Abstract

Fish paste is a minced fish mixed with flour, vegetables, and other spices. Fish paste is a dough for basic fish jelly products such as fish balls, fish sausage, kamaboko, etc. This study was observed to determine the effect of adding gelatin from various fish skin to barracuda fish paste. Fish processing industry has developed in Indonesia left the by-products of fish skins. The usage of fish skins become gelatin could overcome the worried of the certain people on gelatin made from bone or skin cow and pork. The result showed that the adding of various fish skin gelatin gives a very significant effect  to the value of gel strength, texture, and folding test, but does not give the significant effect on the hedonic value of fish paste. Based on the results it can be concluded that the catfish skin gelatin gave the best effect for the fish paste. Fish gelatin has not been developed yet, but fish gelatin is potential to develop because its characteristics that can make qulity of fish paste better.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the factors of people's business credit (KUR), business development, workforce, productivity, distribution, business location, selling price, length of business relevant to increasing the income of MSME customers in Aceh Province. The factors studied are people's business credit (KUR), business development, workforce, productivity, distribution, business location, selling price, length of business relevant to increasing the income of MSME customers in Aceh Province and these relevant factors have a positive and significant effect on MSME customer income. With a sample size of 253 respondents, the data was collected by distributing questionnaires and processing the data using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis methods. This research is motivated by the development of the potential of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia which cannot be separated from banking support in channeling financing to MSME entrepreneurs. To reduce the problems faced by MSMEs, the government is trying to issue a People's Business Credit (KUR) program. Based on the results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test in the KMO and Bartlett's test tables, it shows that selling price, productivity, distribution and length of business have a significant effect on the income of MSME customers in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh. And the results of multiple linear regression testing show that the results of partial hypothesis testing show that selling price, productivity, distribution and length of business have a significant effect on the income of MSME customers in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai berbagai kendala yang muncul dalam pengelolaan Koperasi Merah Putih Kelurahan Penyengat Rendah serta menelusuri faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya efektivitas manajerial pada organisasi tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kegiatan operasional, serta telaah terhadap dokumen-dokumen koperasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi masih diperhadapkan dengan sejumlah masalah inti, seperti keterbatasan modal, kurangnya kemampuan manajerial pengurus generasi milenial, lemahnya penguasaan akuntansi koperasi, dan minimnya keterlibatan anggota. Selain itu, proses digitalisasi yang seharusnya mendukung kelancaran operasional belum berjalan optimal karena rendahnya literasi teknologi, terbatasnya sarana digital, serta belum tersedianya sistem administrasi digital yang seragam. Kondisi ini menjadikan pengelolaan koperasi kurang efisien dan kurang mampu mendorong peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan.
