Abstract

Research in budget control  field has magnetized the interest of many researchers as a tool of development for many countries. This study examined the impact of Performance Based Budgeting on effectiveness of control budget. To achieve the above objective a survey of over 33 employee of DPKAD. Data was analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results demonstrate that Performance Based Budgeting has positive impact on effectiveness of control budget.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/pjiap.v2i2.1446

Abstract

Although economic growth is increasing continuously, women are more disadvantaged in the labor market than men. While women are underrepresented in the labor force, there are still many of them who are unemployed or not unemployed, who are part-time and informal sector workers, unpaid workers, job-seeking groups, and who are not actively involved in the labor market. In the development of women's empowerment that has occurred so far, the most minor basic problem is women's participation in development, in addition to the existence of various forms of citizenship towards citizenship. One national form is on unpaid work. On average, women spend nineteen percent of their time each day doing unpaid activities, while men only 8 percent. This places a heavy burden on women who have to do paid work and care for paid work. This study aims to examine the participation and absorption of Muslim women workforce in the informal sector in support of sustainable economic growth. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods in presenting research data as a whole.

Abstract

Investasi tidak hanya terdapat dalam dunia konvensional saja melainkan dalam Islam terdapat investasi syariah. Pada dasarnya Islam mendukung untuk berinvestasi baik dunia maupun di akhirat dimana manusia di perintahkan untuk mempersiapkan bekal untuk masa yang akan datang yang mana dalam Islam di ajarkan untuk tidak hanya memendam sumber daya yang dimiliki melainkan harus dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik mungkin. Syariah menjadi pembeda jenis investasi dengan konvensional, dalam syariah menuntut pelaku untuk mengikuti aturan Islam. Syarat dan prinsip-prinsip investasi yang digunakan dalam Islam harus sesuai dengan hukum dan syariat agama namun diyakini memiliki risiko yang relatif rendah dan terhindar dari hal yang berbau riba karena semua perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan mengedepankan unsur kekeluargaan.
