Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, karena pengetahuan tentang motivasi baik yang bersifat teoritis maupun praktis penting dikedepankan. Motivasi memang perlu dipahami oleh para prefesional dan wirausahawan, mengingat mereka sering dihadapkan pada orang-orang dalam aktivitas sehari-harinya, dimana aktivitas dengan orang-orang ini dapat mempengaruh gerak langkah kesuksesannya.Kepuasan kerja dan motivasi memiliki kaitan yang cukup erat dalam diri seorang karyawan, dimana karyawan dengan motivasi yang tinggi dan kepuasan yang tinggakan memberikan kontribusi tinggi terhadap perusahaan, atas kontribusi yang tinggmaka perusahaan akan memiliki outcomes yang tinggi, dan dengan outcomes yantinggi, maka perusahaan dapat memenuhi keinginan dan harapan balas jasa yangbanyakpada diri karyawan.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran E-Commerce dalammeningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil dan menengah ( UKM ). Penggunaankomputer dalam bidang pemasaran dan penjualan dalam beberapa tahun terakhirberkembang dengan pesatnya. Dengan adanya internet proses pemasaran danpenjualan dapat dilakukan kapan saja tanpa terikat ruang dan waktu. Salah satupenerapan internet dalam bidang bisnis dan perdagangan adalah electroniccommerce (e-commerce).Usaha Kecil dan Menengah ( UKM ) merupakan kelompok pelaku ekonomiterbesar dalam perekonomian Indonesia dan menjadi dinamisator pertumbuhanekonomi pasca krisis ekonomi. Selain menjadi sektor usaha yang paling besarkontribusinya terhadap pembangunan Nasional, UKM juga menciptakan peluangkerja yang cukup besar bagi tenaga kerja dalam negeri, sehngga sangatmembantu upaya mengurangi pengangguran.Salah satu kunci keberhasilan usaha kecil dan menengah adalah tersedianyapasar yang jelas bagi produk UKM. Sementara itu kelemahan mendasar yangdihadapi UKM dalam bidang pemasaran adalah orientasi pasar rendah, lemahdalam persaingan yang kompleks dan tajam serta tidak memadainya infrastrukturpemasaran. Menghadapi mekanisme pasar yang makin terbuka dan kompetitif,penguasaan pasar merupakan prasyarat untuk meningkatkan daya saing . Olehkarena itu peran pemerintah diperlukan dalam mendorong keberhasilan UKMuntuk memperluas akses pasar melalui pemberian fasilitas teknologi informasiberbasis web yang dapat digunakan sebagai media komunkasi bisnis global.Dengan demikian diharapkan UKM dapat mendapatkan berbagai keuntungandalam mempromosikan usahanya, mengakses informasi faktor-faktor produksi,melakukan transaksi usaha, serta melakukan komunikasi bisnis lainnya secaraglobal, dalam rangka memperluas jaringan usahanya.Kata Kunci : E- Commerce, UKM, World Wide Web (www).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation, performance appraisal and compensation together on employee job satisfaction PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru. To determine the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru. To determine the effect of performance on job satisfaction PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru. To find partial compensation effect on employee job satisfaction PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru. Research method used is multiple linear regression. The population of this study were employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru Riau with Capem its existing underlying numbering as many as 186 people overall. Because the population is large enough, then the selected samples by using Slovin and obtained a sample of 65 respondents by simple random sampling. The results show that of respondents with respect to motivation PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru, motivation of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru rated as good. The results for the variable motivation partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Respondents about performance appraisal in PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru rated as good. Performance appraisals are partially significant effect on job satisfaction. Of the total respondents about the compensation of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru considered quite good. Respondents about the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru rated as good. Abstract

This study aims to know how the influence of monitoring, health and safety to motivation and performance at PT. Sawit Inti Raya Kecamatan Batang Gansal Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were all employees who work in the company of 102 employees. While the sampling was done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done shows that supervision and motivation Work directly significant effect on employee performance. Health and safety at work does not affect the performance. There is no direct influence Surveillance and Health and safety at work the Employee Performance through employee motivation. Expected to companies in order to increase the sense of love / happy employees to work undertaken for example by delivering good work, facilities and infrastructure that support and nurture employees to ensure their basic needs such as providing with the compensation, allowances, incentives and other things that can trigger motivation employees in the work. With that employees will feel heavy for leaving the compan. Abstract

The study held in PT. Sentra Karya Cahaya Raya Pekanbaru. The aim is to analyze the influence of supervision and financial compensation to employees’ discipline. Population are all employees, consist of 61 employees that selected by using cencus method. Variables are supervision, financial compensation and discipline. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows.The study reveals that both supervision and financial compensation significantly influence employees’ discipline either partially or simultaneously. Supervision has the stronger effect to employees’ discipline rather than financial compensation.It is recommended to push employees’ discipline up by running a more effective supervision system and some enhancement as well as some adjustments in financial components such as bonus, pension program and adjust salary amount with the newest regional minimum wages regulation.Keywords: Supervision, Financial Compensation and Discipline

Abstract

The purpose this study was to determine how influence of incentives, competence and expenses work to discipline employees at PT. National Pension Savings Bank (BPTN) Branch Pekanbaru. The population in this study are employees of the National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) Branch Pekanbaru 2015 that amounted to 77 people. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. Based results of data analysis known that providing incentives, competencies and expenses work partially and simultaneously have influence to discipline of employees at PT. National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) Branch Pekanbaru. The large number of such influence is 61.9%. Expected to companies in order to improve work discipline of its employees by providing attractive incentives, improving the competence of employees in the work and adjust the workload for employees. For example, by giving sanctions against employees who violate company rules and regulations so that it can make employees very alert and careful in work.Keyword : Incentives, Competence, Expenses Work and Discipline Employees.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru, with the aim to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior to employees. The population in this research were 134 people , by using the obtained sample slovin numbered 100 people. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis of the data by using SPSS 21. The results showed that the variable Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment simultaneously significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior . Furthermore, based on the partial test can be seen that Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment significantly effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee. To the company expected need to increase the commitment of its employees in terms of a sense of responsibility towards the wider community and the dangers to the organization. Likewise with Professional Commitment, Expected to employees in order to more closely follow developments in the company. In addition, leaders must also provide motivation to work so that Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be improved.Keywords :Organizational Commitment, Professional and Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of partiallyleadership and motivation on teacher performance and to identify and analyze simultaneously the influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru.Untuk identify and analyze the variables that most significantly influence the performance of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru. The population is all teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaruthat number as many as 83 people. For sampling the study, researchers used a technique Slovin the study sample was 45 people with the sampling random method (simple random sampling). Data collection techniques in this study was through questionnaires (questionaire) and interview (interview). In this study analyzed data using descriptive method, also using multiple linear regression analysisFrom the results of this study concluded partially for leadership variablessignificantly influence employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru also partially motivational variables significantly influence employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, the two independent variables, namely leadership and motivational variables have a relationship with the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 01Pekanbaru (Y), it can be proven through multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.945.Penelitin also diketauaai relationship of the independent variable (leadership and motivation) to employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru (Y) is equal to 88.70%. Variables most significantly influence the performance of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru is the motivation for most of the T value.For authors suggest that schools should pay more attention to the goodrelationship between leaders and subordinates because it is a very big connection with employee performance improvement. If teachers in carrying out daily tasks to get the problem, then the supervision of a good leader will be able to look for solutions and solving problems faced by teachers will carry out duties properly. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sreambi Media Press di Kota Padang in order to determine the effect of variable work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously to stress the work of journalists PT. Serambi Media Press di Kota Padang. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Serambi Media Press di Kota Padang. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees of 60 people and made in the sample. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously significant effect on work stress reporters PT. Serambi Media Press di Kota Padang. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the work environment and individual characteristics significantly influence work stress reporters. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.744, which means, work environment and individual characteristics together influence the work stress reporters PT. Serambi Media Press di Kota Padang, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Work Environment, Individual Characteristics and Job Stress

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Oto Multiartha pekanbaru branch road Tambusai Pekabaru lord , this study aimed to determine the effect of discipline and work environment variables simultaneously or partially on work performance of employees of PT. Auto Multi Artha Pekanbaru Branch . The sampling method using census method with a sample size of 62 people . Data collection methods used were interviews directly to parties - parties involved with the issues that are being discussed and gave questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted . Data were analyzed using Qualitative and Quantitative Methods Methods that use that formula Descriptive Statistics, Test Data Quality , Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing, with the help of software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions ) . The results showed that simultaneous Discipline of Work and Work workplace significant effect on Employee Job Performance in PT.Oto Multiartha Pekanbaru Branch , partially Variable work Discipline and Working Environment significant effect on employee performance PT . Oto Multiartha Pekanbaru Branch . regression coefficient is positive ( + ) indicates a unidirectional relationship , in other words Discipline and work environment will improve employee work performance at PT. Auto Multi Artha Pekanbaru Branch. Correlation or relationship between the discipline and the work environment Work with employees at PT . Auto Multi Artha Pekanbaru Branch is strong at ( r = 0.743 ) and the coefficient of determination or R square figures amounted to 0.553
