameters of the waters and the suitability of the water conditions for the cultivation of tiger grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) in the Nasik Strait waters. This research was conducted in February 2021 with water quality analysis carried out in situ and ex-situ (Environmental Services Laboratory) at 4 different stations.  The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and the purposive sampling method is used to determine the location of the station.  Observation of water conditions using physical and chemical parameters consisting of temperature, pH, salinity, water depth, current speed, water brightness, and dissolved oxygen and carried out using matching methods for data analysis.  The results of this study indicate that the waters of the Nasik Strait have a sufficient level of suitability for tiger grouper aquaculture according to the results, namely;  Station 1 with a suitability value of 87%, which is put in the Very Suitable class (1), Station 2 with a suitability value of 87%, which is put in the Very Suitable class (1), Station 3 with a suitability value of 80% which is put in the class  Sufficiently Appropriate (S2), and at Station 4 having a suitability value of 80% is put in the Sufficiently Appropriate (S2) class.  The results show that the waters of the Nasik Strait are in the category of Very Suitable and Fairly Suitable for the development of tiger grouper aquaculture and indicate that the waters of the Nasik Strait are suitable as cultivation locations and need to be maintained regarding water quality by managing water quality management.
