Abstract

The study conducted on 40 respondents who live in the vicinity of peatlands in limited production forest areas that were randomly selected from 9 villages that fall into 5 districts. The purpose of the study is to analyze the socio-economic conditions of society who live around peatlands limited production forest, describing the behavior of society in limited production forest, and identifies whether the socio-economic conditions affect the behavior of people in limited production forest. The study was designed to survey method, using a questionnaire to guide interviews with respondents. The results showed that the socio-economic conditions of society in limited production forest area is still relatively low in general source of livelihood is not fixed (the handyman, fishermen, farmers, firewood sellers, and so on), this is one that encourages people to use forests as Alternative increase family income. Behavior of communities around the limited production forest classified as positive, especially against the preservation of peatlands in limited production forest areas this is reflected by the observation in the field which show that most forest use as additional family pengahsilan limited to making materials for domestic industries (55%) , firewood (15%), and to farm is 30%. Basically as much as 90% of respondents stated concern for the preservation of peatlands in limited production forest.Key words: peatlands in the region HPT, perceptions, public behavior

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan seorang petani bawang merah yang melakukan tunda jual dan tidak melakukan tunda jual, 2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam memanfaatkan gudang induk bawang merah. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode penarikan petani contoh digunakan metode acak sebanding (proporsioanal random sampling.  Tujuan pertama dijawab dengan menggunakan rumus pendapatan dan untuk menguji hipotesisnya digunakan uji t-test student, sedangkan tujuan kedua dan ketiga dijawab dengan menggunakan model regresi binary logistic. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi binary logistic menunjukkan bahwa umur, harga, pendapatan, penangkar, dan pekerjaan sampingan berpengaruh nyata terhadap keputusan petani untuk melakukan tunda jual atau tidak. Jarak dan pengurus gudang berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap keputusan petani untuk memanfaatkan gudang induk bawang merah sebagai tempat menyimpan bawang merah selama melakukan kegiatan tunda jual. Hasil kajian menunjukan keberadaan gudang induk bawang merah belum dimanfaatkan secara efektif oleh petani bawang merah yang ada di Kecamatan Sanden, hal tersebut terbukti  dari 90 petani responden, diketahui hanya sebesar 12,2% (11 petani) yang memanfaatkan gudang. Abstract

Utilizing the potential that exists in oneself and the surrounding environment is one way to be able to adapt to current conditions. The COVID-19 pandemic has also had an impact on the condition of farming activities in Keramasan Village. In addition to the distribution of production results, the pandemic also has an impact on the production process, resulting in a decrease in production at the lowland swamp farmer level. But on the other hand, farmers in Keramasan Village have their own local wisdom in carrying out farming activities. This attracted the attention of researchers to examine how existing local wisdom supports rice farming activities during the pandemic and how it affects the household income of rice farmers in wetlands (sub optimal).The results of this study indicate that the majority of the community still maintains local wisdom of rice management in the Lebak wetlands, especially in cultivation. Local wisdom of farmers in managing rice crops includes seed procurement, planting, harvesting, and operations post-harvestLocal wisdom in procuring seeds is that farmers still use the seeds from the previous harvest, borrow and use the planting and seedling system. Local wisdom about harvesting uses simple tools such as sickles and machetes. Finally, it is post-harvest local wisdom for farmers to sell their harvests directly to middlemen who come to their land during the harvest process.

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of the study are (1) Analyzing the Activity of Farmer Groups in Soak Batok Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, (2) To calculate the amount of farmer rice farming income in the Soak Batok Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, (3) For analyze the relationship between the level of activeness of farmer group members to the income of farmers in the lowland rice farming in Soak Batok Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. In this research, the method used is the survey method. Sampling was carried out by Stratified Random Sampling method by taking 40 farmers from a population of 385 populations. The results showed that the level activity members of the Farmer Group are 6.50 classified in the active category. The total income of farmer paddy farmers there is a difference in income, namely for the good category of farmer groups amounting to Rp30,278,067.53 while for the Farmer groups the category of less good is Rp26,726,411.00. There is relationship of significant the level of activity of farmer group members to the income of farmers. Keyword: Farmer Group Activeness, Revenue

Abstract

Qawaid fiqiyah, atau kaidah-kaidah fikih, memainkan peran penting dalam perumusan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedudukan qawaid fiqiyah dalam proses perumusan hukum Islam dan implikasinya terhadap perkembangan fikih kontemporer. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis literatur yang komprehensif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi asal-usul, perkembangan, dan aplikasi qawaid fiqiyah dalam yurisprudensi Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa qawaid fiqiyah berfungsi sebagai prinsip-prinsip umum yang memfasilitasi pemahaman dan penerapan hukum Islam dalam berbagai konteks. Meskipun tidak dianggap sebagai sumber hukum utama, qawaid fiqiyah berperan signifikan dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara teks-teks syariah dan realitas kontemporer. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan tantangan dan peluang dalam penggunaan qawaid fiqiyah untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah fikih modern, serta menekankan pentingnya pemahaman yang mendalam tentang qawaid fiqiyah bagi para ahli hukum Islam dan praktisi.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are one of the essential competencies that students must master to face the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, characterized by the rapid development of technology and automation. Immersive learning, which utilizes technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), is considered effective in enhancing students' creative thinking skills. This article aims to review the literature on the role of immersive learning in improving students' creative thinking skills through five main stages: topic selection, literature search, literature selection, analysis and synthesis, and organizing the writing. The literature review findings show that immersive technology facilitates students to learn in interactive and multidimensional environments. This condition allows students to think critically, generate new ideas, and solve problems innovatively. Furthermore, the literature review results indicate that immersive learning plays an important role in enhancing the aspects of creative thinking skills, including fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration, through its interactive features and environments that provide various simulations

Abstract

Literacy and numeracy skills are essential competencies for students to face the challenges of the 21st century. However, research findings indicate that students' literacy and numeracy skills in Indonesia still need improvement. Problem-Based Learning (PBL) can serve as an alternative model to help enhance students' literacy and numeracy skills through a student-centered learning process. This study aims to conduct a literature review focusing on the design and implementation of PBL in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills. The method used is a literature study with four main stages: determining the theme, searching and selecting literature, analyzing and synthesizing literature, and organizing the writing. The literature review results show that PBL can encourage students to be more active, think critically, and collaborate, which can contribute to enhancing literacy and numeracy skills. Furthermore, the literature review identifies factors that may influence the successful implementation of PBL, including the role of teachers, availability of resources, student engagement, and school policies. This literature review is expected to provide insights for teachers to optimize problem-based learning as an effort to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills.
