Abstract

This research seeks to explore the relationship between psychology and law, namely how psychology can provide new perspective in the field of law. Furthermore, this study wants to find out how the forgiveness process takes place and what factors influence it, as well as how forgiveness can be an alternative settlement of crime. This research is an empirical normative legal research using a conceptual approach. This research produces several findings, firstly there is a common thread between psychology and law that makes them complementary to human life. Secondly, forgiveness is a personal step that can be taken to make a person more easily at peace with circumstances, including in a crime. Thirdly, because it is considered beneficial, it needs a legal umbrella that explicitly regulates forgiveness as an alternative in resolving criminal acts other than imprisonment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the shift in the value of the Kungkuman Tugu Suharto tradition in a psychological perspective. This research is elaborative with a qualitative approach. The sample used in this study were five subjects. Data collection techniques in this research by means of interviews. The results of this study indicate that the kungkum ritual at Tugu Soeharto currently has a transformation of social change with different meanings and goals. The kungkum ritual which was originally always associated with the means of seeking the "blessings" of Suharto's power and glory finally experienced a shift in meaning into a form of public trust where the kungkum tradition at the Soeharto Monument contains local wisdom that should be maintained in the effort to conserve the natural surroundings.

Abstract

This form of community service activity aims to provide information or knowledge for educators in carrying out the teaching and learning process in schools. Activities are carried out through online seminars, which are aimed at the teaching profession for kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school and university circles. The material presented covered three topics, including Pedagogic Competence for Educators in the Digital Age, Design of Fun Learning Methods to Increase Learning Motivation, and the Role of Educators as Role Models for Students in Character Development. After participants take part in an online seminar related to the above themes, it is hoped that educators can carry out their duties optimally in educating the nation's children by prioritizing the term "Teacher (at Gugu lan di Tiru)" in the sense that an educator can be used as an example and as a role model in implementing learning process

Abstract

Empati merupakan ketrampilan pada diri individu yang harus ditanamkan sejak dini. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pelatihan empati pada anak-anak kelas 2 dan 3 SD Negeri Barusari 02 Kota Semarang. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan sikap empati pada anak sejak dini. Sebaganyak 40 partisipan anak-anak kelas 2 dan 3 yang ikut dalan pelatihan ini. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam waktu satu hari pada tanggal 10 Maret 2023 pukul 08.00- 12.00. Pelatihan terdiri dari tiga sesi yakni sesi pretest, sesi pelatihan dan sesi posttest. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah mengajak anak berdiskusi tentang pengertian empati dan macam-macam emosi, menunjukkan video-gambar-foto dan membahasnya bersama anak, membaca cerita dan mendorong anak untuk bertanya atau berkomentar, meminta anak untuk menggambar dan berceritera tentang gambarnya, memberi tugas yang harus dikerjakan anak di rumah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang signifikan berdasarkan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan. Anak lebih bisa bersikap berempati terhadap lingkungannya.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between bullying and psychological well-being using a quantitative approach. The data in this research was obtained from filling out questionnaires by 50 students at Karangturi National University, Semarang. The research data was then analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation analysis technique with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the research showed that the sig (2-tailed) correlation test value was -0.755 (p < 0.05) which indicated that the bullying variable had a relationship. significant negative with the psychological well-being variable, meaning that high levels of bullying behavior pose a risk of reducing students' psychological well-being . Thus, (Ho) the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a negative relationship between bullying and psychological well-being in student victims of bullying at Karangturi National University, Semarang.
