Abstract

Masalah air adalah masalah bersama yang tidak dapat dilakukan secara parsial, perbagian dan perwilayah, karena daerah aliran sungai melintasi wilayah-wilayah yang memerlukan kerjasama antar wilayah untuk mengatasinya. Batasan penelitian hanya pada masalah debit air dari sekian banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi masalah air. Metode yang digunakan pada jenis terapan bersifat kualitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder yang diobservasi dan dikorelasikan dengan teori pada pendekatan deduktif, yang kemudian dianalisa melalui kebutuhan informasi yang menjadi dasar untuk membuat rancangan database untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengelola manajemen resiko dengan sistem informasi manajemen, dimana dibutuhkan data terintegrasi antar wilayah melalui pengolaan data base yang mudah, familiar, terjangkau biayanya, dan mampu disosialisasikan secara mudah pada semua SDM di pemerintahan yang pekerjaannya terkait dengan masalah air. Dengan demikian untuk mengatasi masalah data terkait masalah air tidak membutuhkan outsourching programer kelola database. Untuk mewujudkan penggunaan aplikasi database tersebut maka dibutuhkan isian data pada Ms Access. Dengan demikian melalui rancangan aplikasi database pada software Microsoft Access tersebut dapat memenuhi database track record permasalahan air secara terpadu, tanpa memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar pada bidang logistic software, sosialisasi dan pelatihan, sehingga dapat dilakukan penanganan terpadu permasalahan air secara menyeluruh pada wilayah Indonesia dengan melibatkan hubungan relasi kerja antar departemen yang menangani masalah air antar wilayah.Kata kunci : Masalah air, SIM, Data Base, Ms Access, Website, Terpadu.

Abstract

This community service is in collaboration with MSME partner Siengkong TapiOk Bogor. This MSME is a food business that carries an urban and sustainability theme that focuses on local Indonesian food. This business is local Indonesian food with unique and modern flavors. For this reason, Siengkong TapiOk was made a partner in this PM so that partners can become facilitators in guiding local residents to be more productive and creative to meet the economic stability of the people of Bogor. Based on the results of the situation analysis, we discussed material that could at least help overcome the existing problems. The PM theme is "Training on E-Commerce Creation and Promotion through Tokopedia Marketplace Media for MSMEs in Siengkong Tapiok Bogor". The method is a lecture containing a tutorial on how to make sales through the Tokopedia marketplace which is carried out offline in front of the participants. The target achievement of this community service activity, apart from increasing the skills of the members of the Siengkong TapiOk Bogor MSMEs, is also in the form of publications in the form of press releases and journals.

Abstract

The arithmetic operation of division is one of the four basic arithmetic operations which is material that is often taught in elementary schools. to explain division so that students can more easily understand and be skilled in determining the results for him, until now it has been a problem. By conducting the research, it aims to determine the effectiveness of the division of the division technique between numbers 2 to 40 which is expected to increase student achievement and make it easier for teachers to convey material distribution in order to create a fun learning atmosphere. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collected through posttest in each cycle and questionnaires. The results showed that the effort to increase the speed of calculating the division of numbers from 2 to 40 by applying the jarimatics method was carried out by dividing the class action into 2 cycles. The fastest time for cycle 1 is 52 seconds to work on one division problem. The average time to complete one multiplication problem is 47.63 seconds. The fastest time in cycle 2 is 8 minutes or 32 seconds to complete 15 items about dividing numbers 2 to 40. In cycle 2 the average value increases to 83.45 and all students have reached the KKM limit of 70.
