Abstract

SatuSehat is an application created and developed by the government of the Republic of Indonesia with the aim of controlling and tracking the spread of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19). SatuSehat application has a main feature, namely location tracking, which requires community participation as users to report each other's locations when they travel. This aims to track the location and history of contact with people with Covid-19. However, in its use and implementation, users face various problems such as slow and difficult to understand application responses, unclear information, and frequent application problems that suddenly close. This research was conducted to evaluate the usability value of the SatuSehat application. The research method used was the SUS method by giving a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions related to the SatuSehat application to 38 respondents in the initial study. Based on this research, 7 improvement recommendations were obtained which were then implemented in the SatuSehat application. The final result shows an average value of 61.7 (Grade D). After calculating the usability value of each respondent, the final result is 61.7 (Grade D).

Abstract

Habibi Garden is a company operating in agricultural technology. The current issue at Habibi Garden is the absence of a human resource management application. COOs and Agronomists face operational challenges. COOs struggle to track project progress in the field and sometimes forget to log their attendance. Agronomists have difficulty organizing team tasks as some employees forget to submit assignments, and various assignments, reports, and projects are jumbled in Google Drive. Additionally, employees have to search for reimbursement links mixed with other assignment links, leading to potential errors. This research aims to develop a UI/UX design for a mobile-based human resource management application for Habibi Garden to aid employees in operational activities. The method used is Design Thinking which consists of 5 stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The results show that the interface design performs well. The effectiveness parameter scored 93.75% for COOs and 91.25% for Agronomists. The efficiency parameter achieved 0.04 goals/sec for COOs and 0.06 goals/sec for Agronomists. User satisfaction, measured using the SUS questionnaire, averaged 88 for COOs, categorized as excellent and graded B, and 77 for Agronomists, categorized as good and also graded B. Design Thinking enables designers to create application solutions that truly fit user expectations and needs by understanding user problems, needs, and behavior through the empathize stage. Based on the prototype design that has been designed in this study, the UI/UX generated can serve as a foundation for the development of mobile applications based on Human Resource Management.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and design an Inventory Management Information System (IMIS) for PT. XYZ, a company that currently relies on manual inventory processes, leading to inefficiencies and operational delays. To address these challenges, the IMIS was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which followed three key stages: requirements planning, design workshop, and implementation. In the requirements planning stage, comprehensive user needs and system specifications were gathered. During the user design phase, iterative prototyping and continuous feedback sessions helped refine the system’s interface and functionalities. The rapid construction phase saw the development of core features—such as real-time inventory tracking, automated restocking alerts, and detailed transaction histories—using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and MySQL. Finally, in the cutover phase, pilot testing demonstrated that the system reduced material search times from 15–30 minutes to nearly instantaneous retrieval, significantly improving inventory accuracy and overall operational efficiency. Further research is needed to evaluate its long-term performance and scalability. This study not only highlights the practical advantages of the RAD-based approach but also offers a promising model for organizations seeking to modernize their inventory management practices.

Abstract

In the current digital era, banking services have rapidly evolved thanks to technological advancements, such as mobile banking, which allows customers to conduct transactions easily and efficiently. Studies show that customer perception and satisfaction levels highly depend on service standards, available features, and user experience when using the service. Studies have shown that how customers feel about a service and how satisfied they are with it relies a lot on the quality of the service, the features it offers, and how easy it is to use. A big part of how well financial services on mobile devices do is how good digital services are, particularly in sharia banking that operates in accordance with Sharia principles and regulations. This research aims to gather systematic literature about the level of quality in mobile banking features provided by sharia-compliant banks. To comprehend the connection between customer experience and the effectiveness of e-services in mobile banking apps, the modified e-services quality model is essential. Finding the elements that affect the quality of e-services and consumer happiness, as well as investigating methods for enhancing digital services in compliance with sharia law, are the main goals of this study. It is anticipated that the findings of this study will offer more profound understandings of how Islamic banks may enhance the quality of their mobile banking services.

Abstract

The era of globalization necessitates that the younger generation acquire essential 21st-century skills, with critical thinking being one of the most pivotal. However, empirical evidence reveals that adolescents still exhibit relatively low proficiency in this area, despite its vital contribution to academic success, extracurricular achievement, and everyday decision-making. Addressing this concern, a community service initiative introduced an innovative educational strategy through a book discussion program aimed at fostering critical thinking. The chosen text, The Alchemist, offers profound narratives on life journeys and personal introspection. Implemented at SMAN 10 Depok, the program engaged 11th-grade students using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, encompassing intensive reading, collaborative dialogue, and reflective presentations. The intervention resulted in notable enhancement of students’ analytical, interpretive, and evaluative skills, alongside the cultivation of critical and reflective discourse. Furthermore, the activity contributed to the revitalization of literacy culture among learners. Consequently, the book discussion initiative demonstrated its effectiveness as a contemporary pedagogical approach to strengthening adolescents’ critical thinking competencies.
