Abstract

Gangguan autisme banyak ditemukan pada anak yang berumur 3 tahun ke bawah. Pendiagnosaan gangguan penyakit ini telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai metode, terutama metode dalam dunia psikologis. Peneliti menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan metode Naive Bayes untuk menyelesaikan kasus gangguan autisme yang mengalami kesalahan diagnosa. Dalam hasil penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan metode Naive Bayes. Metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) menghasilkan rata ?¢â?¬â?? rata klasifikasi 93,12%, sedangkan metode Naive Bayes menghasilkan rata ?¢â?¬â?? rata klasifikasi 73,34%.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan kombinasi metode MOORA dengan pembobotan Rank Order Centroid pada penentuan rekomendasi dalam penerimaan tenaga programmer. Kriteria yang dijadikan sebagai parameter dan tolak ukur dalam penilaian penerimaan tenaga programmer pada penelitian ini sebanyak 7 kriteria yang terdiri atas HTML dan CSS (C1), Jquery dan Javascript (C2), PHP (C3), Java (C4), Android (C5), .NET (C6), dan MySQL (C7). Sampel data yang diujikan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 5 alternatif dari data pelamar yang mengajukan diri sebagai tenaga programmer. Pengujian perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode yang diusulkan memperoleh hasil yaitu dapat memberikan keputusan rekomendasi pelamar yang layak untuk diterima pada posisi tenaga programmer.

Abstract

Natural language translation is very helpful in understanding each word or sentence based on the intended meaning. Variety of languages that are not easy to understand, cause miscommunication. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is the choice to translate human language with computer naturally. As one method of parsing, the left corner parsing describes languages ranging from the largest to the smallest constituent, namely the word. The decomposition is followed by representing the meaning or known as contextual interpretation. This study aims to describe the language using the left corner parsing which is equipped with analysis to determine the purpose of sentence using. The test results showed that the Left Corner Parsing method succeeded in deciphering sentences in accordance with the initial language pattern specified and provided the true contextual analysis and easily understood translation results.

Abstract

Companies engaged in the chemical industry really need Human Resources (HR) who have knowledge in the field of chemical industry engineering terms in order to achieve the company's main goals, but due to the chemical industry engineering terms that use foreign languages is essentially difficult to understand not a few of the general public who have desire to work in companies in the chemical industry engineering experience problems in mastering the knowledge needed by chemical industry engineering companies. Therefore it is necessary to have an application that adopts science related to the chemical industry engineering term along with good search features. The application that was built to search for information related to chemical industry engineering terms in this study implements the smith algorithm as an algorithm that serves to minimize the use of the time needed in the search process. The smith algorithm notices that counting the number of shifts with the text character that is located right next to the window character on the rightmost text can sometimes provide a shorter shift than using the rightmost window text character. Then he gives a solution to take the maximum between the two values. The application term of chemical industry engineering research was built using visual basic net 2008 and can be operated properly on personal computers supported by Windows OS. Keywords: Chemical Industry Engineering Terms, String Matching, Algorithms, Smith.

Abstract

Filsafat ilmu adalah ilmu pengetahuan yang menyelidiki hakekat segala sesuatu untuk memperoleh kebenaran yang berkaitan secara substansial maupun historis. Kelahiran suatu ilmu tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peranan filsafat, hal ini berlaku bagi semua disiplin ilmu termasuk bidang ilmu komputer. Ilmu komputer saat sekarang ini sangat berkembang dengan dipengaruhi oleh revolusi industri 4.0 seperti smart technology,smart city, dan lain-lain. Smart City merupakan penerapan konsep kota cerdas dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dan komunikasi untuk mewujudkan pelayanan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Peneltian ini membahas tentang pengaruh filsafat ilmu komputer terhadap smart city untuk mendukung revolusi industri 4.0 secara ontologi yang kaitan dengan hubungan filosofi dan sejarahnya, dari perkembangan sampai menjadi penggunaan teknologi di masa depan. Filsafat ilmu komputer terhadap smart city dapat membentuk karakter manusia (character building) yang mengarah kepada penggunaan kemajuan teknologi informasi berbasis revolusi industri 4.0. Karakter manusia di bina dalam pemakaian TIK pada smart city.

Abstract

Deep learning is part of the most popular artificial intelligence (AI) technology among the public where this research aims to assist in solving problems. This study discusses the relationship between the philosophy of science and the correlation of axiology on the development of deep learning. This study uses library research by collecting literature studies, analyzing data, describing the contents of the problem, concluding the problem, providing conclusions and suggestions. The basis for implementing knowledge about deep learning can recognize objects or sounds with the science under study and the correlation between axiology and the development of deep learning trials, the need for deep learning in an increasingly complex society becomes the basis for developing systems where data processing is carried out in more detail. and produce the correctness according to the algorithm that has been inputted. The research discussed also provides suggestions for guidance on the development of deep learning science on the development of axiology related to the philosophy of science in the implementation of deep learning systems on the development of science and technology in the field of computers.

Abstract

Cryptography is a technique for encoding data by encrypting plaintext into an unreadable (meaningless) form. Cryptographic methods have good and bad performance depending on the type of algorithm we use. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure speed by combining the two algorithms used. The Rabbit Stream algorithm is a stream cipher algorithm whose system security depends on the generation of a key bit stream (keystream), which only guarantees 128-bit key security but has the advantage of being fast in the encryption and decryption process, while the Enhanced Dual RSA algorithm is an asymmetric algorithm to increase data protection from the Dual RSA algorithm by utilizing the Pells equation as a substitute for public key exponents. On the other hand, the algorithm in question requires a significant amount of time to encrypt messages with a large capacity when compared to the Rabbit Stream algorithm. Nonetheless, the study's findings suggest that using a hybrid method is comparatively faster for processing substantial amounts of data.
