This study was conducted on March 10th until March 20th, 2013. This study aims to determine the public perception about the use of the Siak River fishermen. The method used in this study is a survey method and determination of the respondents in this study is "Simple Random Sampling" by 24 respondents.The results of this research is the public perception of the use value of the Siak River and at the same level of perception, seen from the value of the public perception of the use of the Siak River 18 respondents (75%) stated that the Siak River is not safe to be used for the needs of fishing communities, at the same level of perception is in the category of less secure in the range of 1040-1455 which means the Siak River water can only be used for Industry, Fisheries, Transportation, Agriculture and Settlement.Keyword: the perception of the fishing community, the use of the Siak River

This study was conducted in August 2015 located in the village Sungai Paku Subsdistrict Kampar Kiri District Kampar the Province Riau. Research aims to: 1) explain the differences in the means of production (input supply) of owned members of the group farming and non the farmers to cultivator of the; 2) explained the difference in the number and value of production owned members of the group farming and non the farmers; and 3) explain the differences in the cost and income owned members of the group farming and non the farmers to cultivator.Methods used in research it will be a method of survey to the determination of the respondents in proportional sampling.Based on research results obtained, it can be argued that there is no difference the use of production facilities (seeds and feed) owned by cultivator of the that in groups with cultivator of the non groups at a venture the cultivation of fish system buoyant cages net village in the Sungai Paku subsdistrict Kampar Kiri district Kampar. Then, there is a difference production average and the resulting cultivator of the production, where cultivator of the in groups produce production more than cultivator of the non groups farming.This is causing differences in net income average produced cultivator of the, a cultivator of the in groups produce income more than cultivator of the non groups farming.Keywords: comparison, input supply, income

This research was conducted on 1 to 7Octobert 2013 in the Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. This research purposed to investigate the characteristics of fish farmers, knew socio-economic conditions in the case of ownership of assets, knew the attitude of fish farmers. This research used survey method. Respondents in this research was fish farmers who use mini pellet mill of 15 people. The data collected was primary data and secondary data .From the social economy there are a lot of changes , such as changes in education,employment, income and asset ownership change. Results of farmers attitudes analysis of pricing was mostly good, namely 100,00%. Farmers attitude towards social assistance also showed a good attitude at 46,67%. Farmers attitude towardsawareness processing of the mill in protecting the environment showed a less favorable attitude at 53,30%.Key words : Attitude, Pellet mill, Aquaculture

This research was conduted on 27th May to 3th June 2013 in Tanjung Rambutan Village, district of Kampar that located in regent of Kampar Riau Province. This research was determined purposively with survey method. The respondents was taken by simple random sampling.The purpose of this study was to describe public characteristics are age, education, income and number of dependents. Analyzed public‟s perception of ex quarry land utlization and know how much the relationship public perception characteristics Tanjung Rambutan village between the ex quarry land utilization (Quarri) used the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficienttest.The results of this study indicated that the public perception of the ex quarry land utilization as a whole was in the category of "Good", with a score of 1496, which is in the range 1283-1795. Internal factor did not have significant affect to respondent‟s percepcion in Tanjung Rambutan village (age, education, occupation and income). While number of dependents had significant correlanced to respondents percepcion about quarri land utilization in Tanjung Rambutan.Keyword: Perception, Tanjung Rambutan Village, Ex quarry land (Quarri)

This research was conducted in December 2014 in Salambue village Panyabungan Kota subdistrict. This research was aimed to know the history of lubuk larangan, how to manage lubuk larangan, and describing the advantages of lubuk larangan. It began in 1982 based on togetherness agreement. Managing were by Hatobangon, village functionary and local citizen was 37 peoples, donate voluntarily each one Rp 50.000, - for purchasing Goldfish seed (Cyprinus caprio) and Garing fish (Tor soro), steakingout is using the services of paranormal, penalties for non-compliance will be fined Rp 1000.000,- and buy 5 bags of cement, and harvesting is yearly. Lubuk larangan existence is benefiting socially, financially and ecologically. Socially, lubuk larangan is a society gathering to keep it good. Financially, sale of ticket and the fish is very helpful. And then as ecologically, to be able to control of fish population.Keywords : Aek Pohon River, Lubuk Larangan, Environmental Wisdom.

This research was conducted on 28 July to 14 August 2013 in the PerhentianLuas Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province.This research purposed to investigate the characteristics of fish farmers, knew theattitude of farmers towards government assistance, knew the relationship betweencharacteristics of multiple variables with farmers attitude towards governmentassistance. This research used survey method. Respondents in this research was fishfarmers who received government assistance.Results of farmers attitudes toward government aid analysis was mostly good,namely 64.29%. Farmers attitude towards farming activities also showed a goodattitude at 50.00%. Results of farmers attitude analysis with some characteristicsvariables obtained after correlated have known that the relationship between age didnot correlate perfectly to the assistance with rs 0.062 its smaller than the value of P(0.832). While on production value greater than (0.344) P (0.228) mean age hadeffect on tilapia farming activities. Education was not perfectly correlated to the aidand on production with a value of 0.125 Spearman rank correlation value less than P(0.670) and the value of correlation Spearman Rank. While income was not perfectlycorrelated to aid with rs 0.212, less than P value (0.466), as well as on aquacultureactivities, it’s smalleer than P (0.744) that’s mean income didn’t have effect onaquaculture.Kata Kunci : Attitude, Government assistance, Aquaculture.

This research on culinary attractive is held on 27 February until 13 March 2017 in Lima Puluh Kota Regency West Sumatera. This study aims to determine the general description of culinary-specific agro-tourism and the attractiveness of culinary agro tourism as well as culinary-specific variations of fishery commodities. The method used is survey method by observation, documentation and interview. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of culinary agrowisata at the restourant Palanta Lubuak Surian is a typical eel minang cooking. Palanta Lubuak Surian restourant is one of the popular restourants in Lima Puluh Kota District. Restourant Palanta Lubuak Surian has beautiful natural panorama so many visitors who come to the restourant. In addition to beautiful natural panorama at the restourant Palanta Lubuak Surian good service, unique and interesting building form and access road smoothly / not difficult to visit. This research was conduted on 5 to 12 June 2013 in Ranah Village, sub-regent of Kampar that located in regent of Kampar Riau. This research was determined purposively with survey methode. Number of cultivators of Kelemak Fish were 30 of 125 populations taken as the respondent with random sampling. The Adoption Rank for Kalemak Cultvators was in medium category, and Technology adoption Package has been match was medium too because the cultivators havent been used all technology package from stakeholder because that technology so hard to implemented. The suggested Package of the research was location and lay out selection, design, clean of device and tool. The purpose of this study was to collect and analyze information on: characteristics of fish farmers in cages fish floating cultivation both internal and external, to measure adoption level of fish farming in floating cages, analyze the relationship between the farmer characteristic with rate adoption by use coefficient test Spearman rank correlation, and describe the diffusion accelaration procest occured in village of domains. For the diffusion accelaration of the cultivator in Ranah Village have classified low adoption that consist of poor population, low education, no update information more and relation with the stakeholder.
