Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan, kader jiwa, dan keluarga dalam melakukan komunikasi terapeutik pada pasien ODGJ pasca pasung menemukan beberapa hambatan dari faktor internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan penelitian untuk menggali dan mengungkapkan hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam proses komunikasi terapuetik tenaga kesehatan, kader jiwa, keluarga terhadappasien ODGJ pasca pasung. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan paradigma konstruktivistik, dan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan bahan audio visual. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan subjek penelitian 1 psikiater, 3 perawat, 2 kader jiwa, 7 keluarga pasien. Objek penelitiannya adalah hambatan-hambatan komunikasi terapeutik tenaga kesehatan, kader jiwa, keluarga kepada pasien ODGJ pasca pasung desa Wonorejo. Validasi datanya menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Penelitian dilakukan bulan April sampai dengan November 2018. Lokasi penelitian desa Wonorejo Kecamatan Singosari Kabuputen Malang Provinsi Jawa Timur. Adanya hambatan yang terjadi pada proses komunikasi terapeutik antara tenaga kesehatan, kader jiwa, keluarga pada pasien ODGJ pasca pasung, yaitu lemahnya jaringan internet, bahasa, inkoherensi, stranger anciety, pendidikan rendah, penampilan perawat, noise suara, dan emosional keluarga, sehingga komunikasi terapeutik kurang lancar. Kata kunci: hambatan, tenaga kesehatan, ODGJ, keluarga, komunikasi terapeutik BARRIERS OF THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION PSYCHIATER, NURSE, MENTAL CADRES, AND FAMILY FOR THE PEOPLE WITH POST PASUNG MENTAL DISORDERS ABSTRACTHealth workers, soul cadres, and families in conducting therapeutic communication in post-passive ODG patients found several obstacles from internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to explore and reveal the barriers that occur in the process of the most therapeutic communication by health workers, mental cadres, families to post ODGJ patients. The research method uses qualitative research, constructivist paradigms, and case study approaches. Data collection methods use, observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and audio-visual material. Sampling by using purposive sampling, with research subjects 1 psychiatrist, 3 nurses, 2 mental cadres, 7 families of patients. The object of his research is the barriers of therapeutic communication of health workers, mental cadres, families to ODGJ patients postpasung Wonorejo village. Data validation uses triangulation and member check. The study was conducted from April to November 2018. The location of the research was Wonorejo village, Singosari District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. The results are the barriers that occur in the process of therapeutic communication between health workers, mental cadres, families in post-pasung ODGJ patients in Wonorejo village. The barriers to therapeutic communication in postpasung ODGJ in Wonorejo village is the lack of internet, language, incoherence, stranger anxiety, low education, nurse performance, noise noise, and emotional family, so therapeutic communication is less smooth.  Keywords: obstacles, health workers, ODGJ, family, therapeutic communication

Abstract

Making an online video is one of the channelling ideas of creativity which is certainly owned by a video maker, including a YouTuber. A YouTuber will consider himself appreciated if someone else watches their video. Especially if the audience then becomes a loyal audience or subscriber of the YouTube Channel of the YouTuber. To get a large number of subscribers, of course, you need to work hard in creating creative contents, attract viewers, and have quality. These three things run with an uneasy process. Many out there think that becoming a YouTuber is enough to simply upload a video to YouTube without regarding to the aesthetics, concepts and creative processes of the video. Subscriber is also a benchmark for the success of YouTubers, as well as YouTubers in Bandung. YouTube itself gives several awards for YouTubers who can reach a certain number of subscribers. Seeing this phenomenon, the purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of subscribers for YouTubers in Bandung. This research uses a constructivist paradigm with qualitative approach, phenomenological methods and symbolic interaction theory. Data collection was taken by in-depth interviews with 4 Bandung YouTubers namely Kery Astina, Minyo, Eno Bening and Hisqie Furqoni. The meaning of the subscribers for the Bandung YouTubers is as a supporter, as a friend, as a determinant of the rate card indicator, and as a party that always gives feedback to YouTubers.

Abstract

Pasien gangguan jiwa yang berjumlah 37 di desa Wonorejo memerlukan perhatian khusus dari berbagai pihak. Selain perawat, dan kader jiwa memberikan perawatan di Posyandu Jiwa setiap bulannya,perawatan dilanjutkan di rumah pasien, dengan melibatkan keluarga, disamping kader jiwa, dan perawat. Tujuan penelitiannya, menggali dan menganalisis aktivitas komunikasi keluarga pasien, kader jiwa, dan perawat terhadap ODGJ pasca pasung dilingkungan rumah. Metode penelitian kualitatif, berparadigma konstruktivistik, pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan bahan audio visual. Subjek penelitiannya 7 keluarga, 7 pasien, 2 kader jiwa, dan 1 perawat dengan purposive sampling. Triangulasi dan member check sebagai validitas. Hasil Penelitiannya terjadi komunikasi keseharian keluarga dengan pasien. Adanya kunjungan perawat dan kader jiwa kerumah pasien. Pembahasannya adanya aktivitas komunikasi keluarga dengan melakukan terapi komunikasi keluarga, dan terapi komunikasi obat terhadap pasien ODGJ pasca pasung. Adanya aktivitas komunikasi terapeutik kader jiwa dan perawat yaitu home visite keluarga dan pasien ODGJ pasca pasung dan psikoedukasi keluarga dan pasien. Kesimpulannya bahwa adanya terapi komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan keluarga terhadap pasien, dan adanya kunjungan, psiedukasi dari kader jiwa dan perawat ke rumah pasien ODGJ pasca pasung akan membantu dalam penyembuhan gangguan jiwa pasien ODGJ pasca pasung di desa Wonorejo. Kata kunci: aktivitas komunikasi terapeutik, odgj pasca pasung, perawat, kader jiwa COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES OF FAMILY PATIENTS, SOUL KADER, NURSING IN PEOPLE'S HOUSE ENVIRONMENT WITH POST-SINGLE LIFE DISORDERS ABSTRACT 37 mental patients in Wonorejo village need special attention from various parties.In addition to nurses, and mental cadres provide care at the MentalPosyandu every month, care is continued at the patient's home, involving the family, as well as mental cadres, and nurses. The purpose of research was to explore and analyze the communication activities of the patient's family, mental cadres, and nurses towards ODGJ postpasung in the home environment. Qualitative research methods, constructive paradigms, case study approaches. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and audio-visual materials. The research subjects were 7 families, 7 patients, 2 mental cadres, and 1 nurse with purposive sampling. Triangulation and member check as validity. The results of his research occur daily family communication with patients. The visit of nurses and mental cadres in the patient's home. The discussion was the existence of family communication activities by conducting family communication therapy, and drug communication therapy for ODGJ patients postpasung. the existence of therapeutic communication activities for mental cadres and nurses, namely family home visite and ODGJ patients postpasung and family and patient psychoeducation. In conclusion, the therapeutic communication therapy carried out by the family towards patients, and the presence of visits, education from mental cadres and nurses to the homes of post-pasung ODGJ patients will help in healing mental disorders in post-pasung ODGJ patients in Wonorejo villag. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui aktivitas sales promotion dan field marketing chatime Indonesia untuk menciptakan brand experience pada perusahaan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan Chatime Indonesia. Sumber data berasal dari pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur guna untuk memperoleh informasi sehingga menjadi data untuk menemukan jawaban. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualiatif dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang digunakan untuk dipaparkan. Dibanding brand serupa lainnya memang perusahaan Chatime di instagram bisnisnya (@chatimeindo) terlihat paling sering mengadakan sales promotion baik itu diskon, pemberian voucher, giveaway, dan lainnya. Tak hanya menggunakan strategi sales promotion, Chatime Indonesia juga menggunakan field marketing untuk menunjang startegi penjualan produknya. Sebelum pandemi terjadi di Indonesia pada awal tahun 2020, Chatime aktif menyelenggarakan beberapa event di pusat perbelanjaan atau kampus. Dalam event tersebut biasanya juga akan menggunakan strategi sales promotion berupa penawaran hadiah (permainan), minuman gratis, hingga voucher yang nantinya dapat ditukarkan oleh produk Chatime. Setelah konsumen tertarik melakukan pembelian dari strategi sales promotion dan field marketing tentunya akan muncul brand experience. Brand experience tersebut dapat dirasakan secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung saat konsumen melihat iklan di Instagram @chatimeindo.
