Abstract

Decisions are made by those who are authorized and responsible decision makings for an institution or organization. Many decisions involve stakeholders who are individuals and organizations who can be affected by the future consequences of these decisions, including decision-making on Internet data quota assistance distributed by the Ministry of Education and Culture to support students' online learning from home (LFH). This Assistance Policy is very appropriate and well provided during the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, in an effort to optimize and objectify distribution so that it is right on target, this research is proposed solutions for applying the analysis decision-making mode using Multi-criteria Decision-making (MCDM). The criteria used include the amount of internet data consumption, Academic credits, courses, and student's economic capacity. The criteria weighting method uses Rank-order Centroid (ROC) and reference point MOORA for determining the best alternative.  The results showed that the implementation of the MCDM ROC-Reference MOORA method affected the preference value and alternative ranking of internet data quota assistance. This shows that the criteria weight value and the analysis method are critical aspects in decision-making. Differences in weight, even the slightest change in weight, can drastically change the final decision

Abstract

This study aimed to collect data and information of the Ethnobotany Dayak Tribe, in particular, development of the database which can be used as a media explorer for exchange information society on Borneo's biodiversity and in an attempt preserving of culture local wisdom in traditional medicine so that not extinction. Ethnobotany database collected from various scientific literature, results of report ethnobotany from Related institutions, field study, journals available in the text form, and local wisdom culture of the Dayak tribe. database system development methodology using to the software engineering framework model, with representation standard data model for taxonomic information refer to International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants (Melbourne Code). To date, data has been collected as many as 233 species records from45 ethnic Dayak, with datasets; plant species, family name, identification, taxonomy ID from NCBI, geographical occurrence,plant parts used, ethnobotany importance, morphological characteristics, local name, the efficacy of medicinal plants, chemical values, distribution, locations, data sources, references, and descriptions related to the medicinal plants.

Abstract

Pasar malam di kota Samarinda adalah salah satu kegiatan unik dan jarang dijumpai di kota lain. Aktifitas pasar malam di kota Samarinda merupakan alternatif perbelanjaan dan telah menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat Samarinda. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan media informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi secara update seputar pasar malam, informasi jadwal, nama jalan (tempat pasar malam), rute dan jarak dari posisi pengguna dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas Google Maps API. Tahap pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi dan survey. Untuk proses pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model inkremental, sedangkan perancangan sistem menggunakan model diagram aliran data (DAD). Metode pengujian sistem menggunakan metode validasi dan verifikasi (V dan V) dengan menerapkan serangkaian pengujian black box terhadap beberapa kebutuhan sistem. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berupa produk perangkat lunak yang berisi informasi kegiatan pasar malam yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses segala aktivitas dan informasi pasar malam di kota Samarinda.

Abstract

Masalah terpenting dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan  adalah bagaimana mendapatkan data kemiskinan yang ideal sementara di satu sisi terdapat beberapa versi kriteria kemiskinan yang dikeluarkan oleh beberapa stakeholder. Untuk itu perlu dirancang suatu sistem manajemen data yang mengintegrasikan beberapa kriteria kemiskinan berbeda tersebut agar dapat menghasilkan data keluarga miskin yang ideal menjadi target program penanggulangan kemiskinan di kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem berbasis website yang dapat digunakan oleh admin untuk melakukan pengelolaan data stakeholder dan kriteria kemiskinan yang ditetapkan, program bantuan penanggulangan kemiskinan, dan data calon penerima bantuan. Selain itu masyarakat umum maupun pihak lain yang membutuhkan juga dapat melihat informasi mengenai kriteria, program bantuan dan data penerima bantuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya system ini, proses pengambilan keptusan warga penerima program bantuan kemiskinan menjadi mudah dan akurat. Semakin banyak indikator yang dimasukkan dalam kriteria program bantuan data keluarga miskin yang dihasilkan akan lebih ideal.

Abstract

The challenge of implementing the online service public system from the user side of the system is the acceptance and use of technology. User characteristics for accepting or rejecting the use of the system for various reasons (digital literacy) for the adoption of new technologies such as the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The research purpose is to offer a theoretical model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to evaluate the use and acceptance of users to the OSS system at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service of the Samarinda City during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used to measure the variable effects using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on perceived ease of use (usability) and perceived usefulness, behavior intention to use, and Attitude toward Using the Online Single Submission system. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis H0 proposed is accepted. OSS system users find it useful to assist in completing work (licensing process). That perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness have a positive effect and significant on the Behaviour Intention to Use adopt the OSS system for users and have a goodness of fit.

Abstract

Data normalization is essential for all kinds of decision-making problems, and a lot of effort has been spent on the development of normalization models in multi-criteria decision making (MCDM), but despite all this, there is no definite answer to the question: Which is the most appropriate technique?. This paper compares the popular normalization techniques: Linear Normalization (LN) and Vector Normalization (VN) using VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) Method. The beneficiaries dataset of learning quota was collected of 399 students sample through observation (drive-test measurements and online questionnaires) to obtain information on criteria data including attributes in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The ranking results for vector vs linear normalization show how ranking is affected. The difference in the selection of the best alternative (rank) shows that there are differences in vector and linear assessments that are influenced by the max-min criterion value which has an impact on the rank- sum results (benefit/cost). This test clearly shows how important it is to use an appropriate (normalized) representation of the model because there will often be a criterion where "the higher the better" while for others (cost) "the lower the better".

Abstract

Optimizing the Quality of Experience (QoE) of mobile applications over cellular networks requires detailed knowledge of the underlying network and it is performance. Parameters of interest are, besides the signal strength and availability of technologies, the Round-trip Time (RTT) and available throughput of individual cells at a given location. This information is generally not readily available. Therefore, an Android application measuring the cellular network performance was developed. This demonstration shows the Mobile Ping (Moping) Network App, being implemented to provide visual feedback of the measured network quality to the users. The Mobile Packet Internet Groper (Moping) enables mobile application developers to characterize the data delivery performance of cellular data networks as delivered to mobile devices. Mobile application developers need to know a range of network performance characteristics, including latency, jitter, throughput, and network timeout delays. Of particular importance is how these values vary in different network provider, network technology, and mobile device combinations. To enable data collection from users across the range of technologies available, the application of Moping offers a lightweight measurement architecture that can be deployed on a wide range of Android-enabled mobile devices. The essential effect of mobile systems is that link quality becomes extremely variable, often in a random manner, although some parts of this effect can be predicted, or statistically modelled. The main QoS parameters – reliability of connection, bandwidth, latency and jitter are all affected by mobility, both during and between connections.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country with various types of cultural heritage, including traditional houses, traditional folk dances and musical instruments. However, today with the rapid advancement of technology, the existing cultural heritage is starting to be abandoned because of the large number of foreign cultures entering this country. The author carried out this research aimed at reintroducing cultural heritage to the community through media in the form of games that are adaptive to the players, one of which is by using the forward chaining method in its development. In practice, the forward chaining method is used to determine whether the player has the right to continue to the next level or not. Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained, it shows that 92.5% of respondents strongly agree that this game can help users get to know more about cultural heritage in Indonesia and 82.9% of respondents strongly agree that this game is interesting to play.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan suatu sistem informasi mencangkup hampir di segala ruang lingkup kehidupan tidak terkecuali dalam industry Penyewaan Studio Musik. Setiap industri, instansi, organisasi maupun individu sangat membutuhkan informasi yang akurat, cepat, dan relevan. Darmo Music Studio (DMS) adalah salah satu usaha jasa yang bergerak dalam sektor penyewaan studio musik dan penjualan alat musik yang berada di kota Samarinda. Darmo Music Studio (DMS) berdiri pada tahun 2006. Tujuan dibuat sistem penjualan ini adalah agar penyewaan dan penjualan dapat dilakukan secara Realtime dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Metode penelitian  yang digunakan adalah metode observasi  yang dilakukan dengan mendatangi langsung Darmo Music Studio. Metode perancangan Sistem ini dibuat dengan metode waterfall, CD (Context Diagram), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) dan ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dengan menggunakan HTML dan framework Laravel yang merupakan framework berbasis PHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa Sistem Informasi penyewaan dan penjualan  berbasis Web.

Abstract

Puskesmas sebagai organisasi kesehatan fungsional yang merupakan pusat pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat yang juga membina peran serta masyarakat dan memberikan pelayanan secara menyeluruh dan terpadu kepada masyarakat. Salah satu program atau bentuk layanan yang diberikan adalah Keluarga Berencana (KB). Kendala dalam pendataan pasien KB masih sering terjadi seperti seperti lambatnya pelayanan pendataan dan pencatatan yang lama karena masih dilakukan secara manual, dan juga sulitnya mencari data dan informasi riwayat pasien KB yang pindah tempat pelayanan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang memiliki beberapa tahapan yang terurut seperti Analisis, Desain, Pengodean, dan Pengujian. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendataan Pasien KB ini dapat mempermudah dan meminimalisir kesalahan petugas puskesmas dalam membuat rekapitulasi laporan hasil pelayanan pasien KB yang akan dilaporkan setiap bulannya kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota.
