Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan sintaksis pada teks tanggapan siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Binjai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari teks tanggapan siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Binjai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi teks tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 4 jenis kesalahan dalam penulisan teks tanggapan siswa, yaitu kesalahan penggunaann kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat pada teks tanggapan sisw kelas IX-3 SMP Negeri 2 Binjai. Masih terdapat banyak kesalahan penggunaan kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat dalam penulisan teks tanggapan siswa. Kesalahan ini disebabkan oleh penguasaan gramatikal yang rendah dan interferensi bahasa.

This study aims to determine the cooperative learning model of the Learning Cycle type on the ability to write persuasive texts in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The population in this study were all Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 304 students. Of the 304 students, the sample size was 30 students. The research method used in this research is the one-group pre-test post-test design experimental method. The instrument used in this study is a description test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the data "t" test and it was found that the ability to write persuasive texts of students before using the Learning Cycle learning model was included in the sufficient category with an average value (mean) of 53.83, while the ability to write persuasive texts of students after using the model Learning Cycle learning increased with an average value (mean) of 81.16. Furthermore, the hypothesis test shows that tcount > ttable, which is equal to 13.14 > 2.045, it is concluded that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This shows that there is an effect of the Learning Cycle learning model on the ability to write persuasive texts in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan in the 2022/2023 academic year.

The problems faced by partners so far are: (1) lack of appropriate methods to use in teaching, (2) lack of ability of Indonesian language teachers in drama, (3) teachers at SMP N 2 Medan do not hone their drama skills because there is no guidance that is more proficient in theory and practice. The objectives of this community service activity are: (1) to provide drama assistance using the sociodrama model as one of the innovative drama models, (2) to provide assistance in drama practice of students at SMP N 2 Medan, (3) to provide ongoing guidance and assistance. The benefits obtained by partners from this activity are: (1) to improve the drama skills using the sociodrama model of SMP N 2 Medan teachers so that it can be used as a method in teaching; (2) to attract the attention of students and motivate students to be enthusiastic about learning. The approach method used to overcome partner problems is the method of education, training and mentoring intensively and continuously. The real output results of community service activities are (1) One scientific article published through an online ISSN journal from a national seminar; (2) Publication in print/ online mass media/ university repositories; (3) Learning Videos.

This study examines how internal control systems are linked to financial performance in an Indonesian public university operating under the Public Service Agency (Badan Layanan Umum, BLU) scheme. Using a descriptive-evaluative case study of Universitas BLU, the analysis draws on 2023 performance accountability records, SAKIP evaluation worksheets, internal audit documentation, budget realization evidence, and audited financial statements. To protect confidentiality, institutional identifiers were anonymized and nominal monetary amounts were proportionally masked, while ratios, scores, predicates, and analytical relationships were preserved. The university obtained a SAKIP score of 80.55 with an A predicate, improving from BB in the preceding year. Performance Measurement (77.00%) and Internal Performance Accountability Evaluation (78.00%) were the weakest control-related components. Gap analysis shows an 11.40-point difference between self-assessment and external assessment, with the largest correction in measurement-related controls. Financially, the anonymized budget ceiling of IDR 376,845,620,000 was realized at IDR 357,325,016,884, equivalent to 94.82% absorption and 5.18% efficiency, while the Budget Performance Value reached 90.49 against a target of 92. The audited financial statements received an unmodified opinion. The study concludes that internal control quality contributes to financial performance through planning discipline, hierarchical measurement, timely reporting, and systematic follow-up.
