Abstract

Pada tahun 2003 terdapat 60.000 (enam puluh ribu) orang yang mengalami kecelakaan di lokasi kerja di sektor konstruksi. Satu per sepuluh (1/10) diantaranya mengalami kecelakaan berat yang mengakibatkan kematian atau kecacatan. Keselamatan kerja sangat erat kaitannya dengan kecelakaan kerja. Middle manager adalah orang yang memiliki kekuasaan penuh dalam keberlangsungan pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi. Keputusan yang diambil merupakan hasil pemikiran dengan mempertimbangkan situasi problematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tipe kepemimpinan dan pengaruhnya terhadap angka kecelakaan di PT. X dan PT. Y. Desain penelitian kualitatif dibuat agar dapat mendeskripsikan tipe kepemimpinan dan angka kecelakaan yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus. Subyek utama penelitian adalah pimpinan proyek yang terlibat dan terjun langsung ke lapangan yaitu Kepala Proyek,sedangkan untuk subyek triangulasi adalah staf K3 dan pekerja di proyek. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, didapatkan data bahwa kepemimpinan yang buruk memiliki pengaruh buruk terhadap tingginya angka kecelakaan di suatu lokasi kerja

Abstract

I. Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis wacana iklan pada instagram : teori Norman Fairclough. Analisis wacana yang menggunakan teori Norman Fairclough meyediakan dimensi-dimensi yang bisa digunakan untuk melakukan kajian mengenai teks iklan dalam media sosial yaitu instagram. Praktik kewacanaan yaitu tempat dihasilkan dan dikonsumsi teks yang dihasilka n kemudian dipandang sebagai bentuk penting praktik sosial dalam media sosial pada instagram. Terdapat tiga dimensi analisis wacana teori Norman Fairclough yaitu, dimensi tekstual (mikrostruktural), dimensi kewacanaan (mesostruktural), dan dimensi sosial-budaya (makrostruktural). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tiga dimensi teori wacana Norman Fairclough yaitu dimensi tekstual (mikrostruktural), dimensi kewacanaan (mesostruktural), dan dimensi sosial-budaya (makrostruktural). Sedangkan manfaat penelitian ini yaitu dapat menginspirasi pengguna media sosial untuk mengembangkan kreativitas pembentukan frasa dan kalimat dalam promosi produk agar semakin menarik perhatian konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode agih dan teknik perluas. Data dari penelitian ini merupakan kutipan berupa teks iklan dalam instagram. Sumber data yaitu teks iklan dalam media sosial instagram sehingga metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu metode sima dan teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu teknik simak libat bebas cakap. Kata kunci: Analisis Wacana, Iklan, Sosial Media, Instagram II. Abstract This study discusses the analysis of advertising discourse on Instagram: Norman Faircloughs theory. Discourse analysis using Norman Fairclough theory provides dimensions that can be used to conduct studies on ad text in social media that is instagram. The practice of discourse where the resulting and consumed text is produced is then seen as an important form of social practice in social media on instagram. There are three dimensions of Norman Faircloughs theory discourse analysis namely, textual dimension (microstructural), dimension of authorship (mesostruktural), and social-cultural dimension (macrostructural). The purpose of this study is to describe the three dimensions of Norman Faircloughs theory of discourse namely the textual dimension (microstructural), the dimension of authorship (mesostruktural), and the social-cultural dimension (macrostructural). While the benefits of this research is able to inspire users of social media to develop creativity in the formation of phrases and sentences in the promotion of products to increasingly attract the attention of consumers. This type of research is qualitative research with agih methods and extension techniques. Data from this study is a quote in the form of ad text in Instagram. Sources of data ie ad text in social media instagram so that the method used for data collection that is sima method and technique used for data collection that is technique of free libat free capability. Abstract

PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is a company engaged in loading and unloading services for liquid bulk, dry bulk and containers. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) is a method for identifying potential hazards that exist in each type of work. The aim of this research is to determine hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method at PT Pelindo Multi Terminal. Research was carried out on all aspects of each liquid bulk to dry bulk operation which have the potential to cause accidents and occupational health. Data collection techniques are field observation, interviews and documentation. Descriptive data analysis using the HIRARC model with comparison of the effectiveness of IBPR. The results of the research show that IPBR risk control in the low risk category shows an increase in the presentation of signs of success in risk control, in this case there is an increase in the low risk category by 55%, while HIRARC risk control in the low risk category shows an increase in the presentation of signs of success in risk control. , in this case there is an increase in the low risk category by 90%, in this case it can be seen that HIRARC is more effective in controlling work risks. PPE equipment is adjusted to the type of work being carried out because there are still inconsistencies in wearing PPE. Keywords: Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control, HIRARC.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) loading and unloading process at PT Pertamina Energy Tanjung Sekong Terminal, a key infrastructure in Indonesia's national energy distribution. The evaluation was based on technical and operational indicators, including the Berthing Occupancy Ratio (BOR), Length Over All (LOA), berthing time, cargo volume, and vessel visit frequency. The results show that BOR ranged between 55–65%, indicating efficient jetty utilization. The average vessel LOA was 120 meters, matching the jetty’s capacity. The average berthing time was recorded at 18 hours per visit, with unloading volumes between 2,500–3,000 metric tons and vessel frequency ranging from 8 to 10 visits per month. The main constraints affecting effectiveness included extreme weather, technical equipment failures, and limited supporting facilities. This study recommends improving equipment maintenance, strengthening operational coordination, and developing a risk management system to ensure smooth and sustainable LPG handling operations at the terminal.
