Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled The condition spirit of Otoko as the main figure in novel Utsukushisa to Kanashimi to written by Kawabata Yasunari published in 1965. The purpose of this research is to analyze the condition spirit of Otoko as the main figure centered round on her spirit conflict, death instinct, and anxious The Approach used to resolve the problem is Sigmund Freud psychoanalysis. The research show Otoko as the main figure in this novel has many spirit conflict caused by several happening that she experienced since she was young until grown-up. Her spirit conflict caused by two persons who she loved to. This spirit conflict made her experienced symptoms of spirit damage such as over anxious and appearing of death instinct. Abstract

ABSTRAK Belajar bahasa tentu saja tidak mudah, salah satunya adalah belajar bahasa Jepang. Belajar bahasa ini sebaiknya dilakukan bertahap mulai dari perkenalan huruf. Setelah selesei belajar dari tahapan tersebut dilanjutkan dengan mempelajari ucapan persalaman dan perkenalan. Ucapan persalaman dalam budaya Jepang tentu saja berbeda dengan budaya dari negara lain. Gaya mengucapkan salam orang Jepang bukan dengan berjabat tangan, tetapi membungkuk tanpa saling menyentuh kulit. Cara ini mungkin juga efektif diterapkan saat wabah pandemi coronadan omicron di mana disarankan untuk melakukan social distancing, dengan tujuan memperkecil penyebaran virus corona.            Ucapan salam/sapaan adalah hal yang penting dalam kultur Jepang. Ucapan  salam/sapaan dalam Bahasa Jepang disebut Aisatsu. Aisatsu sangat penting dalam menjaga sopan santun dalam kehidupan orang Jepang. Di dunia kerja, ucapan salam ini sering dilakukan untuk dapat menimbulkan suasana kerja yang baik dan meningkatkan komunikasi antar karyawan kerja. Selain ucapan persalaman , hal lain yang penting untuk dipelajari adalah perkenalan. Orang Jepang biasanya saat memperkenalkan diri mereka tidak lupa melakukan hal yang disebut dengan istilah "Ojigi" atau membungkukkan badan. Perkenalan ini dapat digunakan untuk  mengakrabkan diri dengan orang Jepang.Kata kunci :  Aisastsu, jikoshoukai, ojigi ABSTRACT Learning a language is certainly not easy, one of which is learning Japanese. Learning this language should be done gradually starting with the introduction of letters. After completing learning from these stages, it is continued by studying greetings and introductions. Greeting greetings in Japanese culture is of course different from the culture of other countries. The Japanese style of greeting is not shaking hands, but bowing without touching each other's skin. This method may also be effectively applied during the corona and omicron pandemic outbreaks where it is recommended to carry out social distancing, with the aim of minimizing the spread of the corona virus.Greetings are important in Japanese culture. Greetings  in Japanese are called Aisatsu. Aisatsu is very important in maintaining good manners in Japanese life. In the world of work, greetings are often used to create a good working atmosphere and improve communication between employees. In addition to greeting greetings, another important thing to learn is introductions. Japanese people usually when introducing themselves do not forget to do something called "Ojigi" or bow. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors associated with family anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Sukarame work area, Palembang City. The research method used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in August with a sample of 206 respondents. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire and then analyzed the multivariate logistic regression Odd Ratio data. The results showed that education, knowledge, attitudes, health services and support from community leaders had a significant relationship with family anxiety during the COVID 19 pandemic at the Sukarame Public Health Center in 2021. All factors indicated health services as the dominant factor associated with family anxiety levels in the community. health services with an OR value of 3.867. The opportunities for family anxiety experienced by education, knowledge, attitudes, health services and support from community leaders are only 27.1%, the rest 72.9% are other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

There are problems in the management of the Gunung Sari Village library archives which are still messy and not well organized and the library's books are arranged and there is only one employee who manages the library archives. Based on these problems, it is considered important to assist in the management of library archives in Gunung Sari Village, Tanjung Selor District, Bulungan Regency, which is the only library managed directly by the Village Government and is a place for the community, especially people who are still in school, to gain knowledge by reading directly in the library that has been provided. provided by Gunung Sari Village. The method used in this service uses lecture techniques and training provided directly in the mentoring activities. Furthermore, the results obtained are improvements made in the management of the Gunung Sari Village Library archives, namely re-managing the library archives, classifying books and arranging them systematically on bookshelves which have their own categories to make it easier to find, as well as helping human resources

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide knowledge and resolve unresolved problems related to waste management in Punan Dulau Village, Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency. The problem is that there is no landfill in the village so that people in managing household waste tend to throw it into the river and burn it which can cause environmental damage in the village. Therefore, it is important to carry out the Waste Bank Socialization activity as a Strategy to Strengthen Community Participation in Punan Dulau Village, Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency. The method in this service activity uses the method and provides direct examples in the process of making a Waste Bank as a Strategy to Strengthen Community Participation in Punan Dulau Village, Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency. Furthermore, the results of this service activity can provide knowledge to the community about the importance of protecting the environment by creating a Waste Bank in Punan Dulau Village in order to solve the waste problem that has not been resolved so far so that the environment becomes clean and the community gets income from the waste bank.

Abstract

Sosialisasi Pendidikan Politik calon Pemilih Pemula bagi kalangan pelajar SMP/SMA, khususnya yang akan atau sudah memasuki usia pemilih pemula, perlu diberikan agar mereka melek/paham demokrasi. Melalui sosialisasi, para siswa yang bakal menggunakan hak pilihnya bisa berpartisipasi dalam memberikan suaranya pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang. Sehingga kalangan pelajar atau pemilih pemula perlu dibekali dengan pendidikan politik karena mereka adalah calon-calon pemilih yang akan memberikan hak suaranya pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang atau yang akan datang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan potensi pemilih pemula yang dimiliki Desa Gunung Sari dalam keikutsertaannya pada pemilu akan datang maupun kedepannya. Dilaksanakan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan interaktif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah metode yang berdasarkan pada filsafat postpositivisme yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah Kepada pemiih pemula SMP dan SMA Desa Gunung Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Selor dalam kegiatan tersebut disampaikan tenang kondisi saat ini menjelang pemilu
