Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to provide counseling and assistance regarding the creation of multimedia content to MSMEs in Ilir Barat II District, Palembang City. The implementation of this Community Service activity is carried out using the method of distributing materials, lectures, and discussions/questions and answers. The results of this activity show that participants are increasingly educated and skilled in applying multimedia concepts in developing their businesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin Kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Polres Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai Polres Banyuasin. Jumlah populasi adalah sebesar 303 responden dimana sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian adalah sebanyak 172 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling jenis proportionate random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Polres Banyuasin dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Polres Banyuasin. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah agar lebih memperhatikan Disiplin Kerja pegawai terutama pada dimensi Bekerja Etis dan untuk Pengembangan Karir pegawai diharapkan lebih memperhatikan akses informasi pengembangan karir di Polres Banyuasin, selanjutnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Polres Banyuasin diharapkan agar dapat memberi evaluasi terhadap kualitas dan keterampilan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transactional and work skills on employee performance mediated by work discipline at the Research and Development Agency of Lahat Regency. Respondents of this study were 60 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing application. The results of this study found that 1. Transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 2. work skills have a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 3. work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4. transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5. work skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6. transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline, 7. Transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline, Transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee performance, and Work skill has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee performance through work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work engagement on the performance of PT Al Quratu Rizky Pratama's outsourced employees. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The samples studied in this study were 80 respondents who were outsourced employees of PT Al Quratu Rizky Pratama. Based on the statistical t test conducted, it can be concluded that the motivation variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 <alpha 0.05. Based on the statistical t test conducted, it can be concluded that the work engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.002 <alpha 0.005. Based on the simultaneous f test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <alpha 0.005, it can be concluded that motivation and work engagement as a whole have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 83.7%, the remaining 16.3% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.
