Abstract

By chosening machine of welding automatic with Value Engineering, hence company can know which machine is which have high value and can improve production process specially to part of welding. With quality, quality of product which different each other hence consumer have to be clever in assessing and chosening reliable product. Because many company promoting its product with advertisements, so that make consumer interest to buying. This research aim to look for and analyse some alternative which can be made size measure in chosening machine of welding reliable automatic. Election of merk here there is three merk type for example Panasonic, Daihen, and Hitachi. From third this merk type will be selected which merk which have best quality. Result of got calculation, hence machine merk the selected is merk of Hitachi because this machine have high value and difference is expense of Rp 35 million compared to two other alternative. this Volts machine Pri equal to 380V, input pri 42,5KVA 23,5KW and current output 500A. If compared to this machine alternatives have value of Vn equal to 2,1.

Abstract

Dwi Jaya Motor merupakan bengkel mobil yang memiliki layanan jasa servis berupa, perbaikan mesin, perbaikan part, pengecekan kelistrikan hingga penggantian part. Pada kegiatan pekerjaan servis tidak terlepas dari adanya kejadian kecelakaan kerja yang dapat terjadi. Dengan begitu perlu diterapkan manajemen K3 untuk mengurangi potensi bahaya dengan melakukan identifikasi terhadap bahaya. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu mengidentifikasi bahaya, menentukan level risiko, menentukan akar penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, dan memberikan usulan rekomendasi untuk menghilangkan potensi bahaya.Mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penentuan nilai risiko dengan menggunakan metode HIRA , selanjutnya risiko dengan nilai kategori high risk perlu dilakukan analisis terkait akar penyebab sehingga terjadi kecelakaan kerja dengan pendekatan Fault Tree Analysis. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat 12 bahaya yang dikategorikan sebagai low risk , 4 bahaya kategori moderate risk, dan 4 bahaya yang dikategorikan sebagai high risk. Adapun akar penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada pekerjaan servis mobil diakibatkan 3 faktor yaitu alat, manusia dan lingkugan. Selanjutnya usulan rekomendasi diberikan terhadap risiko dengan kategori high risk melalui tindakan administratif, substitusi, engineering control, dan APD.

Abstract

Kimochy Eatery adalah salah satu restoran yang menyajikan masakan ala jepang, juru masak resto mengeluhkan rasa sakit di beberapa bagian tubuh selama bekerja, tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui apakah keluhan musculoskeletar disorder (MSDs) ini disebakan oleh postur kerja juru masak yang tidak baik selama bekerja. Mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan analisis postur kerja metode RULA dan REBA untuk mengetahui apakah postur kerja yang dilakukan juru masuk termasuk kedalam kategori postur yang baik atau tidak, dan jika bukan termasuk kedalam postur yang baik maka perlu dilakukan perbaikan guna mengatasi keluhan MSDs. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis RULA dan REBA menunjukan bahwa postur yang dilakukan juru masak termasuk kedalam kategori tingkat risiko cidera sedang dan perlu tindakan perbaikan segera. Perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah membuat rancangan ulang fasilitas kerja yaitu meja dapur dengan pendekatan antropometri dengan hasil perhitungan dimensi meja dapur sebagai berikut: 250 cm (p); 73.98 (l); 95.99 (t). dengan hasil simulasi postur kerja jika memakai rancangan fasilitas kerja yang baru yaitu postur kerja termasuk kedalam kategori postur yang bisa diterima dengan risiko cedera rendah.

Abstract

Inventory control is one of the most important things for the company, because without proper and optimal inventory control the company will experience a problem in meeting production needs and consumer demand needs both in the form of goods and services produced by the company. a wood manufacturing company located in Gresik Regency. In the process of making products, problems often occur, namely the number of requests for complementary tools that are quite large and uncontrolled, it is necessary to have optimal inventory control. To minimize the inventory, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) analysis can be used as a control or ordering tool for the company so that the ordering becomes optimal. From the results of calculations that have been carried out, the calculation shows that the relationship between the EOQ, Safety Stock, ROP, and Inventory methods of complementary tools for grinding grinding stones 8 INCH and grinding stones 4 x 1.2 mm is as follows: in the period September 2021 - July 20222 it shows that the purchase of complementary tools when the stock of 8 INCH grinding stones is 17 units and 4 x 1.2 mm grinding stones are 10 units, thus when ordering complementary tools are received with a Lead Time of 7 days for 8 INCH grinding stones and 4 days for 4 x 1.2 mm grinding stones, safety stock still remaining 7 units for the 8 INCH Grinding Stone and 5 units for the 4x1.2 mm Grinding Stone, while to avoid excess number of complementary tools in the warehouse, the optimal number of purchases of 8 INCH Grinding Stones and 4x1.2 mm Grinding Stones of 117 and 159 units. With calculations using the EOQ method, the total value of the supply of complementary tools for grinding grinding stones 8 INCH and grinding stones 4x1.2 mm is Rp. 469,041 da Rp. 253.968.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Wali Songo 1 Balongpanggang merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang memiliki pasien dalam jumlah besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat menentukan kualitas layanan yang memiliki kesenjangan tinggi terhadap kepuasan pasien, serta mengetahui atribut tingkat kepentingan yang paling tinggi menurut pasien. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka penulis melakukan pengujian terkait peningkat kualitas pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Service Quality dengan atribut lima dimensi jasa yaitu Tangible, Reliability, Responsive, Assurance, Empathy. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik atau pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penelitian melakukan survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner di instalasi rawat inap. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa tingkat kepentingan yang paling tinggi tenaga medis menerima dan melayani dengan baik dengan nilai 4,1000. Hasil kuisioner yang disebarkan mendapat 15 atribut diantaranya: Tangible ada 3 atribut, Reliability ada 3 atribut, Responsive ada 4 atribut, Assurance ada 2 atribut dan  Empathy ada 3 atribut.

Abstract

PT. Starfoood International is a medium-sized industry engaged in fish processing which is used for snacks that have been exported to foreign countries. The company has a warehouse size of 20 meters wide x 50 meters long. Currently, the company is experiencing problems related to the arrangement of goods that are less organized and the company itself does not apply good layout procedures, which has an impact on the process of picking up goods which takes a relatively long time. The special storage method is a layout preparation method, in which the storage of products is arranged according to the number of import and export operations in the shortest distance. Through the use of this method, finished products that need to be stored will occupy the right place, making it easier for employees to store and remove products for production so that product flows smoothly. From the results of calculations using the dedicated storage method in the warehouse, the factors that influence 4 factors are Box (frozen fish), Box (Surimih), plastic (frozen fish), plastic (Surimih), for goods that are often in and out of the product manufacturing process at the factory placed behind the production door so that it doesn't take a long time and the items are arranged neatly, the calculation of the dedicated storage method is able to provide closer distance changes and make it easier for employees to find items that are often used.
