Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle on the impulse buying of Albadar 6 gang community. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, which is a study that aims to explain an empirical phenomenon accompanied by statistical data, characteristics and relationships between variables using techniques. data collection using questionnaires and literature study. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this study was the community of Gang Albadar 6, amounting to 78 respondents using the Slovin formula. The method used in data collection is purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle, affect impulse buying. The value of R Square equation of 0.595 means that the impulsive buying variable (dependent) which can be explained by the hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle (independent) variables in this study is 59.5% while 40.5% is influenced by other variables not explained by the this study.

Abstract

The spread of narcotics which has spread to various levels of society and remote villages has reached children whose thinking abilities are still low. In the decision of the panel of judges not to apply diversion which refers to Article 12, Article 52 paragraph (5) of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. This study aims to determine the legal protection of children as narcotics abusers. The research method used is a normative juridical research with analytical descriptive character. The approach method used in this research is the case approach to the statutory approach which is carried out by examining the provisions of the applicable legislation. The analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the legal protection carried out against children as narcotics abusers in Indonesia based on Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System has been regulated starting from the process of investigation, arrest, detention, prosecution, examination in court and correctional. The Medan District Court has tried to carry out the legal protection process for children as narcotics abusers by referring to Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Juvenile Judges seek to realize the legal protection process by fulfilling children's rights during the examination process, as well as seeking settlement of cases through diversion. However, the efforts of juvenile judges in the legal protection process for children are still not maximized.

Abstract

The Nursing Home is a place for elderly people who either voluntarily or are handed over by their families to take care of all their needs. A place that will become a haven for the elderly to enjoy their old age by feeling safe and comfortable and getting all the facilities that are adequate and supportive for all their needs and activities. Deli Serdang is one of the areas where the majority of the middle and upper population are busy working to meet their daily needs which in turn affects the elderly so that they receive less attention from family members. Therefore, it is necessary to design a nursing home that can accommodate the middle and upper elderly by paying attention to facilities that ensure the comfort of its users. The nursing home will be located on Jalan Inpres Block Gading, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera using the Behavioral Architecture theme, where all the building designs are based on the behavior of its users, namely the elderly.
