Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk memperoleh perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada materi fungsi menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL dan model pembelajaran langsung di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga. 2) Untuk memperoleh model pembelajaran yang memberikan hasil belajar siswa yang lebih baik antara model pembelajaran PBL dan model pembelajaran langsung pada materi fungsi di kelas VIII siswa SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga. Uji hipotesis menggunkan uji t pihak kanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan One-Shot Case Study Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dan terdiri dari 4 kelas yang berjumlah 111 siswa. ­Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Kelas yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas PBL yang berjumlah 28 orang dan siswa kelas VIIID sebagai kelas pembelajaran langsung yang berjumlah 28 orang. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas VIIIA 71,07 dengan standar deviasi 15,08 dan kelas VIIID 63,04 dengan standar deviasi 13,61. Berdasarkan perhitungan untuk uji hipotesis pihak kanan diperoleh thitung = 2,09 dan ttabel = 1,681 pada taraf signifikan 0,05, karena nilai thitung > ttabel, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga untuk hipotesis pihak kanan dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran problem based learning memberikan hasil belajar siswa lebih baik pada materi fungsi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga daripada model pembelajaran langsung. Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran problem based learning, model pembelajaran langsung, hasil belajar. Abstract: The purpose of this study is 1). To obtain differences in student learning outcomes on functional materials using PBL learning model and direct learning model in Class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga. 2) To obtain a learning model that provides better student learning outcomes between the PBL learning model and the direct learning model on the functional material in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga. Hypothesis test using right side t test. This research is a quantitative research experiment with research design using One-Shot Case Study Design. The population of this study is all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga registered in the academic year 2017/2018 and consists of 4 classes amounting to 111 students. Teknik sampling technique is done by simple random sampling. The class that is the research sample is the students of class VIIIA as the PBL class which is 28 people and the students of class VIIID as the direct learning class which is 28 people. The result of data analysis obtained the average value of class VIIIA 71,07 with standard deviation 15,08 and class VIIID 63,04 with standard deviation 13,61. Based on the calculation for right side hypothesis test obtained thitung = 2.09 and ttable = 1.681 at significant level 0.05, because tcount> ttable, then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. So for the right-handed hypothesis can be concluded that the learning-based model of learning-based learning gives better learning outcomes of students on the subject matter of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga than the direct learning model. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan kurikulum kolaborasi di SMK Al Muallim Kesugihan yang bertujuan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara keterampilan yang diajarkan di sekolah dengan kebutuhan industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus pada kolaborasi antara sekolah, industri, dan komunitas dalam mengembangkan kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan pasar kerja. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum kolaborasi berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan non-teknis siswa, serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka. Siswa mendapatkan pengalaman langsung melalui praktik kerja dan magang di industri. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kurikulum kolaborasi dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK. Rekomendasi kebijakan mencakup pengembangan model kolaborasi yang lebih adaptif serta pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how to understand effective and innovative models applied in science learning. Modifications, especially to some teaching methods, are made entirely in the context of development or adjustment to needs. Learning design is the practice of compiling communication technology media and content to assist in the effective transfer of knowledge between teachers and students. Learning design is also a design for the learning process based on learning needs and objectives and the delivery system so that it becomes a reference in its implementation to create effective and efficient learning by minimizing students' difficulties in understanding learning. On the personal development of students by paying more attention to the life of the realm of taste, especially the emotional side. The help of the personal model clump is more emphasized on the formation and organization of the unique realities of environmental life and life. It is hoped that by using this learning model the teaching and learning process can help students develop their own productive relationships with their environment. Students as students can also realize themselves as "personal" who are skilled enough to interact with outsiders so as to produce a conducive pattern of interpersonal relationships.

Abstract

Alpha-pinene is the main compound in turpentine oil and is widely used as a fragrance, fine chemistry, flavour, and antibacterial. Due to the presence of unsaturated double bonds in its structure, this compound’s chemical properties are relatively active. Hydrogenation is a common method for saturating compounds and nickel has shown good activity in this process as catalysts. However, it often shows reaction conditions such as high pressure. The research method added nickel chloride to a suspension mixture of NaBH4 in isopropyl alcohol until a black colloidal solution and a-pinene reagents were added. Hydrogen gas was added in different conditions, with a pressure of 2-4 atm at the temperature of 50-60 oC 24h. The result showed a nickel formed at a nanoparticle size of 34-81 nm. Furthermore, FT-IR results show a difference in intensity at wavelengths of 1600 and 3000 cm-1, indicating the formation of hydrogenation products. The GC-MS shows a new peak at a retentivity of 5.503, which characteristics show that it is identified as a pinane compound with the highest percentage of 63% at a reaction condition of 4 atm.

Abstract

Hardness water removal using adsorbent ester cellulose citrate from Papyrus Fibers (Borrasus flabelifer L) from East Nusa Tenggara modified with citric acid has been done. The Adsorbent was modified with 0.6 mol/L citric acid at 120o C for one-half hour. The Adsorbent ester cellulose citrate from papyrus fibers (Borassus flabelifer L) has an ester carbonyl functional group (C=O) and O-H alcohol active group (O-H), which react to Ca2+ and Mg2+ from hardness water. The effects of adsorption conditions, such as contact time, pH, and hardness water concentrations were studied. The result shows that ester cellulose citrate from Papyrus Fibers (Borrasus flabelifer L) can remove hard water. The best condition for adsorption hardness water using ester cellulose citrate adsorbent from papyrus fibers in 6 h contact time with pH 6 and 250 mg/L as CaCO3 hardness water. Abstract

This study identifies the phytochemical compounds in ethanolic extracts of Syzygium myrtifolium leaves, applies it to developing composite bioplastics as a natural antibacterial agent, and compares it with composite bioplastics prepared with sodium benzoate, particularly regarding inhibition zone diameter and microstructure. The results showed that the phytochemicals were identified in the ethanolic extract of Syzygium myrtifolium leaves, like flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, phenolics, terpenoids, and saponins. LC-MS confirming bioactive in it as auraptenol, calopiptin, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide, and quercetin-3-O-L-arabinopyranoside. Moreover, in vitro tests showed that composite bioplastics with the ethanolic extracts of Syzygium myrtifolium had inhibition zone diameter against E. coli, similar to those with sodium benzoate added. Additionally, the microstructure of the composite bioplastics with the ethanolic extracts of Syzygium myrtifolium was rougher, irregular, and more porous than those of another. It indicated that the ethanolic extract of Syzygium myrtifolium leaf could be used as a natural antibacterial agent to replace the chemical agent.

Abstract

Shaykh Nawawi al-Bantani's contributions in the 19th century to grounding Islamic law in Nusantara mark a pivotal moment in Indonesian Islamic history. Despite previous research on his scholarly work and influence, studies have often focused on general education and tasawwuf, leaving a significant gap in analyzing his profound impact on Shafi'i jurisprudence and its integration into the Indonesian archipelago. This research addresses how al-Bantani facilitated the dissemination and popularization of Islamic law, mainly through his prolific writings and the network of students he mentored. By employing qualitative historical analysis, this study examines primary texts authored by al-Bantani, such as Nihayah al-Zain and Qut al-Habib, alongside secondary literature on his intellectual legacy. The analysis reveals al-Bantani's distinctive approach to bridging advanced Shafi'i jurisprudential concepts with practical applications, resonating with scholars and laypersons in the Indonesian archipelago. His works, widely adopted and taught by his students, stimulated a shift from a dominant tasawwuf-oriented framework to a jurisprudential focus in Islamic studies. This research underscores the necessity of revisiting the Indonesian archipelago's intellectual legacy to recognize its crucial role in modern Islamic discourse. Future studies should investigate al-Bantani's contributions comprehensively to other disciplines, such as hadith and theology, to illuminate his multifaceted legacy.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide knowledge and resolve unresolved problems related to waste management in Punan Dulau Village, Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency. The problem is that there is no landfill in the village so that people in managing household waste tend to throw it into the river and burn it which can cause environmental damage in the village. Therefore, it is important to carry out the Waste Bank Socialization activity as a Strategy to Strengthen Community Participation in Punan Dulau Village, Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency. The method in this service activity uses the method and provides direct examples in the process of making a Waste Bank as a Strategy to Strengthen Community Participation in Punan Dulau Village, Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency. Furthermore, the results of this service activity can provide knowledge to the community about the importance of protecting the environment by creating a Waste Bank in Punan Dulau Village in order to solve the waste problem that has not been resolved so far so that the environment becomes clean and the community gets income from the waste bank.
