Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan serta tingkat keuntungan usaha penangkapan pada alat Jaring Insang (gill net) dan Salambau (trap net). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) bulan, pada bulan Februari 2018 dengan 4 kali pengambilan sampel. Tempat pelaksanaan di Danau Marang Kelurahan Marang Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan di Danau Marang dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil produktivitas dari penangkapan ikan di Danau Marang yang dilakukan selama 1 (satu) bulan penelitian dengan menggunakan alat tangkap jaring insang diperoleh sebanyak 8,67 kg dan Salambau sebanyak 23,33 kg. Perhitungan laba/ rugi, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) yang dihitung dalam jangka waktu 1 tahun berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap 5 orang nelayan di Danau Marang diperoleh keuntungan/ laba Rp 4.212.000, sedangkan keuntungan relatif usaha (Revenue cost ratio (R/C)) dengan rata-rata 2 sehingga dinyatakan layak karena nilai R/C > 1.

Abstract

Penenlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas air dengan pertumbuhan ikan lele sangkuriang (clarias sp) yang dibesarkan di dalam ember. Adapun penelitian kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan yang di mulai sejak bulan September sampai dengan Desember 2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Perumnas Baru Kelurahan Palangka, Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil pengukuran kualitas air budidaya ikan lele sangkuriang dalam ember menghasilkan suhu 27 – 29oC, pH 5,2 – 6,0, DO 0,5 – 5,5 mg/l, nitrat 1-28 mg/l, fosfat 2-50 mg/l. kondisi kualitas air tersebut tergolong cukup baik untuk pertumbuhan ikan lele sangkuriang. Untuk pertumbuhan panjang dan berat rata-rata setelah ikan dipelihara bertambah 15 cm serta berat 2–60 gram dari ukuran tebar 5-7 cm hingga 15-22 cm. Dari panjang berat ikan menghasilkan 60 g/ekor dan sudah layak panen dan SR yang relatif tinggi yaitu >70%. Sedangkan analisis regresi, menggunakan uji F menyimpulkan bahwa pH, Do, suhu, nitrat, dan fosfat secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen panjang dan berat. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji parsial atau uji t, diketahui bahwa keseluruhan variabel pH, Do, suhu, nitrat, dan fosfat secara parsial juga mepengaruhi berat dan panjang ikan uji F menyimpulkan bahwa pH, Do, suhu, nitrat, dan fosfat secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen panjang dan berat. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji parsial atau uji t, diketahui bahwa keseluruhan variabel pH, Do, suhu, nitrat, dan fosfat secara parsial juga mepengaruhi berat dan panjang ikan serta pertumbuhan pada ikan lele sangkuriang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of aquatic plants, the structure of aquatic plant communities and water quality in Lake Regei. This study was conducted for 1 (one) month, namely in June 2024. in Lake Regei, Tumbang Tahai Village, Bukit Batu District,Central Kalimantan. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling, namely sampling was carried out at 3 (three) stations that were considered important and could represent the water conditions in Lake Regei. The results found that there were three types of aquatic plants, namely kiambang (Salvinia molesta), walingi (Cyperus elatus), and rasau (Pandanus helicopus), with a total of 6,699 individuals. The structure of the aquatic plant community in Lake Regei shows that the density of aquatic plants ranges from 450.75–641.50 ind/m2. The diversity index value (H’) ranges from 0.224-0.234 which is classified as a low diversity value. The uniformity index (E) value of aquatic plants in Lake Regei ranges between 0.204-0.246 indicating that the uniformity of the number of individuals in each species is uneven and very different. The dominance index (D) value of aquatic plants in Lake Regei ranges between 0.897-0.904 indicating that the dominance in the waters of Lake Regei is relatively high. The water quality conditions, namely the values ​​of the Physics and Chemistry parameters in Lake Regei show average values, namely, temperature values ​​ranging from 28 -32.85⁰C, brightness ranging from 10.8-12.5 cm, depth ranging from 1.05-3.15 m, turbidity ranging from 24.5-71.0 NTU, acidity (pH) ranging from 5.68-6.2, dissolved oxygen ranging from 6.1-6.8 mg/l, nitrate ranging from 0.005-0.007 mg/l and phosphate ranging from 0.025-0.069 mg/l.

Abstract

The study aimed at determine of the type, amount, prevalence of Ectoparasite Protozoan, water quality,, and correlation of Water Quality Against Prevalence of Ectoparasite Protozoan in Snakehead Fish (Channa striata) As Domestic Candidates Caught in Peat Swamp Waters. The method used in this research are descriptive analysis method and correlation test. This research is done during December 2022 in Peat Swamp Waters in Tanjung Taruna, Tanjung Taruna Village, Jabiren Raya District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province and examination of ectoparasite protozoan at the Parasitology Laboratory Station, Fish Quarantine Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products Palangka Raya. Measurements of water quality were carried out in situ at each fishing coordinate point for 4 times sampling, wuth an interval of one week during a month of research. Based on the measurement result of water quality parameters indicate that the temperature ranges between 28,1-29,2oC, brightness 25-39,5 cm, pH 4,55-6,2, dissolved oxygen 3,3-4,7, nitrite 0,02-0,03 mg/L, and nitrate 0,4-0,6 mg/L. The result of prevalence ectoparasite protozoan was 96,67% with individu prevalence highest of vorticella sp ectoparasite protozoan were 51,67% and lowest were 23,33% at Epistylis sp ectoparasite protozoan. There is a strong correlation between temperature and total dissolved solid with total prevalence ectoparasite protozoan, brightness and nitrite have very low correlation with total prevalence ectoparasite protozoan, pH and DO have very strong correlation with total prevalence ectoparasite protozoan, and nitrate no correlation with total prevalence ectoparasite protozoan.
