Abstract

This study concerned on the condition of the dynamics growing problems of beggar in Banyumas, mainly related to the behavior of those who tend to be far from the values and morals. Until now the government has not been able to carry out the development of beggar is based on values and moral development. The methodology of this study is qualitavie research which used grounded theory. The data collections are documents, interview and observation. The results showed that the Guidance has not touched ethics and behavior issues that become a part of the problems of beggar. Citizenship education has a role as an educational and moral basic can be a solution for beggar become good and smart citizens. Based on these conclusions canbe recommended to the government and otherrelevant parties, is expected to make a charge of Citizenship Education in the implementation guidance and moral values to beggar will contribute to the development of good and smart citizen. Abstract

Civic education aims to build the understanding of citizen in doing their right and compulsory as the member of people in every single past of life. Beside that, the civic education also try to develop the though of citizen, that is the citizen who are able to show their maturity of attitude, act, activity, speech and thought. In this research, the writers apply descriptive method combined with qualitative approach. The technique of data collecting used in this research are by doing interview, observation, documentation study and literary study. According to the research result, the writers have gained some conclusions, they are : 1) During the study of civic education, teachers are often giving some chances to students show their argumentation about the problems or issue of citizenship; The issues of citizenship meant above possibly come from the students’ social environment or the environment in general. The aim of giving chance to students in showing their arguments is to develop the athmosphere of democracy; 2) the obstacles during the learning process of democracy concept are the limited knowledge and information of democratic attitude in giving/showing argumentation that students have; 3) By giving learning process about democracy concept, the students are treated to be accustomed with the democratic attitude in responding every problem raises in the school, citizen or even citizenship issues in the scope of national. Abstract

Penelitian mengkaji peran Guru Pendidikan Pancasila melalui keteladanan untuk membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dengan tujuan: 1) Mengetahui peran Guru Pendidikan Pancasila melalui keteladanan dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik Kelas 9 SMP Negeri 2 Purbalingga; 2) Mengetahui apa saja kendala yang dihadapi oleh Guru Pendidikan Pancasila melalui keteladanan untuk membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik kelas 9 SMP Negeri 2 Purbalingga beserta alternatif solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Waka kesiswaan, Guru BK, Guru Pendidikan Pancasila, Peserta Didik kelas 9 SMP Negeri 2 Purbalingga. Teknik pengambilan data dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data dengan alat bantu NVivo 12 Plus. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 informan wawancara untuk menjadi sumber data dan informasi akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Guru Pendidikan Pancasila berperan sebagai guru yang baik, memiliki disiplin tinggi, dan menjalankan peran sebagai orang tua di sekolah dengan memberikan bimbingan, menjadi model dan teladan, serta memberikan nasihat peserta didik; Menumbuhkan kedisiplinan peserta didik, Guru Pendidikan Pancasila menghadapi kendala internal dari diri peserta didik dan kendala eksternal seperti lingkungan sekolah, masyarakat, dan keluarga yang kurang mendukung; Guru bekerja sama dengan guru lain dan orang tua untuk memberikan bimbingan intensif serta menciptakan suasana kedisiplinan di sekolah.

Abstract

The increase in online book sales without permission and copyright violations in Indonesia poses a major threat to written works. This problem requires normative legal and moral studies to find solutions that complement previous research. This article aims to analyze and describe the legal regulations for buying and selling pirated books online and explain that the act of pirating books for sale is a moral crime. Normative legal research was used, which produced prescriptive conclusions. The data in this article consists of the Copyright Law, Information and Electronic Transactions Law, and other technical regulations. These regulations are equipped with various supporting references that discuss copyright issues, moral rights, and integrative legal theory, which describes a comprehensive legal system for responding to regulatory violations. This article reveals that national legal policies are not sufficient to guarantee protection for authors and publishers against book piracy and even make it difficult to report this crime to the police so that the use of the criminal justice system becomes ineffective. Indonesian society's perception of book piracy must be improved from previously being a common practice to a moral crime that is financially detrimental, and to the good name of authors and publishers. This article suggests several changes to the regulatory structure. First, we determine the authenticity verification scheme for books sold in bookstores and on marketplace platforms. Second, eliminating the concept of Klach Delict in criminal provisions so that reporting the crime of book piracy can be done by anyone, especially publishers and the public, who observe copyright.

Abstract

Technology has changed people's habits, including the way they buy things. Thrifting can be a way for fashion lovers or fashionistas to learn about trends so that they can find very varied and unexpected clothing models. In the implementation of thrifting, there are currently many platforms that can be used online. The most commonly used online platforms are Instagram, TikTok, shopee, and many other e-commerce. This article aims to discuss the mechanism of online thrifting through the Instagram application and to examine law enforcement against the practice of Thrifting through the Instagram application. The result of this research is that the impact of the online thrifting mechanism using the Instagram application hurts security in customs supervision and threatens local industries. The practice of thrifting carried out online utilizes loopholes in supervision and regulation so that many business actors can still sell imported used goods illegally. To address this issue, cooperative action is needed between the government, social media platforms, and the public. The government needs to strengthen regulations and improve oversight of online buying and selling activities, including working with platforms like Instagram to identify and crack down on unlawful accounts.
