Abstract

Laporan UNICEF-WHO tahun 2018 menyatakan bahwa kelangkaan air bersih mencapai 55% dari jumlah penduduk di dunia. Kelangkaan ini diperburuk dengan tingginya penggunaan air pada konstruksi beton. Untuk mengurangi kelangkaan air bersih, diharapkan pembangunan infrastruktur yang berada di pulau terpencil dengan akses air bersih yang sulit dapat menggunakan air laut sebagai bahan campuran beton. Studi ini mempelajari tentang studi literatur yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan air laut sebagai bahan campuran beton. Data sekunder yang diolah dari studi literatur adalah data sifat mekanik meliputi kuat tekan, nilai slump, dan mikrostruktur beton dengan perawatan menggunakan air bersih yang memenuhi ASTM C1602M. Berdasarkan hasil studi kelayakan didapatkan bahwa penurunan rata-rata nilai slump akibat penggunaan air laut pada campuran beton adalah 6,44% terhadap campuran beton dengan air bersih. Sedangkan kuat tekan beton pada umur 3, 7, dan 28 hari mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,22%, 12,17%, dan 5,63% secara berturut-turut, tetapi mengalami penurunan sebesar 3,44% dan 8,59% pada umur 90 dan 365 hari. Hasil Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) menunjukkan adanya ettringite dalam jumlah yang dominan pada beton dengan campuran air laut. Kata kunci: air laut, beton, karakteristik, kelayakan

Abstract

Penggunaan material pozzolan seperti abu sekam padi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kuat tekan, durabilitas, serta memberikan dampak positif dari segi lingkungan. Abu sekam padi adalah material pozzolan yang halus hasil dari sisa pembakaran sekam padi. Abu sekam padi memiliki kandungan SiO2 antara 90 – 96% dan bersifat amorf. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membuat komposisi HPC dengan bahan substitusi abu sekam padi (ASP) terhadap semen dan kuat tekan rencana adalah 70 MPa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan nilai w/c = 0,28. HPC diuji dengan dua pengujian, yaitu pengujian beton segar dan pengujian sifat mekanik beton. Beton segar diuji dengan pengujian slump dan  pengujian sifat mekanik beton dilakukan pengujian kuat tekan beton. Benda uji dicetak pada bekisting silinder dimensi 10 x 20 cm. Setelah berumur 1 hari, bekisting dibuka untuk dilakukan curing pada benda uji dengan karung goni basah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan substitusi ASP pada HPC memberikan penurunan workability sebesar 20% dan peningkatan berat jenis sebesar 2,54%. Substitusi ASP memberikan peningkatan pada kuat tekan HPC sebesar 12,72%, 10,12%, 9,91%, dan 7,71% pada umur 3, 7, 14, dan 28 hari.Kata kunci: abu sekam padi, high performance concrete, karakteristik

Abstract

In this globalization era, technology plays a significant role in human’s life. Many systems have been developed to help people work efficiently and to reduce human error. Nowadays, decision making is one of the most important things in companies. Making the right decision may affect company’s profit and success.In this thesis, a research is made to help Chang Thien Hakka Kitchen Restaurant in choosing the best supplier effectively and efficiently. In many restaurants, production process is a very important process in the continuous growth and profitability of the restaurants. The effectiveness and efficiency of production process is determined by many factors such as availability of raw materials, quality of raw materials, price of raw materials, and so on. In this thesis, Chang Thien Hakka Kitchen Restaurant is using 6 criteria in determining the best supplier such as price of raw material, quality of raw material, suppliers’ location, supply management, suppliers’ flexibility, suppliers’ service.Therefore, it is very crucial to choose the best supplier of raw materials for the restaurant.Through this research, it is known that currently Chang Thien Hakka Kitchen Restaurant still chooses its supplier manually. In this thesis, a decision support system for Chang Thien Hakka Kitchen Restaurant is developed using a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Others Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) where the criteria used in evaluating the best supplier is determined by the restaurant management. Then, the qualitative criteria are converted into quantitative data so that it can be measured objectively.At last, the program was tested by user and had the same result with the manual calculation (program error 0,002). Key word supplier, selection, method, AHP, TOPSIS, DSS

Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang berpotensi mengalami gempa bumi karena keadaannya yang dilalui 2 jalur seismik. Struktur yang terkena gempa akan mengalami gaya horizontal, gaya horizontal ini akan menyebabkan strukur berdeformasi. Oleh karena itu penting untuk melakukan analisis lebih lanjut mengenai gaya horizontal. Gaya horizontal akibat gempa dapat dianalisis secara statik dan dinamik. Analisis statik berupa statik ekuivalen sedangkan analisis dinamik dapat berupa respons spektrum atau analisis riwayat waktu.  Pada penelitian ini mengambil kasus gedung 9 lantai dengan fungsi perkantoran dan dibangun diatas tanah lunak. Analisa gempa yang digunakan adalah analisis statik ekuivalen yaitu penyederhanaan beban gempa menjadi gaya lateral statis yang arah dan besarnya tetap, dan analisis dinamik respons spektrum dimana struktur digetarkan berdasarkan suatu spektrum respons desain.   Dari hasil analisis, diperoleh dimensi untuk balok induk adalah 400 x 600, balok anak 300 x 500, sedangkan kolom untuk lantai 1-3 adalah 700 x 700, lantai 4-6 adalah 600 x 600 dan lantai 7-9 adalah 500 x 500. Dari hasil perhitungan respons struktur diperoleh periode struktur hasil analisa adalah 1,18 detik, kemudian untuk ketidakberaturan torsi nilai δmax terbesar terdapat pada lantai 9 arah Y dari analisis statik ekuivalen yaitu 18.054 mm namun tidak memiliki ketidakberaturan torsi karena nilai δmax pada masing-masing lantai kurang dari δavg, kemudian untuk analisis P-Delta diperoleh nilai koefisien stabilitas (θ) terbesar pada arah Y dengan nilai 0.006441 dengan koefisien stabilitas maksimum (θmaks) 0,091 sehingga pengaruh P-Delta dapat diabaikan, kemudian untuk simpangan antar lantai arah X terbesar adalah 15,725 mm sedangkan arah Y adalah 13,177 mm dengan simpangan antar lantai ijin adalah 100 mm sehingga tidak terdapat simpangan berlebih pada setiap lantai.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh efektifitas kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru Sunshine Playgroup Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori-teori Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, yang berkaitan dengan efektifitas kerja dan budaya kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh guru Sunshine Playgroup Medan yang berjumlah 30 (tiga puluh) orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari variable efektifitas kerja, budaya kerja dan prestasi kerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, analisis regresi determinasi. Berdasarkan analisis secara parsial, efektifitas kerja dan budaya kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru Sunshine Playgroup Medan. Secara simultan efektifitas kerja dan budaya kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi guru pada Sunshine Playgroup Medan. Kontribusi dari variabel efektifiats kerja dan variabel budaya kerja untuk meningkatkan variabel prestasi kerja guru pada Sunshine Playgroup Medan adalah sebesar 0.852 atau 85.2% sedangkan sisa 0.418 atau 14.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis di dalam penelitian ini, seperti kedisiplinan, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan sebagainya. Kata Kunci : Efektifitas Kerja, Budaya Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

Employee work perfomance are influenced by the compensation and work motivation. Companies must have compensation that improves employee work performance and provides work motivation that can build employee work perfomance. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of compensation and work motivation against employee performance at MP Event Planner medan. This research was conducted for 4(four) months, start from February 2021 until June 2021 This research uses non probability methods. Research subjects were conducted at MP Event Planner Employee with a population of 58 people. Population research using the census method. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data from variables of compensation, work motivation and work performance. Data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicolinearity test, heterokedastisity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F Test and coefficient determination test. Descriptive analysis results in compensation and work motivation variables are in good category, and work performance variable result in very good category. The research results showed that Thitung > Ttabel, and Fhitung (191,791) > Ftabel (3,16) mean compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee work performance at sultan iskandar muda school medan. Determination coeffisien (R2) shows that independent variables can describe employee’s performance for 71,4% meanwhile the rest of 28,6% describe by others independent variables that are excluded in this research such as leadership style, job satisfaction, comitment, comunication and others. Based of interpretation determination coeffisien guidelines, there is a significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variables.

Abstract

In accordance with the title of this community service program "Digital Video Editing Training for Youtube Publishing in the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village Community". Skills training activities are supported by lectures, questions and answers and of course direct practice in the computer laboratory. Training modules will be provided to participants as a tool for practical activities in the laboratory. The aim of implementing this community service program is to improve students' skills in using the internet and the benefits and activities that can be carried out using the internet, so that it can increase students' creativity in using the internet, especially to have a positive impact on internet use for students. This form of training is a very effective form of providing refreshment and additional insight and new knowledge in the field of information technology outside of the learning process received at each school.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, intense competition drives companies to expand their markets, particularly in Indonesia's rapidly growing tourism sector. Batam, as a Free Trade Zone and a potential tourist destination, has experienced a significant increase in international tourists, fostering the growth of the hospitality industry. PT. Trikarya Era Sukses Medan established the Ibis Style Hotel Batam, offering facilities comparable to four-star hotels to attract consumers amid tight competition. This study analyzes the influence of service quality, business facilities, and consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the hotel. The population in this study consists of all guests staying at Ibis Style Hotel Batam, totaling 3,689 individuals. Accidental sampling is the technique used for sample collection, and the sample size is 110 individuals. The data collection method employs questionnaires. The study results indicate that: (1) Service quality significantly affects customer loyalty, (2) Business facilities significantly affect customer loyalty, (3) Consumer satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty, (4) Service quality, business facilities, and consumer satisfaction collectively and significantly affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

Kabunan Village, Taman District, Pemalang Regency, built a village bridge with a width of 3.2 meters and a length of 65 meters in Kabunan Village to shorten travel time, where residents usually have to pass the Kabunan Bridge which is 500 meters from the planned position of the village bridge. With the assistance and planning carried out by the Civil Engineering Lecturer of the 17 August University, Budiono Joko Nugroho and the Civil Engineering Lecturer of the Semarang State University, Arief Kusbiantoro, so that the stages of bridge design planning and construction implementation run well according to applicable regulations and provisions. With the bridge construction permit issued by the Central Java Pusdataru, it is hoped that the construction of the village bridge will run well and smoothly.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of business communication, trust, and price on purchasing decisions at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama. The research method used is associative descriptive with a population of 83 customers of the company. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sample technique, and data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The results showed that simultaneously, the F value of 357.532 was greater than the critical F value of 3.11 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis was accepted, demonstrating a positive and significant influence of business communication, trust, and price together on purchasing decisions. Partially, hypothesis testing revealed that business communication (t = 2.040), trust (t = 2.774), and price (t = 3.202) each had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, with significance levels of 0.045, 0.007, and 0.002, respectively. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that business communication, trust, and price, either partially or collectively, significantly influence purchasing decisions at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama.
