Abstract

The purpose of this study to apply the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on theHospital Management Information System. This research is important because changesin hospital management information system (SIMRS) of the old system in collaborationwith third parties to the new system is a standalone system that was developed by the ITteam RSO Prof. dr. R. Soeharso requires a process of transition, which for some employeeslead to conflict in the process of adaptation. This study is an empirical research withquantitative methods. The population of all employees who use information managementsystem as much as 382 people, 193 people sampled with sample random samplingtechnique. The results of this study include shows, computer selt efficacy influence theperceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of technology in hospital managementinformation system. Subjective norms affect the perceived usefulness and perceived easeof use of technology in hospital management information system. System accessibilitywhile no effect on the perception of the benefits, but the effect on the perceived ease ofuse of technology in hospital management information system.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the customer`s switching  intention, which are influenced by customer satisfaction and customer loyalty based on customer experience and congruity  of sharia  values. The sample size of 195 Sharia banks customers in Surakarta was taken using convenient sampling method. The research analysis used hierarchical regression with customer satisfaction as the independent variable, customer`s switching  intention as the dependent variable and customer loyalty as a mediator variable. Besides that, it also uses customer experience and congrueity  to sharia values as a moderator variable.Validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test have been carried out and the results meet the criteria according to the specified standards. The results of the research analysis show that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and has a negative effect on the customer`s switching  intention and customer loyalty has a negative effect on customer`s switching intention. Customer loyalty partially mediates the effect of customer satisfaction on customer`s switching intention. However, the customer experience and congrueity sharia value  does not strengthen or weaken the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and on customer`s switching intention and does not strengthen or weaken the influence of customer loyalty on customer`s switching intention. The theoretical and practical implications of the results of research that are considered relevant and need to be discussed can be used as orientation and direction for future research

Abstract

The purpose of this study serve to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and employees’ competence on performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (case study at the Islamic Hospital in Klaten). This study is a descriptive empirical study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the nurse-patient unit Klaten Islamic Hospital number 194 and number 131 samples were taken more than 1 year. Nonprobability sampling technique using sampling with purposive sampling method and then diproporsionalkan. Instrument research using questionnaires. Data analysis includes test instrument, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses with linear regression as a tool of analysis using SPSS 17. Based on the discussion of the results of this study be concluded that the employees’ competency effect on the employee performance, while the leadership style and organizational culture had no effect improves employee performance. After attending the variables of organizational commitment as a mediating variable that affects only one variable, namely the competence of employees, while others may not affect performance significantly with or without a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to apply the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the Management Information Systemof Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Orthopedics Hospital in Surakarta. This study was an empirical research with quantitative method. The data used comprised of primary and secondary ones. The study population was all employees of Prof. Dr. R. Soeharsowho use the management information system, i.e. 382 people. By using simple random method inthe sampling techniques,193 people were selected as the study sample.The results show that: computer self-efficacy,positively and significantly affects the perception of the benefits and the perceived ease of technology usein the information system of the hospital management; and so subjective norms, itpositively and significantlyaffects the perception of the benefits and the perceived ease of technology use in the hospital management information system; system accessibilitydoes not significantly affect the perception of the benefits, but it gives positive and significant influenceon the perceived ease of technology use in the information system of the hospital management; there isa significant and positive influencefrom the perceived ease of technology use against the perceived benefits of the information system, however, that beneficial perception does not affect the attitude of technology use in the information system of hospital management;the perception of the ease of technology use does not significantly affect the perceived attitude in using the technology, nonetheless, that attitude about the technology use has positive and significant influence against behavioral intention to use the technology in the hospital management information system; and that intention in the technology use, subsequently affects significantly and positively the behavior of the use of the same technology in the hospital management information system ofProf. Dr. R. Abstract

This studyaimed toanalyze the influence ofcareer development to job satisfaction; the effect of salary to job satisfaction; the effect on turn over intentions salary; the effecton employee commitment job stability; the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment; the effect of job satisfaction on turn over intentions; as well as the influence of employee commitment to turn over intentions. Samples were employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Main Branch Office Surakarta that as many as 105 respondents. The method used for sampling are using non-probability sampling technique that is proportionate random sampling. Mean while analytical methods used are Structural EquationModel (SEM).Results for hypothesis testing indicates that career development significant positive effect on job satisfaction; Salari essignificant positive effect on job satisfaction; Salaries no significant effect on turn over intentions; job stability significant positive effect on employee commitment; job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee commitment; job satisfaction no significant effect on turn over intentions; and employee commitment significant negative effect on turn over intentions.

Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi komunikasi dan informasi, pola pikir dalam dunia bisnis telah mengalami perubahan penting, antara lain bahwa sasaran segmen pasar kosmetik halal bersifat universal diera global ini. Inilah alasan meneliti minat beli kosmetik halal bagi pelanggan wanita non muslim dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 208 responden yang diambil secara online survey. Sikap dengan responden pelanggan non muslim juga semakin rasional bahwa masalah kosmetik halal tidak semata mata bersifat relijiusitas eksklusif. Ada pertimbangan bahwa kosmetik halal yang terutama menghindari penggunaan zat zat bahan bahan alkoholik dan minyak babi tidak menjadi masalah jika ada kompensasi nilai tambah higenitas dan rasa aman karena ketatnya pengendalian kualitas dan keunggulan pelayanan bagi kepentingan pelanggan. Kosmetik halal merupakan inovasi untuk semua produk karena jauh lebih higienis dan aman untuk digunakan. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh langsung dan moderasi dalam model. penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa selain relijuisitas, sikap, kelompok referensi, dan media sosial berpengaruh posistif pada minat beli. Namun keterpengaruhan itu tidak diperkuat oleh media sosial. Temuan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menginspirasi dan menjadi arah dinamika aktivitas penelitian terkait dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that have long roots in Indonesian culture. Islamic boarding schools have been around for hundreds of years, and have reached almost all levels of Muslim society. It developed with unique institutions over the centuries as an Islamic educational institution that was independent and free from the influence of Western-European colonial education. However, in line with developments over time, most Islamic boarding schools have made various improvements and improvements as an effort to modernize the education they provide. The modernization of the Islamic boarding school education system is always evolving, developing slowly towards continuous improvement. These changes are sought by keeping up with the times along with the unstoppable demands of the situation. This can be seen from the Islamic boarding school education system which was transformed into a madrasa. However, in line with developments over time, most Islamic boarding schools have made various improvements and improvements as an effort to modernize the education they provide. From traditional methods to classical systems, from halaqah systems to tiered systems, from traditional curricula to modern curricula, from classical education to educational reform, to aspects of management. In the midst of regional and global competition, efforts are being made to modernize the Islamic boarding school education system to maintain its existence as an educational institution that maintains national identity, in addition to paying attention to an educational identity based on science and Islamic values.

Abstract

This study explores the economic benefits of the halal industry and its role in driving international trade growth. The rapid expansion of the halal industry, driven by the growing global Muslim population, presents significant opportunities in the global supply chain. As the country with the largest Muslim population, Indonesia has the potential to strengthen its economy by enhancing halal product exports. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach through literature review, this study examines strategies for developing Indonesia’s halal industry based on local wisdom and industry potential. To compete globally, Indonesia must optimize key halal sectors such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and emerging industries like fashion and the creative economy. This study offers a recommended model for a competitive global halal market, providing insights for government institutions, industry practitioners, and academics in supporting Indonesia’s vision to lead the global halal industry.
