Abstract

Kelangkaan kayu ulin saat ini dihadapi oleh industri konstruksi khususnya untuk pekerja-an yang menggunakan konstruksi kayu. Kendala yang dihadapi saat ini selain langka ka-yu ulin harganya pun kian hari mengalami kenaikan yang cukup tinggi akibat kelangka-annya.Permasalahan ini membuat kita harus mencari alternatif material lain yang tentunya da-pat berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi teknis yang diinginkan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor menggunakan Meto-de Zero-one. Pemilihan variabel dikemukakan untuk menentukan alternatif pemilihan ma-terial beton dan baja. Masing-masing faktor memiliki variabel yang spesifik berkaitan dengan material beton dan baja.Penilaian faktor sebagai dasar pengukuran untuk menentukan alternatif penilaian menun-jukan bahwa untuk faktor pengadaan beton dan baja sama sama memiliki nilai 139.70, untuk faktor teknis bahan beton memiliki nilai 360.29 dan baja memiliki nilai 485.29. Se-dangkan untuk faktor finansial/ekonomi beton memiliki nilai 175 dan baja memiliki nilai 125.

Abstract

A healthy home is one of the basic human needs which is an important factor in increasing human dignity, so it is necessary to create conditions that can encourage the development of healthy housing. The results of observations in the field can be concluded whether or not the requirements of a housing, in this case the Ketapang Asri Complex, are met or not. Health requirements (not located in a former landfill, air quality, drainage facilities, playground, clean water. Based on regulation of No. 829/MENKES/SK/VII/1999 Ketapang Asri Complex only around 80% of these requirements because there is a shortage in air quality, playgrounds, and garbage disposal while the location and greening requirements have met these requirements.

Abstract

Risks during project implementation are often related to lack of resources, design changes, which can result in work delays and increased costs. The aim of the research is to examine risks with a large impact in causing delays and effective ways to reduce them on construction projects in the Banjarbaru and Banjarmasin areas. This research involves data collection using qualitative method research through questionnaires, which are then analyzed using the Severity Index method combined with the Probability-Impact Matrix and House of Risk. The results of the identification of 5 dominant risks, namely quality checks at the same time as work implementation, staff organization, limited funds, inappropriate or uncomfortable PPE used during implementation, workers being too confident that they will not get hurt. Recommendations for dealing with project delays that can be achieved through setting appropriate specifications, evaluating the level of labor productivity and budget changes, checking quality according to standards, socializing the dangers of project accidents, monitoring in accident management, updating material and labor estimates, providing PPE.
