Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare bankruptcy of prediction modelbetween Almtan Z-Score and Logistics models. We use secondary data which get from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Purposive sampling is used to get the sample. T-test paired sample is use to analyse the data. The result shows that both of the model have difference result in predicting of bankruptcy. Furthermore we suggest to use Altman model to predict bankruptcy because the result is more accurate than the logistics model.Keywords: Altman Z-score and Logistic, bankruptcy

Abstract

This research aim to test influence of Performance Company, Good Corporate Governance to Corporate Social Responsibility with Good Corporate Governance as moderating variable. Research data applies time series obtained from IDX Statistic, and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory) inscribed in BEI from time line 2009 to 2012. Population in this research is all company non financialand number of samples 52 companies by passing phase purposive sampling. Analysis technique used in this research is doubled linear regression to obtain picture that is totally about relation between variable one with other. And research applies application program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Statistics 21. Result is indicating that all variables influential positive to corporate social responsibility. And result of adjusted R square 91,1% which can influence corporate social responsibility at company non financial BEI.Keywords: Performance Company, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Kencana Amal Tani PKS - Seberida. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, non-financial compensation and job satisfacation on employee loyality. The study population was 78 employees and is set with models census. Research variables used are the non-physical work environment, non-financial compensation and job satisfacation as independent variables and employee loyality as dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS version 21.The results of this study concluded that the variable non-physical work environment, non-financial compensation, and job satisfacition positive and significant effect on employee loyality. In this case the non-phsical work environment, the company should increase activities that can foster a sense of togetherness among employess. Non-financial compensation can be enhanced by company’s employees by giving praise, promotions and awards for excellent employees. Variable empluee satisfacation can be improved by placing the employee in the right position, raises salaries, promotion for excellent employee and make good non physical work environment. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the direct and indirect effect of good corporate governance, bond rating with the investment opportunity and the capital structure on the companies participating in CGPI listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange 2009-2012. Purpose sampling method used to get our sample. Then, the analytical method used is path analysis in accordance with the purpose of research which analyzes the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The result shows that: (1) Good Corporate Governance Index and Bond Rating have a positive direct effect but not significant to the Investment Opportunity, (2) Corporate Governance Index has a positive direct effect but not significant to the Capital Structure, (3) Bond Rating have a negative direct effect and not significant to the capital structure, (4) Investment Opportunity have a negative indirectly effect and significant to the capital structure, (5) Good Corporate Governance Index and Bond Rating does not have an indirect effect to the Capital Structure through Investment Opportunity.Keywords : good corporate governance index, rating obligasi, investment opportunity, capital structure

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Institutional Ownership and Leverage (DER) of the Dividend Policy (DPR) by the Free Cash Flow as a moderating variable. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011-2015. The dependent variable in this study is the dividend policy (DPR), while the independent variable is institutional ownership and leverage (DER). This study has a population of 137 companies in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. This study using purposive sampling techniques and sample that meets as many as 44 companies. Data processing method using multiple regression analysis and regression moderation. 21:00 SPSS software version. The results showed that the variables Institutional Ownership, Leverage, and Free Cash Flow simultaneously significant effect on Dividend Policy. While partially, variable Institutional Ownership significant negative effect on Dividend Policy, Leverage has no effect and no significant effect on Dividend Policy, Free Cash Flow to moderate the relationship Institutional Ownership Dividend Policy and Free Cash Flow are not moderate the relationship Leverage the Dividend Policy.Keywords: Dividend Policy (DPR), Institutional Ownership, Leverage (DER), and Free Cash Flow.

Abstract

The study was conducted on the property & real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2009-2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the current ratio, net profit margin, return on equity, total asset turnover and debt to equity ratio toward the predicted change in earnings. The population in this study are all property & real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2013 as many as 42 companies. The sampling technique by purposive sampling by certain criteria. Based on the established criteria, there are 37 companies that meet the sample’s criteria. Analysis of data using multiple regression models.These results concluded that the Return On Equity has a partially significant effect on earnings growth. Debt to Equity Ratio has an effect on earnings changes. Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on earnings growth, Net Profit Margin do not have a significant effect on earnings growth. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction and loyalty of employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. The population in this study were all employees of the office at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar totaling 102 people. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. Based on the results of data analysis known that the organizational culture affect the job satisfaction of employees, work motivation influence on job satisfaction of employees, organizational culture influence on employee loyalty r, motivation effect on employee loyalty, job satisfaction effect on employee, organizational culture influence on employee loyalty through employee satisfaction, and work motivation influence on employee loyalty through employee satisfaction in. Abstract

Investment is a growing number of funds in hopes of getting higher returns in the future. To minimize risk, The investment can do in a portfolio. The purpose of this study to analyze the formation of a portfolio of 12 stocks of BUMN buly using single index models and Markowitz models. In addition, by using these two methods can also be known what proportion of funds that should be invested in each stock, in order to provide returns expected by investors by reducing the risk to be borne. Then, test the hypothesis by using t-test. The result of this research in a combination of shares and the proportion of funds is different between the portfolio by using a single index models and portfolio by using Markowitz models, but there is no different in the t-test that the returns generated.Keywords: investment, optimal portfolio, single index models, and Markowitz models.

Abstract

This research was conducted on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with years of research from 2009 to 2012. The data required in this study were obtained by means of the research literature-literature published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely Indonesian Capital Directory (ICMD) issued by the Economic and Financial Instute for using secondary data to collect data in the form of documentation, archives and other data which supports research related to the study variables. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of managerial ownership on financial distress, to provide empirical evidence on the effect of institutional ownership on financial distress, to provide empirical evidence about the influence of foreign ownership of financial distress. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is no influence of managerial ownership with financial distress on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there are significant institutional ownership with financial distress on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there is no influence of foreign ownership in financial distress at the company mining listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Limitations of the research in this study to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and foreign ownership of financial distress. The object of research is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2012. Advice can be given is to the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange, oversight of ownership in each company to be made more strict and firm, and establishes rules regarding the ownership of the share capital. And expected to be able to measure the factors that cause financial distress at the company in addition to the variables that I researched.Keywords : Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Foreign Ownership, Financial Distress.
