Abstract

This research is a study form of perceived value and good governance in the satisfaction of lecturers in state universities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of perceived value and good governance on satisfaction perceived by lecturers who teach in state universities in Bandung where the focus of this case study is the lecturers who teach at Padjadjaran University, the Bandung Institute of technology and the Indonesian University of Education. The survey technique used in data collection is a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. Data collection technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 238 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of Lisrel 8.24 software and to test the validity and reliability of the construct carried out with SPSS. The results showed that the variables perceived value and good governance affect the satisfaction of the lecturer where good governance has a greater influence than perceived value on lecturer satisfaction.

Abstract

The importance of the development of startups in Indonesia to help the digital economy provides opportunities for generation Y and Z students to contribute considering that there are similarities in the work scope between startups and generations Y and Z. However, their tendency to change jobs is a challenge in making choices. suitable career. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of perceptions about startups on career choices in the startup field for generation Y and Z students in Bandung. The sample in this study as many as 168 respondents were taken using the accidental sampling method and processed using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that in generation Y and generation Z perceptions about sta  rtups had a significant effect on career choices in the startup field, but if they were differentiated by group, the generation Y perception about startups has an influence on career choices in the startup field, while in the generation Z group perceptions about startups have no effect on career choices in the startup field.

Abstract

Today's development of information and technology requires companies to focus on managing knowledge management, Knowledge Sharing. This is one of the drivers in the company's progress to can compete. This study aims to review and integrate the literature from several previous studies regarding Knowledge Sharing, which examines the implications of implementing knowledge sharing for companies and what things encourage people to share knowledge in Indonesia. This study conducted a narrative review of the literature using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method in Scopus indexed journals. 121 articles were selected with four filtering stages to produce 20 articles. The results of the study are: Knowledge Sharing can be applied in different fields;  Research on Knowledge Sharing is subjective due to differences in work values and interactions with technology from time to time; Factors that influence Knowledge Sharing include motivation, learning, sharing opportunities, relationships, communication, trust, satisfaction, environmental culture, nature of knowledge, hard rewards, a pleasure to help others, soft rewards, and self-efficiency; and Knowledge Sharing can have a positive impact on the company.

Abstract

As a network of creative cities by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Bandung announced that the city of Bandung was listed as one of the innovative city networks of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, which is very attractive for tourists. In general, tourists are divided into different segments. Geographical segmentation in terms of area is the most prominent thing among tourists, especially in this study. The research subjects were tourists from the Greater Jakarta area who had visited Bandung several times. The sample used in this study was 100 people, conducted using a questionnaire and processed by descriptive-verificative analysis techniques. This study aims to explain the determinants of tourist loyalty to the city of Bandung by measuring the influence of the driving motivation and pull motivation variables on tourist loyalty. The results showed that the driving motivation did not affect the loyalty of Jabodetabek tourists, while the pull motivation affected the loyalty of Jabodetabek tourists.

Abstract

This paper discusses about the application of global competitive advantage with the 4C's Framework model (Hao Ma, 2004) that consists of Creation, Competition, Cooperation and Co-option variables in PT Tiphone Mobile Indonesia, Tbk.. The research method used is case study and SWOT Analysis method. The research provides a managerial impact to the company that is under study, namely the implementation of 4C’s Framework model so the company has the advantage of competing globally. The Company achieves global competitive advantage based on ownership-based, access-based, and proficiency-based through the implementation of Creation and Innovation, Competition, Cooperation, and Co-option.

Abstract

This paper discusses about the application of global competitive advantage with the 4C's Framework model (Hao Ma, 2004) that consists of Creation, Competition, Cooperation and Co-option variables.The research method used is case study that aims to present information in a structured, factual, and accurate way about the object that is under study. This study also uses SWOT Analysis method to identify strategic strengths and weaknesses as well as threats and opportunities facing the company. The results of the analysis are outlined in IFAS and EFAS analysis.The result of the research shows that the source of global competitive advantage of PT Tiphone Mobile Indonesia, Tbk. First, the Creation and Innovation variables are new product / market, effective organizational structure, organizational learning, superior corporate culture and creative human resource practice. Second, the Competition variables are timing and positioning, direct attack, flanking attack, and concentration. Third, the Cooperation variables are setting foothold, pooling resources, learning from partners, building alliances, weighing options. Fourth, the Co-option variables are enticiting the third party and co-opting customer. The application of these four variables produces a global competitive advantage variable that is divided into three types, namely ownership based, access based, and proficiency based.The research provides a managerial impact to the company that is under study, namely the implementation of 4C’s Framework model so the company has the advantage of competing globally. The Company achieves global competitive advantage based on ownership-based, access-based, and proficiency-based through the implementation of Creation and Innovation, Competition, Cooperation, and Co-option. Abstract

Indonesia's energy sector has been affected by the economic downturn, where the energy sector that has been the mainstay throughout 2022 has also experienced a significant decline due to reduced demand resulting in lower commodity prices. This study is to investigate the effect of profitability as measured by ROA and capital structure with DER on firm value with PBV. The approach used was causal associative and the sample selected was 37 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022 period. The data analysis technique uses multiple liner regression analysis with SPSS 26 tools. The results showed that profitability and capital structure had no effect on firm value
