Abstract

Many bricks are produced by small business and industries as construction materials. As the population increases, there is also more demand for bricks in construction construction. The materials used in this study are waste from the acacia wood burning process and carbide welding ash waste. These two materials will be tested into additives from making bricks. The research method was carried out using testing of moisture content, specific gravity, Atterberg limit testing (Liquid limit) as well as a visual description of bricks with an outside temperature without a combustion process. Of the three samples, the average moisture content obtained, the lowest moisture content value was 69.41% in a mixture of clay soil plus acacia ash which showed that the soil category was a soft organic clay category with the characteristic that the soil could be pressed with the tip of the thumb so that the soil was suitable to be used as additional raw material in making stone stones without burning. The results of the average soil specific gravity test of 2 samples showed a Gs value of 2.64 at a temperature of t0 C, this shows that the soil with the organic clay category is in accordance with the test results on the moisture content that the clay soil is the basic raw material. The liquid limit test in this study showed the average value of water content in bricks without additives as much as 120.36%: the average value of water content in bricks with additives from the values of the three samples can be known that the mineral clay material is of the montmorillonite type with a liquid limit value of 100-900. Visual observations showed that bricks printed using clay soil raw materials without additives showed a break (split) in half during the drying process for 2 days with a temperature of 30oC; the mixture of clay soil and welded ash of the brick carbide experienced small cracks / crak on the surface with the drying process at the same temperature while the mixture of clay soil with acacia ash showed intact bricks without intact bricks without fractures or cracks on the surface in the drying process using the same temperature.

Research is done by mixing Endocarp oil palm that has been sun-dried with maximum dry conditions along with soft clay soil with a content of Endocarp 4%, 6%, and 8%. The sample used in this study is a samples undisturbed , and samples disturbed prepared in the laboratory by mixing clay and Endocarp with a variation of the mixture used is 4%, 6%, and 8% from one bag of clay weighing 2 kg. There is a mix Endocarp the following results were obtained: equal to 1.37 gram/cm3 with a water content of 24.72% (original soil). The CBR value of the mixture Endocarp this study 4%, 6%, 8% obtained the result that the CBR value is mixed Endocarp 4% has the greatest CBR value, which is equal to 7.99% (Unsocked) and 6.69% (socked). The UCT value of the soil will increase in the presence of a mixture Endocarp until mixed Endocarp added by 4% and the UCT value will decrease after the mixture Endocarp above 8% fiber content, maximum UCT value is produced in the mixture Endocarp 4% with a qu value of 0.9295 kg/cm2. The value of the soil shear resistance (su) on the test Vane Shear Test continued to improvement in the mixture Endocarp as much as 4% worth 92 kPa (25 blow condition).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kerusakan di beberapa jalan yang berada di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Analisis regresi linear berganda, dilakukan untuk mengetahui model pengaruh beban lalu lintas, drainase, dan kondisi tanah dasar pada kerusakan jalan di kabupaten Tanah Laut. Selanjutnya, dianalisis seberapa besar pengaruh faktor-faktor penyebab kerusakan tersebut terhadap tingkat kerusakan jalan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi dengan uji Parsial (t-test), dapat diketahui bahwa hanya variabel kondisi tanah dasar yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap terjadinya kerusakan jalan di Tanah Laut. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan uji Simultan One-Way Anova (F-Test), dapat diketahui bahwa ketiga variabel independen, secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang seginifikan terhadap tingkat kerusakan jalan. Persentase kontribusi tertinggi berdasarkan nilai EC dan RC adalah kondisi tanah dasar dengan EC= 19%, dan RC=65,5%. Disusul oleh kontribusi beban lalu lintas dengan EC=8%, dan RC= 27,6%. Variabel dengan kontribusi paling kecil terhadap tingkat kerusakan jalan adalah kondisi drainase jalan, dengan EC= 2%, dan RC= 6,9%.Kata kunci: kerusakan jalan, beban lalu lintas, drainase, kondisi tanah dasar

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, pembangunan mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat baik di bidang jalan, jembatan ataupun gedung bertingkat. Disamping baja dan kayu, material beton lebih banyak digunakan karna lebih fleksibel untuk digunakan sebagai material konstruksi. PT. Wahyu Putra Ramadhan Group memeiliki anak perusahaan yang berfokus pada bidang konstruksi yaitu PT. Mandiri Perkasa Plant. Yang mana perushaan tersebut bergerak di bidang ready mix, precast, dan general contractor. Salah satu proyek dari PT. Mandiri Perkasa Plant adalah pengujian kuat tekan beton yang dilaksanakan untuk PT. PLN dimana pengujian tersebut dilakukan untuk menentukan beban maksimum yang bisa ditahan oleh beton sebelum terjadi kerusakan atau kehancuran pada beton tersebut karena tekanan yang diberikan. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengujian kuat tekan beton. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa kajian studi pustaka, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terkait perencanaan, persiapan dan obersvasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat disimpulkan Dari hasil pengujian dan pembahasan total ada 9 benda uji yang mana tiga di uji pada hari ke 3 dengan rata-rata nilai 13.46 MPa, tiga lagi di uji pada hari ke 7 dengan rata-rata nilai 24.36 MPa, dan tiga lagi di uji pada hari ke 28 dengan rata -rata nilai 27.95 MPa. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kuat tekan karakteristik benda uji meningkat dengan lama perendaman 3 hari sampai lama perendaman 28 hari. Dari pengujian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kuat tekan karakteristik benda uji beton mencapai nilai maksimum dengan lama perendaman 28 hari dengan nilai kuat sebesar 27.95 MPa. Pengujian ini telah mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan yaitu mutu beton Fc’25.

Abstract

Physical inspections of construction are the result of follow-up activities from document analysis conducted by the relevant parties, where weaknesses in the reporting of audit results or physical inspections of construction are identified. The physical inspection of construction also seeks significant issues due to differences in interpretation regarding the calculation of work volume during the tender process and the evaluation of work progress. Community Service Activities (PKM) are one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, alongside education, teaching, and research. Through this activity, it is hoped that the target community can obtain useful information and then apply and further develop the information provided by the speakers. The implementation method is carried out in two ways: desk audits and direct field inspections. Preliminary surveys/desk audits are conducted on the packages being examined, in accordance with the Work Order, aimed at detecting potential early deviations in the implementation of the packages to be examined. The results of the community service indicate the need for learning development activities through collaborative or community service initiatives aimed at providing assistance in line with the area of expertise. The results of this service also provide recommendations and analyses from experts that are useful for maintaining orderly public financial administration in its usage, thereby allowing for the anticipation of irresponsible parties. The assistance in community service activities also imparts specific knowledge to students regarding the direct application of scientific knowledge. The objective of the construction inspection is to ensure the orderly execution and results of construction work, covering physical aspects including volume and quantity of construction, planning, procurement, management of implementation, and contract control in building construction projects. Therefore, the implementation of PKM provides a supportive solution in the physical inspection of items related to building construction.

Abstract

Mangga Kasturi (Mangifera casturi Kosterm) diidentifikasi sebagai spesies yang terancam punah di habitat aslinya. Tekanan yang besar dari eksploitasi hutan secara luas di Kalimantan. Pelestarian Mangga Kasturi dapat dilakukan melalui upaya in-situ di habitat aslinya dan ex-situ di luar habitat aslinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya konservasi Mangga Kasturi sebagai langkah penyelamatan dari kepunahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuatitatif untuk mendeskripsikan dan mencermati sumber data sehingga mampu memberikan pemaparan mengenai keadaan tanaman Mangga Kasturi (Mangifera casturi Kosterm) yang memiliki nilai konservasi tinggi. Mangga Kasturi (Mangifera casturi Kosterm) merupakan spesies endemik yang memiliki nilai ekonomi dan medis signifikan serta menghadapi ancaman kepunahan akibat deforestasi dan perubahan lingkungan di Kalimantan Selatan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan upaya konservasi yang harus dilakukan agar Mangga Kasturi (Mangifera casturi Kosterm) tidak mengalami kepunahan adalah dengan konservasi in-situ dan ex-situ. Konservasi in-situ dilakukan dengan cara Identifikasi Habitat: identifikasi lokasi, cagar alam dan taman nasional, penyuluhan dan edukasi, penelitian dan monitoring, perlindungan hukum, dan melakukan penanaman kembali sesuai dengan kondisi habitat alaminya. Konservasi ex-situ sebagai upaya perlindungan dan pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati di luar habitat aslinya melalui langkah pengumpulan sampel seperti mengambil sampel biji, bibit, atau bagian tanaman lainnya dari habitat asli Mangga Kasturi untuk dibawa ke lokasi konservasi ex-situ, pendirian kebun raya dan taman safari, penanaman di kebun botani dan arboretum, pembentukan bank gen, program pembibitan dan distribusi, penelitian dan pengembangan, serta edukasi dan keterlibatan masyarakat tentang pentingnya konservasi Mangga Kasturi

Abstract

Banjar Regency is a district in South Kalimantan. The capital of Banjar Regency is in the city of Martapura. Banjar Regency is one of the regencies in South Kalimantan Province with an area of 4,668.50 KM2. Divided into 19 sub-districts with 277 villages, 13 sub-districts and based on the 2010 census results, the population is 506,839 people. To support community movement and increase economic growth, the Banjar Regency government pays close attention to road performance. In road planning, the emphasis is always on planning the physical form so that it can fulfill the basic function of the road, namely providing optimum service to traffic flow. So in this planning efforts are made to create a good relationship between space and time so that it can produce optimal efficiency, safety and comfort. The space, shape and size of a road can be said to be good if it can provide a feeling of safety and comfort to road users. From the results of planning the road criteria for the PINGARAN ULU - KAHELAAN DED which has been carried out in accordance with existing conditions and needs, the following conclusion can be made: The Pingaran Ulu - Kahelaan Section has a length of 50.11 km, with handling adjusting for damage in the field, which is 19 km long. ,00 km. The existing condition of the road section has a slope of 4% - 8%, and the surrounding area is residential and plantations. Handling Plan: Road Reconstruction Work (Sta. 34 + 000 – Sta. 53 + 000).

Abstract

Dalam proyek peningkatan struktur jalan, laporan metode pelaksanaan memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk keberhasilan proyek. Laporan ini menyediakan panduan terperinci bagi semua pihak yang terlibat, dengan langkah-langkah yang jelas agar pekerjaan dapat dilaksanakan sesuai standar yang ditetapkan. Metode pelaksanaan yang terstruktur memungkinkan pengawasan kualitas yang efektif dan memastikan setiap tahap sesuai dengan prosedur yang disetujui, guna mencapai hasil optimal. Selain itu, laporan ini juga mendukung manajemen waktu dan biaya, memastikan alokasi sumber daya yang efisien, serta penyelesaian proyek tepat waktu dan sesuai anggaran. Laporan metode pelaksanaan membantu mengidentifikasi potensi hambatan dan menyediakan solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasinya. Aspek kepatuhan terhadap regulasi juga sangat penting, mengingat proyek infrastruktur, termasuk peningkatan jalan, diatur oleh berbagai standar dan peraturan. Laporan ini menjamin bahwa semua aspek pekerjaan mematuhi regulasi yang berlaku, mengurangi risiko pelanggaran hukum. Selain itu, laporan metode pelaksanaan menjadi bagian penting dari dokumentasi proyek yang berguna untuk audit, pengawasan, dan evaluasi kinerja. Dokumentasi ini juga membantu dalam penyelesaian klaim atau perselisihan di masa depan. Laporan ini memastikan pemahaman yang sama di antara semua pihak yang terlibat, mengurangi kesalahpahaman dan meningkatkan koordinasi tim proyek. Pada akhirnya, laporan ini menjadi dasar evaluasi kinerja proyek dan identifikasi area yang perlu perbaikan untuk proyek mendatang. Dengan demikian, metode pelaksanaan memainkan peran krusial dalam memastikan kelancaran, keselamatan, dan kualitas proyek peningkatan jalan.
