Abstract

This study aims to determine product innovation, business performance and the influence of product innovation on business performance in the rattan work industry in Rumbai District, Perkanbaru City. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and conducting direct interviews with respondents. The population in this study were rattan craftsmen in Rumbai District with 36 people, while the sample was taken using a census. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of research on the rattan work industry in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City, show that product innovation is not good, business performance is not good. The product innovation variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on the business performance (Y) of the rattan handicraft industry in Rumbai District, Perkanbaru City.

Abstract

Local Companies Rokan Hilir Rural Bank Branch of Kubu RokanHilir Districkis aninstitution that was established with the main objective to collect funds from the publicand distribute it to the public in the form of credit. Given credit banks help people inventure capital and other procurement. Problems arising in the provision of credit isnot the return of credit according to the agreement that has been established, with noreturn of the credit or credit problems it will be risky to smooth the business of thebank. Therefore, the provision of credit required in the process of analyzing themaximum credit to avoid a credit crunch. The purpose of this research is to determinethe theloan processing services on a regional Companies Rokan Hilir Rural BankBranch of Kubu RokanHilir Districk. Lending procedures in Local Companies RokanHilir Rural Bank Branch of Kubu RokanHilir Districk starting from the loanapplication by the customer and then Accounts Officer analyze the application and thecompleteness of the existing terms and then conducted a survey of businesses, creditguarantees and credit manager will determine whether or not credit is given. This typeof research is quantitative type, the research emphasizes on the analysis of numerical(numbers) are processed with statistical methods, so as to obtain result of the variables.Methods of collection was done by a list of questions (questionnaire), interviews,observation, and documentation.The operational variables of this research isCharacter,Capital, Capacity, Codition Of Economic, Collateral and Constraints. The results ofthis research to the Character and Capital is good enough, Capacity is good,whileCodition Of Economic and Collateralthe result is good enough, andaboutConstraints the results is good enough. The conclusion of the study showed that theloanprocessing services on a regional Companies Rokan Hilir Rural Bank Branch of KubuRokanHilir Districk is good enough.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is : to analyze and explain consumer behavior that influence consumer buyinginterest in PT Amanah Insanillahia Amia Pekanbaru branch . While the formulation of this problem ishow to influence consumer behavior towards buying interest or decide to buy bottled water brand AmiaPT Amanah branch Insanillahia Pekanbaru . The methods used are : research locations , types and sourcesof data , primary and secondary data , the population in this study include consumer Amia PT Amanahbranch Insanillahia Pekanbaru totaling 37 people. Data collection techniques and analysis ofquestionnaires and interviews and quantitative descriptive data . This study concluded that the results offilling the questionnaire by the respondents of this study which is the consumer , the motivation,personality , self-concept , knowledge , culture , characteristics , families , groups , technology at PTAmanah branch Insanillahia Pekanbaru is concluded in the category of agree . Of the nine factors can beseen that the most dominant factors and variables affect the behavior of konsumenn PT Amanah branchInsanillahia Pekanbaru is the motivating factor . Therefore, researchers suggest the company will alsoneed to pay attention to every consumer complaints that the relationship between the customer and thecompany can be established and the complaint can be used as an encouragement or motivation andbecome better than ever.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema "Strategi Pengembangan UMKM: Membangkitkan Spirit Kewirausahaan di Kelurahan Sungai Mempura Menuju Entrepreneurs Village" telah berhasil membawa dampak positif yang signifikan pada kelurahan Sungai Mempura dan perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah tersebut. Hasil program mencakup peningkatan jumlah dan kualitas UMKM, peningkatan pendapatan, semangat kewirausahaan yang meningkat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan peningkatan kolaborasi antara UMKM, pemerintah lokal, dan lembaga pendidikan. Program ini telah memberikan kontribusi penting dalam menghadapi tantangan dalam sistem perekonomian saat ini, membantu masyarakat bersaing di pasar global yang semakin kompetitif, dan mengurangi dampak dari arus produk asing di pasar domestik. Saran untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan dampak positif program meliputi kelanjutan dan difusi pengetahuan, diversifikasi program, pengembangan kemitraan lebih lanjut, evaluasi berkala, pengembangan infrastruktur, pelatihan ketrampilan digital, dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Program pengabdian ini merupakan langkah awal yang kuat menuju visi kelurahan Sungai Mempura sebagai Entrepreneurs Village yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work motivation on nurse performance at Arifin Ahmad Regional General Hospital, Pekanbaru. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection was carried out through a Likert-scale closed questionnaire, in-depth interviews, and direct observation, and supported by secondary data from hospital documentation. Validity and reliability tests showed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Data analysis used multiple linear regression that met the classical assumptions. The results showed that the three independent variables, namely workload, work stress, and work motivation, partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on nurse performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.837 indicated that 83.7% of the variation in nurse performance could be explained by the three variables, while the rest was influenced by other factors outside the study. The conclusion is that increasing workload, work stress, and work motivation significantly affect the improvement of nurse performance.   Keywords: Workload, Performance, Work Motivation, Work Stress
