Abstract

Companies not only need a strategy to implement the business process, companies also require IT strategy must be aligned with the business strategy. IT strategic planning can provide a clear picture of the future of the company, utilization of resources on the things that are important or quantitative in nature and can be understood by the environmental conditions that affect the company. a prestigious consultant believes the technology strategy developed at this time one of them is a green IT strategy. Green IT is seen as an innovation because there are many people who give new insights into the perception or green IT could affect the existing knowledge and experience in this case is associated with information systems and technology to become an IT strategy. Based on the above figures and tables, of each sub-system on HRIS, and aspects of green IT strategies are assessed, then the strategy aspect of the challenge (chalenges) is the largest sub-system of recruitment. Where is the part that the use of resources and information technology still requires energy and the amount is large and consistent with the hypothesis that in order to create green IT, the use of computer resources in an efficient way to improve the economic viability, social responsibility and environmental impacts can be realized by determining the right IT strategy (see table 1). while Human resource information system (HRIS) that can be created innovative by implementing green IT strategy. PT Pertamina (Persero) has implemented the system in improving the performance and reducing the cost and resources that are not needed. For example, excessive use of paper in the preparation of reports, information and workforce benefits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sistem pengelolaan anggaran di Universitas ABC yang didalamnya memuat manajemen pengelolaan anggaran biaya dari setiap bagian mulai dari pengajuan rencana anggaran biaya sampai dengan realisasi anggaran. Data dari hasil pengelolaan anggaran setiap bagian dapat dimonitoring oleh pihak pimpinan, namun dalam penyajian datanya belum real-time sehingga interaksi user dalam monitoring dan analisis data pada sistem kurang interaktif. Saat ini teknologi yang sedang tren pada aplikasi berbasis web yang real-time yaitu web socket (WS). WS dapat menyajikan komunikasi dua arah secara bersamaan (full-duplex). Selain itu menurut beberapa penelitian teknologi WS juga dapat meningkatkan performa sistem menjadi lebih baik. Maka pada penelitian ini akan di terapkan teknologi web socket sehingga proses monitoring data anggaran dapat dilakukan secara real-time dengan menyajikan data tersebut ke dalam bentuk grafik dan persentase. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan WS nilai perbandingan Round Trip Time (RTT) yaitu 1:135 ms jika dibandingakan ajax, sehingga penggunaan teknologi WS lebih cepat dan performanya jauh lebih baik.Kata kunci: anggaran, full-duplex, monitoring, real-time, web socket.

Abstract

Thalassaemia is the genetic disease caused by deficiency and syinthesis of globin chains. It influences our body by decreasing eroticist and hemoglobin degree. People with Thalassaemia in 2015 at Tasikmalaya, Garut, and ciamis west java were 203 people. They organized in POPTI Tasikmalaya branch that placed in Dr. Soekardjo and Preasetya Bunda hospital. On the therapy process, they have different time needs and blood volume needs in every transfusion process. On the other hand, the difference transfusion levels also influence in giving iron chelation medicine. Furthermore, the method needed to help POPTI committee and health staff in appropriating blood volume and Iron Chelating Agent trough Thalassaemia people. Datamining method used by applying clustering method used K-means algorithm. Furthermore, this research conducted to categorized people with Thalassaemia based on blood volume need and HB in every transfusion process. Moreover, the pattern known by minor Thalassaemia, intermediate Thalassaemia, and mayor Thalassaemia based on age pattern, HB level in transfusion process, and blood volume needs. The research method in this research is begin by pre observation and data mining analysis method to analyze data on data mining using 3 steps of KDD such as data cleaning, data integration, data selection, data transformation, and data knowledge presentation. Further, the result of this research has 374 data that divided into 3 cluster. They are cluster 1 that has 214 data, cluster 2 has 137 data, and cluster 3 that has 23 data with the pattern that shows that the transfusion blood volume increase based on patient’s age.

Abstract

Image compression with lossy techniques removes some information so it does not match the data received. This research was conducted to determine differences in the quality of original and compressed images, specifically on mark-based tracking. Image compression is done by implementing the Discrete Cosine Transform algorithm in the MATLAB program. DCT image compression test results can compress images up to 26% of the original size without significantly reducing image quality. The assessment results shown by the markers, in Vuforia, there was no change in star ratings, while in ARCore, there was an increase in the rating of 5-40 quality scores.DCT algorithm can be applied to image compression in marker-based tracking, especially in improving the quality of markers in ARCore.AbstrakKompresi citra dengan teknik lossy menghilangkan beberapa informasi sehingga tidak persis seperti data aslinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas citra asli dan terkompresi, khususnya pada marked-based tracking. Kompresi citra dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Discrete Cosine Transform pada program MATLAB. Hasil pengujian kompresi citra menunjukkan bahwa algoritma DCT dapat memampatkan citra hingga 26% dari ukuran aslinya tanpa mengurangi kualitas gambar secara signifikan. Hasil pengujian rating marker menunjukkan, pada Vuforia, tidak terdapat perubahan star rating, sedangkan pada ARCore, terdapat peningkatan nilai rating sebesar 5-40 quality score. Algoritma DCT dapat diterapkan untuk kompresi citra pada marker-based tracking, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas marker pada ARCore.

Abstract

Kebutuhan internet pada masa sekarang menjadi kebutuhan utama. Perusahaan penyedia internet seperti PT. XYZ memiliki ribuan produk access point, seiring banyaknya pelanggan yang memakai produk access point maka semakin banyak juga produk yang harus dipelihara agar meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi seperti penyebaran teknisi ke tempat gangguan access point dan menemukan biaya transportasi seminimum mungkin. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menemukan cara pengiriman teknisi dari tempat teknisi ke tempat gangguan sehingga semua kebutuhan terpenuhi tetapi dengan biaya yang seminimum mungkin. Metode yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah ini adalah metode transportasi Vogel Approximation Method (VAM), metode VAM lebih rumit dalam hal penyelesaian masalahnya tetapi lebih menghasilkan biaya minimum. Diperoleh hasil 58 (ribuan) untuk biaya transportasi setelah diterapkannya metode VAM. Hasil ini diperoleh dari kasus access point rusak dan memiliki status down yang berjumlah 7 access point dari dua area berbeda. Untuk data teknisi sendiri dimisalkan 7 teknisi dari dua area berbeda. Metode VAM diterapkan pada perangkat lunak berbasis web, pada pengujian white box perangkat lunak ini menunjukkan prosedur kompleksitas program yang baik dan resiko yang rendah dengan rata – rata nilai cyclomatic complexity kurang dari 10.

Abstract

Malnutrisi atau kekurangan gizi pada balita mempunyai efek jangka panjang dalam tumbuh kembang balita, baik tumbuh kembang secara fisik maupun secara mental. Balita akan mengalami berbagai hambatan dalam pertumbuhannya seperti terhambatnya pertumbuhan tulang dan tinggi badan, terhambatnya balita untuk belajar berjalan, berbicara hingga menyebabkan cacat sampai menyebabkan kematian. Di Indonesia, stunting atau gangguan kembang tumbuh anak yang disebabkan oleh gizi buruk mencapai 27.7% yang menandakan bahwasanya permasalahan gizi buruk di indonesia masih sangat tinggi. Hal ini menjadi dasar pentingnya pencatatan dan pengelompokan gizi balita untuk mengetahui tumbuh kembang dan gizi balita agar dapat mengurangi tingkat malnutrisi dan melakukan penanganan secara cepat. Pengelompokan gizi balita dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan algoritma machine learning. K-Means merupakan algoritma machine learning yang bersifat partitional clustering yang banyak digunakan karena kesederhanaan dan efisiensinya. Pengelompokan gizi balita akan dikelompokkan berdasarkan 5 kelompok gizi balita dengan parameter yang digunakan berupa berat badan, tinggi badan, dan lingkar kepala. Hasil yang didapatkan  dari pengelompokan data gizi balita menggunakan algoritma K-Means clustering yaitu kelompok 1 merupakan balita dengan gizi buruk berjumlah sebanyak 8 data atau 27,59%. kelompok 2 menyatakan gizi kurang berjumlah 1 balita atau 3,45%. Kelompok 3 menyatakan jumlah balita yang termasuk kategori gizi baik berjumlah 6 atau sekitar 20,69. Kelompok 4 menyatakan gizi lebih pada balita berjumlah 8 atau 27,59%. Sedangkan untuk kelompok 5 menyatakan balita berkategori obesitas sebanyak 6 data atau 20,69% dari total data.

Abstract

The traditional Bentengan game is one of Indonesia's popular cultural heritages from the 1980s to the 1990s. Aside from being a cultural heritage, this game has benefits including for sports, training for concentration, or just for public entertainment. However, in the present where technology has become widespread, this game has begun to be almost forgotten and replaced by digital games. Therefore, we need a way to keep the game sustainable by utilizing the existence of technology, namely by changing the concept of traditional to modern. In this research the transformation process from traditional to modern games will be carried out using the ATUMICS method. The results of the transformation were developed into a 3D android game with additional online multiplayer features. Alpha test results using a black box showed that most of the application functions were running as expected, and the beta testing showed satisfactory results with an average overall rating of respondents saying 82% of digital games had the value of "VERY GOOD" and was enough to describe the actual Bentengan game.

Abstract

Lecturers' active role as the spearhead of higher education has an essential role in improving higher education quality and sustainability. Therefore, assessing work behaviour is needed to measure how lecturers participate in achieving the vision and mission, quality improvement, and service guarantee to students and complementary documentation. This condition became the basis of research. They are implementing decision support systems with Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranges (SMARTER) and Graphic Rating Scale (GRS) to measure a lecturer's behaviour by using multiple criteria. With the SMARTER method and  Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS). By applying the impermeable BARS method, the work behaviour assessment process results in ease and accuracy that is more in line with the employees' behaviour being assessed. With the SMARTER approach, an assessment of employee work behaviour is produced, with 90% of alternatives used. The results are Good.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan menjadi penyumbang devisa negara. Setiap daerah di Indonesia berupaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerahnya melalui sektor pariwisata tidak terkecuali Kabupaten Ciamis. Kabupaten Ciamis merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang sangat gencar meningkatkan sektor pariwisata. Di Kabupaten Ciamis banyak objek wisata yang berpotensi untuk memikat wisatawan, namun objek wisata tersebut belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat luas. Hal ini dikarenakan Kabupaten Ciamis belum menyediakan informasi yang memadai dan dikemas secara menarik. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah Kabupaten Ciamis memerlukan sebuah media untuk promosi dan penyediaan informasi yang menarik dan akurat. Sistem informasi pariwisata dapat menjadi solusi bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Ciamis untuk menyediakan informasi objek wisata secara menarik dan mendetail. Sistem informasi pariwisata yang dibangun berupa rancangan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan unified modeling language yaitu use case diagram. Hasil pengujian kelayakan rancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode black-box berbasis survey kepuasaan calon pengguna yang menghasilkan nilai sebesar 71.5%. Berdasarkan nilai skala kepuasan, nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa calon pengguna puas terhadap hasil rancangan sistem informasi pariwisata yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Twitter is one of the social media that functions to express opinions on issues or problems that are currently happening, such as problems in the social, economic, educational and other fields. One of the issues being discussed so far is online learning. The government has issued a policy, one of which is for all students to study at home online by using a network to be able to interact with each other like in the classroom. The government's reason for issuing this policy is to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, which until now has not subsided. Regarding this online learning policy, there are pros and cons. This opinion is widely expressed on social media, one of which is Twitter. Sentiment analysis is a method for analyzing an opinion which aims to classify texts. The Naïve Bayes Classifier and Support Vector Machine methods are methods machine learning that can be used for sentiment analysis. The problem in classifying text is that the resulting accuracy is less than optimal, so feature selection or boosting is needed to improve its accuracy. In this study, optimization of boosting was carried out using Adaboost. The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of the algorithm before and after using Adaboost. The results of the sentiment analysis on online learning obtained the highest accuracy results by the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm coupled with Adaboost of 99.26%, with a precision of 99.39% and recall of 99.20%.
