Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kredit Penelitian dilakukan pada 48 bengkelmotor Castrol Bike Point (CBP) yang ada di Pekanbaru dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis variabelpersepsi nilai, yang terdiri dari kualitas produk, harga, kualitas layanan, faktor emosional dankemudahan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam membeli produk minyak pelumas merek castrol diPekanbaru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik quotasampling dan purposive sampling maka terpilih 100 orang sampel.Analisis dilakukan secara metode deskriptif kuantitatif, Dari hasil uji F diketahui bahwa seluruhvariabel bebas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji tmenunjukkan bahwa variabel emosional memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan terhadap variabelkepuasan konsumen.Besar pengaruh yang ditimbulkan (R2) oleh kelima variabel secara bersama-sama terhadap variabelterikatnya 90,6%, sedangkan 9,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti.Rekomendasi yang dapat diajukan antara lain pihak pengelola bengkel CBP sebaiknya memberikanlayanan yang lebih berkualitas dengan menyediakan ruang tunggu yang memadai dan air minumgratis dan memberikan kenyamanan bagi konsumen dalam membeli produk Castrol denganmemastikan secara berkala persediaan produk harus tetap ada di setiap bengkel CBP yang ada diPekanbaru.

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. British American Tobacco Indonesia (BATI) Tbk. cabang Pekanbarusebagai pemasar rokok lucky strike di seluruh Provinsi Riau dengan tujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh dimensi produk dan promosi terhadap citra merek rokok lucky strike. Dari populasi perokokLucky Strike di kota Pekanbaru ditentukan 90 orang sampel berdasarkan aturan Roscoe dengan teknikaccidental random sampling. Sedangkan dalam penganalisaan data, digunakan metode deskriptifkuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kedua variabel bebas (produk dan promosi) secarasignifikan mempengaruhi citra merek Lucky Strike baik secara parsial maupun simultan dan variabelyang paling berpengaruh terhadap citra merek rokok Lucky Strike di kota Pekanbaru adalah promosi.Rekomendasi yang dapat diajukan sebaiknya senantiasa dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkankegiatan promosinya, seperti menjadi sponsor acara musik atau olahraga.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Self leadership employee's on performance. Selfleadership is expected and positive relationship to employee's performance.Self leadership are defined as a process in which the leaders take actions to try to increase theirassociates’ awareness of what is right and important, to raise their associates..The population of this study is the employee of PTPN V in Riau, who has a position at middle manager.Using a sample of 146 middle manager, the author tested structural equation modeling (SEM). Selfleadership has a significant and positive effect on employee’s performance of PT PerkebunanNusantara V Riau.The result of this study has an important meaning to PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Riau and also toThe Plantation of The State Owned Enterprise. This study results a finding that the self leadership ofthe middle manager will increase the employee's performance .

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Cabang Bandar UdaraSultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru yang beralamat di Jalan Perhubungan UdaraKelurahan Maharatu Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kotamadya Pekanbarudengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pelangganpenumpang domestik) terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II(Persero) Cabang Bandara SSK II Pekanbaru. Penentuan sampel denganmenggunakan teknik Proportionate Random Sampling diperoleh sebanyak 100(seratus) responden yang melakukan perjalanan domestikDari hasil analisis diperoleh variabel Keandalan (Reliability), Daya Tanggap,Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Emphaty), Bukti Langsung (Tangibles)memberikan kontribusi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan.Dari Diagram Kartesius dapat dilihat atribut-atribut atau faktor-faktor yangharus diperhatikan untuk ditingkatkan. Saran pada kuadran B dan C dimanayang mendapatkan prosentase tertinggi . Pada kuadran B menyatakan faktorkepuasan yang sangat penting bagi pelanggan, namun sudah dilakukan denganbaik oleh perusahaan sehingga wajib dipertahankan. Sedangkan pada kuadran Cmerupakan faktor kepuasan yang dianggap kurang penting bagi pelanggan,namun sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh perusahaan. Sedangkan pada kuadranA j'uga harus diperhatikan, karena merupakan prioritas utama yang harusdilaksanakan agar sesiuxi dengan harapan pelanggan.

The study was conducted on employees Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial perception of the Employee Empowerment Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. There are five variables, one dependent variable and four independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 98 people. Research using test equipment and multiple regression analysis using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis,using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0. The analysis showed that there are significant variables simultaneously and partially Meaningfullness, Competence Self-Determination and Impact on Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. The variables that most strongly to Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is variable Self-Determination (X3) when all employees are good Employee Empowerment is good, it will be able to lower the Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu MayangGarden Hotel Pekanbaru. This study was conducted at PT . Priatama Riau Gardens Rupat with the aim of analyzing the influence of the work environment variables and employee safety & health ( k3 ) , the job satisfaction of employees at PT . Riau Priatama Rupat Gardens . Population is staying employees to 116 people. Sampling was conducted using census or sample saturated 54 people made as a sample of respondents , the analysis method used is descriptive quantitative methods , data analysis carried out simultaneously and partial ( multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0 ) . From the results of simultaneous testing (Test F), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction variables . Partial regression test (t test ) showed that the variables lingkungankerja (X1)and employee safety & health ( X2) is more significant effect on job satisfaction of employees(Y) at PT. Priatama RiauKebun Rupat. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together against the dependent variable of this means that the variable work environment and occupational health & safety of employees (k3), jointly influencing employee satisfaction with variable percentage of. While , affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment variables and employee safety & health ( k3 ) simultaneously and partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Priatama RiauKebun Rupat . The study was conducted at PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto Jl. Southern District of New Logas Koto Regency Kuantan Singingi. With the aim to determine the effect of simultaneous commitment and discipline on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Eternal Wahyuda Koto Baru, next to determine the effect of commitment on job satisfaction PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto, and to determine the effect on employee job satisfaction discipline PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto. In this study population studied were employees of the office of PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto totaling 68 people. The sampling method used is the census of 68 employees of PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto. Multiple Linear Regression method is to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (Y) with the independent variable (X) is used as the data analysis necessary to first examine the validity and reliability of research data. The results showed that there was a significant effect of both simultaneously and significantly between the variables of commitment and discipline to the job satisfaction of employees of PT. This research conducted in PT. Jasaraharja Putera branch Pekanbaru in order to analyze the effect of job experience and performance assessment on employee’s career development. Both primary or secondary data used in this study, in which those datas are collected by using questioner. Population consist of entire employees. Sample technique by cencus is used consist of 41 employees. Job experience and performance assessment used as independent, while career development is dependent variable. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis assisted by SPSS 17 for windows. This study reveals that job experience and performance assessment influence significantly, either simultaneously or partially, on employee’s career development. Performance assessment gives stronger effect to career development than the effect given by job experience. This research urges some recommendation to management in order to enhance the experience quality by delivering training, job rotation and adjust competence and intention along with the job position. Performance assessment need to be enhanced by conducting workload analysis, implementing a consistence sanction and sending employees into motivational seminars.Keywords: Job Experience, Performance Asessment and Career Development

This study was conducted based on PT Daya Guna Sejahtera Rokan Hilir. The study held in PT. Sentra Karya Cahaya Raya Pekanbaru. The aim is to analyze the influence of supervision and financial compensation to employees’ discipline. Population are all employees, consist of 61 employees that selected by using cencus method. Variables are supervision, financial compensation and discipline. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows.The study reveals that both supervision and financial compensation significantly influence employees’ discipline either partially or simultaneously. Supervision has the stronger effect to employees’ discipline rather than financial compensation.It is recommended to push employees’ discipline up by running a more effective supervision system and some enhancement as well as some adjustments in financial components such as bonus, pension program and adjust salary amount with the newest regional minimum wages regulation.Keywords: Supervision, Financial Compensation and Discipline
