Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sistem pengelolaan anggaran di Universitas ABC yang didalamnya memuat manajemen pengelolaan anggaran biaya dari setiap bagian mulai dari pengajuan rencana anggaran biaya sampai dengan realisasi anggaran. Data dari hasil pengelolaan anggaran setiap bagian dapat dimonitoring oleh pihak pimpinan, namun dalam penyajian datanya belum real-time sehingga interaksi user dalam monitoring dan analisis data pada sistem kurang interaktif. Saat ini teknologi yang sedang tren pada aplikasi berbasis web yang real-time yaitu web socket (WS). WS dapat menyajikan komunikasi dua arah secara bersamaan (full-duplex). Selain itu menurut beberapa penelitian teknologi WS juga dapat meningkatkan performa sistem menjadi lebih baik. Maka pada penelitian ini akan di terapkan teknologi web socket sehingga proses monitoring data anggaran dapat dilakukan secara real-time dengan menyajikan data tersebut ke dalam bentuk grafik dan persentase. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan WS nilai perbandingan Round Trip Time (RTT) yaitu 1:135 ms jika dibandingakan ajax, sehingga penggunaan teknologi WS lebih cepat dan performanya jauh lebih baik.Kata kunci: anggaran, full-duplex, monitoring, real-time, web socket.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai permasalahan klasik dalam pengelolan anggaran, yang terjadi diberbagai bidang salah satunya pada dunia pendidikan. Meskipun pemerintah telah menyediakan berbagai sistem untuk pengelolaan anggaran, namun masih diperlukan manajemen anggaran di internal. Dimulai dari pengajuan rencana anggaran dari tiap unit, kemudian penggabungan data dalam satu satker, pengajuan revisi maupun pengajuan realisasi dan pelaporan maupun monitoring statistik oleh pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi. Maka pada penelitian ini dibuat sistem untuk mengelola anggaran internal satuan kerja berbasis web yang responsive agar memudahkan akses dan monitoring pada perangkat mobile. Hasil dari penelitian ini terciptanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu manajemen anggaran internal yang dalam hal ini satker Universitas Siliwangi, sistem tersebut sangat membantu terutama bagi perguruan tinggi negeri baru yang masih minim pengalaman.

Abstract

Permasalahan donor darah merupakan masalah disetiap negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Walaupun sudah ada sistem di Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) namun belum bisa mengatasi permasalahan pencarian maupun distribusi donor darah. Sesuai trend sekarang di jaman gadget yaitu maraknya penggunaan Android, maka untuk mengatasi masalah ini diperlukan aplikasi berbasis Android. Sementara untuk integrasi dengan sistem yang sudah ada diperlukan web service sebagai backend system sehingga layanan donor darah dapat diakses oleh berbagai platform. Arsitektur yang digunakan pada web service menggunakan REST, namun masih ada beberapa masalah pada REST yaitu mengenai keamanan pada proses otentikasi. Pada arsitektur REST diperlukan metode otentikasi yang tidak bernegara (stateless), salah satunya dapat menggunakan JSON Web Token. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan JSON Web Token Authentication pada Web Service and Backend System Blood Donors dapat membentuk sistem yang sangat skalabel, aman, mampu berinteraksi multi-platform serta dapat diandalkan.

Abstract

Masyarakat pada saat ini hampir seluruhnya memiliki akun di dunia maya, terutama akun Googlesebagai salah satu raksasa internet yang menyediakan berbagai macam fasilitas untuk memudahkan penggunanya, dengan fitur yang disediakan sebagai Application Programming Interface (API) yaitu API Google Calendarmerupakan salah satu fasiliitas yang digunakan untuk pengingat (reminder) dan penjadwalan kegiatan.Pondok Pesantren memiliki jadwal kegiatan dan informasi yang harus diketahui oleh anggota Pondok Pesantren sebagai pengetahuan dan panduan kegiatan belajar mengajar atau kegiatan lainya yang akan dilakukan. Pondok Pesantren ini jadwal kegiatan dan informasi dipublikasikan dengan cara manual, maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang mengelola jadwal kegiatan dan informasi, serta mempublikasikan menggunakan Google Calendaruntuk memberikan pengingat (reminder)atau notifikasi agar tersampaikan kepada anggota Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem Personal Extreme Programming (PXP)dan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu API Google Calendartelah berhasil diimplementasikan pada apliksi pesantren reminder, yang dapat mengelola kegiatan dan menyampaikan informasi kegiatan kepada anggota Pondok Pesantren menggunakan Google Calendar.

Abstract

Since the issuance of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, the process of organizing village government is demanded to be more optimal. The performance of village officials must continue to be improved, in order to provide better services to the community. The work activities of village officials are influenced by the level of attendance and discipline of work schedules and hours. The process of recording data on the presence of village officials needs to be managed properly, because it affects the performance of services to the community. Conventional attendance data recording, is done by affixing a signature to a book or attendance form that is done at work time. Weaknesses of this process, including not knowing exactly the hours of work and hours of return and attendance data is easily manipulated by entrusting signatures to others. Based on these problems, it is proposed to implement a fingerprint-based attendance recording system. The process of recording and preparing attendance reports is supported by software that has been designed to handle attendance data processing, and attendance data reports can be printed directly so that it can produce more accurate information and data. The results of the implementation of a fingerprint-based attendance system were able to improve the discipline of village officials by providing authentic data on complete attendance.

Abstract

Google Scholar is a web-based service for searching a broad academic literature. Various types of references can be accessed such as: peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, abstracts and articles from academic publishers, professional communities, pre-printed data centers, universities and other academic organizations. Google Scholar provides the profile creation feature of every researcher, expert and lecturer. Quantity of publication from an academic institution along with detailed data on the publication of scientific articles can be accessed through Google Scholar. A recap of the publication of scientific articles of each researcher in an institution or organization is needed to determine the research performance collectively. But the problems that occur, the unavailability of recap services for publishing scientific articles for each researcher in an institution or organization. So that the scientific article publication data can be utilized by academic institutions or organizations, this research will take data from Google Scholar to make a recap of scientific article publication data by applying web scraping technology. Implementation of web scraping can help to take the available resources on the web and the results can be utilized by other applications. By doing web scraping on Google Scholar, collective scientific article publication data can be obtained. So that the process of making scientific publications data recap can be done quickly. Experiments in this study have succeeded in taking 236 researchers data from Google Scholar, with 9 attributes, and 2,420 articles.

Abstract

Academic information is an important information for students in assisting academic activities, every effort has been developed to improve academic services. With the continuous development of various mobile devices or smartphones, the traditional way of Short Message Service (SMS) has been replaced by instant messaging applications that make the communication process more real-time. So this research will try to use technology in instant message as a means of academic service information, it is expected academic information can be delivered more quickly and up-to-date. Telegram as one of the instant messaging application that offers various advantages in its feature than other instant messaging application. The most popular feature and is being developed on telegram is the bot feature, where a third party or user can develop bot features according to user requirements. Thus telegram can help overcome various problems such as academic information seeking problems. For that made the application of lecture information service using Telegram Bot. The making of this information service application is built with Rational Unified Process (RUP) process model, Forward Chaining method and using Python Telepot Framework for Telegram Bot API for application to run via Telegram instant message. With the making of this application, facilitate communication and delivery of academic information to lecturers, students, and the academic community.

Abstract

In organizations, companies or agencies such as the Office of Communication and Information Technology, presence has become one of the critical things in assessing the performance of workers/employees. There are several ways to do attendance, where one of them can facilitate the present process with digital tools/machines such as smartphones that utilize the GPS feature to run APIs such as Google Geolocation on Android. Also, a system is needed that can manage the results of the present process, such as web-based applications that can also be accessed through either a computer or smartphone. Therefore, the need to build a presence application both in the presence and in management that can help agencies such as Office of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) to handle internal processes, especially in the management of its employees. In this study, the application in the construction of its application is used Point Clipping algorithm as a tool for the present process that can take advantage of the GPS feature. Based on the results of the tests conducted, the accuracy value of the incoming and returning attendance process was obtained in the location area with an average of each side of the area of approximately 11.21 meters at the entry point and 18.05 meters at the presence of going home outside the office, where the location area boundary outside the specified office which is around 15 meters and the time test is obtained the time delay value in the attendance process with an average of each side of the area of about 9.6 seconds at the incoming attendance and 8.3 seconds at the home attendance.

Abstract

Big data is the latest industry keyword to describe large volumes of structured and unstructured data that are difficult to process and analyze. Most organizations are looking for the best approach to managing and analyzing large volumes of data, especially in decision making. Large data causes the process of presenting information to be slow because all the large amounts of data must be displayed so that specific techniques are needed so that the presentation of information remains fast even though the data is already large. The website generally processes requests to the server, and then if the required data is available, the server will send all the data. This causes all processes to be based on the client-side. So that the client load becomes heavy in displaying all the data. In this study, server-side processing techniques will be applied so that all processes will be handled by the server and the data sent is not all direct but based on periodic requests from the client. The results of this study indicate the use of server-side processing techniques is more optimal. Based on the results of testing the data presentation speed comparison with server-side processing techniques 98.6% is better than client-side processing.

Abstract

VPN dapat memperlambat koneksi internet karena data harus melakukan perjalanan melalui jaringan VPN serta mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi data yang memerlukan lebih banyak waktu. Manusia membutuhkan sebuah solusi untuk mempermudah dalam hal memperoleh kecepatan waktu, keamanan, meringankan biaya, serta mendapat kemudahan berkomunikasi tanpa memikirkan tempat yang jauh. Ada beberapa algoritma yang dapat diterapkan pada teknologi VPN diantaranya yaitu AES, DES, 3DES, RC4, Blowfish dan IDEA, namun belum diketahui dari algoritma tersebut kinerja yang paling optimal dari segi kecepatan transfer data. Penelitian ini akan melakukan perbandingan algoritma pada teknologi Virtual Private Network (VPN) IPSec terhadap kecepatan transfer data menggunakan tools cisco packet tracer dan hanya membandingkan algoritma DES, 3DES, AES 128, AES 192 dan AES 256. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah menunjukan bahwa algoritma 3DES sebagai algoritma yang paling optimal dari segi kecepatan transfer data pada file berukuran 5571584 bytes dengan rasio 13,69% lebih lambat, file berukuran 33591768 bytes dengan rasio 14,97% lebih lambat dan pada file berukuran 16599160 bytes dengan rasio 8,36% lebih lambat pada proses download. Sedangkan pada proses upload, pada file berukuran 5571584 bytes dengan rasio 11,17% lebih lambat, file berukuran 33591768 bytes dengan rasio 11,66%lebih lambat dan pada file berukuran 16599160 bytes dengan rasio 9,05% lebih lambat.
